We were regular visiters about 10 years back. We used to come with mum n all family members. Now recolleted those days enjoyed a lot. Gap has come due to personal loss of mum N later this pandemic. Hopefully we will be visiting often now as the situation improved.Regarding food excellent as usual. Now felt a little spicy may be as age advances cant take spicy food. Our most loved place.😍

The food here is reasonably priced and conventional. Compared to other all vegetarian restaurants you find value for money. The service is a wee bit slow but then you can have a meal with no rush! The ambience is no fuss but its the food thst people come here for.

A very neat stay. Super attentive staffs. They were very helpful throughout our stay. The location is also super helpful, for the hotel is located in a very primary hub. It is just minutes from the general bazar. You can access the blue metro line from here as well. Above all, a lot of eating options close by. In case you are interested, the infamous Paradise restaurant is less than a kilometre from here. I will definitely recommend it and will choose to stay here the next time I visit.

Stayed in room 308. Facilities: 0/5. The flush was broken.[The bed cushion is way too soft. If youre not used to it, it can cause a back ache. Which is not the goal of resting. But Im not considering this point since its based on preference. Its merely a heads-up for the ones who are not a fan of extra soft bed.] Management: 2/5. The staff is good and polite. The staff and the food were the only good thing.

I loved the coffee here. Second time coffee was more better than first time. Coffee is priced at Rs. 60.

The hotel has decent rooms, but the service is very poor. The bathroom is well stocked.Theres no housekeeping and room service support between 11-6. The room service delivery was very slow. Rooms are good and well maintained, However there is no proper TV.. All you will get is Bhojpuri news and songs.. even after request fo additional channels.. No response for 2 days!! Moreover No complimentary breakfast which was shown in the Website and no news paper for rooms!! Looks like a 3*** hotel is running a roadside budget hotel!!

Taj Tristar has a South Indian Cuisine Restaurant - Dakshina Mandapa. On Sundays they offer a Breakfast buffet @ ₹300/- per plate. If youre in Hyderabad, you must have this most wholesome breakfast. I was surprised by the no. of items at this price.

Needs renovation. Electrical points dont work. Doors in bad condition. No complementary breakfast. Covid has become an excuse. Rates have increased for lesser facilities. Otherwise it is good hotel.

Visited Taj Tristar in connection with a wedding reception I had to attend. Roof top venue was spacious, enough to accommodate about 500. Car parking at cellar can accommodate about 25-30 cars. I have seen cars being parked on the side of the bylane road. Day time parking on this bylane road may attract a traffic challan.Since I am not a foodie, didnt pay much attention but what was offered was just passable. Didnt have opportunity to look around but this property seems big enough to host functions. Elevators are available.

The rooms were decent with slightly slow room service that they can work on, but were always available and happy to help.Even delivered my swiggy parcels to my room which most hotels dont. Rooms were cleans but regular looking.Has groceries and other stores very near.Paradise biriyani is 200 mts away. :POverall, very comfortable.

Jan 14 2021- Today I went to dine at Dakshin mandap but due to some ongoing event they hv closed it. And are serving alacarte.Ordered paneer curry which is good with butter rotiTook gulab jamun that is pathetic. Basundi was good. No other special dishes... terribly disappointed. Taj Tristar is one of the good hotels in Secunderabad. My family and myself attended a wedding here. It was well organized and we met several celebrities like Mr VVS Lakshman, Cricketer and Mr Murali Krishna of TV9 news reader. Like wise other well known people were also attended the wedding. We felt food served was nice. My relatives were staying hotel and rated good for staying. Overall Taj Tristar is very good. Only parking may be a problem but management arranged for vallet parking. Like wise management has taking care of everything. RV Kumar

Room looked good, but there were a lot of cockroaches in the room. Despite informing this to the hotel, they didnt change my room and made me stay in the same room for 3 days. Also, no person accompanied me to the room during the check in. Even bag was not taken to the room. The service quality has reduced compared to how it was during my previous stay in the sane hotel.

We had an overnight stay at hyderebad and wanted to stay close to paradise to have the authentic biryani for dinner. Booked this place after it came recommended from a local friend in hyderabad. The hotel is well famous and located in the heart of the city. The rooms were spacious and clean but the maintainence of the washroom could have been a tad better. Overall we had a pleasant stay and i will definitely recommend this place to my fellow travellers for the price.

Not that good didnt reach my Taj expectations/Taj standards I am talking only about dakshin resturant it didnt had much food varieties and especially no choclate icecream like who doesnt have choclate ice cream.have to improve on food varieties and choices 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Out experience was great. the hotel staff was accommodative of the late checkout and did not charge us. the food was great as wellthe room quality can improve. the doors do not open in the first go. All the sockets also do not work . there is no card to tell the room service to not clean the room The calm environment and good food. accommodative and courteous staff

Our stay was very pleasant, room service is very quick and politely. Make sure complimentary breakfast while booking.If its early check-in that means before 12 noon.. need to inform and have to pay extra. Goibibo team support was very good in resolving the issue...Overall had a peaceful and pleasant stay.. Only prob is parking your vehicle your own. for vallet, no worries.

I HV attended a function at his hotel. If you are a senior citizen, be ready to take atleast 10 steps. Function hall is ok and so is the food. Good for 50 persons. There are two halls and if combined can accommodate 100 to 150 people. This is the second time I am visiting this hotel for functions.

An amazing place if anyone is looking for a subtle food

Decent budget hotel in the center of the city. Well connected. Old rooms, but big, clean and tidy. Nice food (Veg only). Buffet breakfast has decent spread - mostly Indian dishes.

Kinda old property but decently maintained. Budget hotel. Staff is helpful. Front desk seems understaffed. Gets little chaotic while too many check ins and check outs happening.Breakfast buffet spread is decent. Lift is available.Rooms are decently clean and nice. Value for money. Room service needs to improve (Staff needs to be upto date with hotel information, facilities. Some of them didnt know the details). There is no safe in the cupboard. Or the one in our room didnt work.Over a short pleasant stay. They are flexible with check in/check out if rooms are available or will charge a nominal amount which is nice.

Good place to eat

The place is fine, nothing that needs a special mention. Food is good, except that we got a deep fried cockroach in the Schezwan rice ordered on 28th Sept 2019 for dinner. The staff was very swift in replacing the entire food that was on the table, hush-hush. Cockroachs and rodents are a common sight at large kitchens, but the chef/cook need to keep their eyes wide open while cooking and before sending it to the table.The next time I choose to eat out, Ill keep in mind to not go to a place whose kitchen/restaurant is in the cellar.

Hotel room and food are good. But if youre going as a family with kids, please check with them for kids additional charges. We booked after checking with them for additional charges. They told no additional charges when you book. But when we went for breakfast the receptionist told there is additional charges for kids. Then we had to argue with him and asked for manager. Only then he agreed without additional charges. Please note whatever we pay is inclusive of kids if you have choosen no of persons correctly. So please make a note of this when you go with kids.Breakfast is good, have more options.Room is ok, though we can see few small cockroaches occasionally.Location is good, easy access to other places.

Excellent centrally located hotel. The vegetarian restaurant is very tasty and reasonably priced. Buffet breakfast is scrumptious. Service personnel are very humble and helpful.I stayed here twice, and would love to stay again. Heartily recommended for all.

I have only been to the Dakshina Mandapam, buffet lunch. The varieties of items from starters to desserts, everything is worth the money you pay. You even have drinks(mostly fruit juices or buttermilk) available. All these are only if you can enjoy vegetarian food, because this is a pure vegetarian buffet and restaurant. I had a blast here. I would definitely recommend this place. Definitely worth a visit.

I booked a suite in Taj Tristar and trust me, this is one of the best hotels in Hyderabad. The customer service is excellent and the rooms are spacious, beautiful with tremendous class of service. Staff is very good and helpful. Doorman outside the hotel is so polite and gives a feeling that we are staying in a good place. Food served in the restaurant and as complimentary is also good.
