This is one of the best hospital in twin cities am so happy .An overall great experience with the hospital as well as its personnel. Emergency service and doctors were very good. The rest is way below expectations. We got admitted late night on.a Saturday. The doormen guarding the entrance to the head nurses are all bossy, most of the time not even doing their duty. Head nurses dont care to discuss anything with patients or their relatives/helpers. Lift attendant behaves like he is the king kindly allowing us to use his property. Doctors are hard to find, so the nurses and attendants rule. Absolutely no sense of serving customers. The approach of running as many tests as possible with the goal of generating highest billing seems to be the standard practice here too.Reduced my rating to lowest, as the big heamatologist doctor supposed to see us did not appear till now, it is 2:30pm now. Hope these big hospitals and doctors learn to earn their ratings from public, instead of hiding their big heads from patients.

Basically a good hospital but the hospital management collecting the fee ... abnormal even govt also not having control its bad for public its better to go for another hospital for the treatment.The management worrying about photos ....if these not doing anything worng what is need to worry photo grapes..littraly squeezing the patient blood trough bills

It runs only to earn money.They even charge for parking as well. Not sure how they are managing this so well.Pathetic management.I called for vaccination,was told to come.When I visited there, they told me Ill get vaccinated only if 10 people come.So why they didnt tell the same when I called hospital.Finally I got vaccinated at another hospital which is near by.For me, its an hospital without any ethics.based on my experience

Here they listen to the patient. Every small need of the patient is fulfilled by the staff. Several managers visit patient rooms and continuously ensure that everything is OK with the clinical care and the stay. Nursing Care was a loving care from the hospital.The entire facility is clean, well lit and well maintained. Quality, choices and taste of the food for both patient and the attender were really good.The Cash Billing final settlement were all seamless and well coordinated.I would readily recommend this Yashoda facility at Secunderabad or health care needs.

The first thing I would like to mention is the discharge process..its so time taking and no one updates us of whats going on with the process.There is no co-ordination among the staff.We waited for 5 hours and still not processed from the hospital billing side.Pathetic I should say..If this review is seen by some higher official of the hospital,it would be of great use to other patients.Apart from that..Nurses take care of the patients very well. 1.Initially there was delay it took 3 1/2 hour to take CT scan for lungs .2.You should have dedicated sisters in the emergency for every 2 beds to take care.3.From emergency to ICU admission it took 6 hours 4.Observed all waste was stored beside the patients bed in the emergency please take care of this as cleanliness is more important near the patient. 5.Physical security is available but there are no scanners to check during the night as the main entrance is closed.6. Later the process was smooth and we r happy with the overall service.

The hospital is very nice and well equipped with new technologies to do operations advanced manner.The doctors are very friendly nature. Not a great experience, I admitted my mom for a knee replacement surgery. there is some construction work going on and creating lot of disturbance to the in patients. Its spoiling the peace of mind and adding restlessness. No action from PRO teams even after escalation. Negligence in service is visible. However, Doctors are good but other services are below average

This is not a hospital!! It is a fish market!!Each and every staff, right from the security at the gate, the guards who operate the lifts, receptionists, nurses, to doctors are all unprofessional and lack empathy towards patients and their family. The one day I was there, I realized that the management has appointed staff to accommodate for the crazy rush in the hospital but none of the staff have minimum skill to provide basic care for a patient. I had to show the nurse how to provide NG feed for my mom. My mom was admitted with infection and sepsis, I told the doctors repeatedly that she is allergic to lot of antibiotics, but they dumped her with antibiotics and killed her! The only best part about this hospital is the mortuary staff. They did a great job at cleaning and preserving my mom’s body!! Obviously!! they must be skilled with the experience with number of people that get killed at this hospital everyday!! Never bring your loved ones to this hospital unless you want them dead!Oh!! One more interesting fact that I just noticed! All the positive reviews get replied to by the management and not many replies for the lower reviews!! I am surprised if all these people who gave 5 star reviews were in a different part of the hospital that I missed being in!!

One of the best hospitals I have visited. Doctors were very knowledgeable and have given ample time for explaining condition and treatment. Along with Doctors, Nurses and staff starting from registration were supportive and guiding in every step till discharge which was done early in said time.

I had a very good experience with Dept of Nuclear Medicines. The staffs were very cordial helpful and caring. It was a really nice experience with them.Especially the help I got from Ms Harika, Mr. Jitendra and Mr. Sairam was unforgettable experience.

Got admitted with dengue as a diagnosis. as my constant body temperature for the days before I got admitted... doctors suggested a high dosage course and brought it down to normal within 24 hours... after the temperature got controlled.. platelets were decreasing at a steady number... Doctors were not in a rush to push some medicines to bring up the platelets. Their patient approach gave good results and Im out as a healthy individual
