The customer service is terrible. where as the pizza didnt taste well (Jain Manchurian Balls Pizza). the Manchurian pieces were over soaked by soya or dont know what. tasted overly salty. atleast thats how we did describe it. rather than being polite. they straight away replied that there wasnt salt added to it. We werent able to finish it. pathetic experience.P.S atleast be polite when a customer comes up with a feedback. just wanted to provide you guys with a feedback. didnt really care about the refund. peace.

Maintains quality but,not all the time, recently I bought chocolate mousse cake 1kg which had hair in it and was not fresh , this is my first bad experience with Karachi hopefully last one.✓One advice the ones which are kept in fridge are the fresh ones compared the to ones in display.

Super tasty food. Right from Indian (kulcha) to continental combos , everything at this place is tasty. The prices are affordable too. Has ample sparking space available.

The Good Old Karachi Bakery on the ground floor with their famous cookies and one the first floor theyve a restaurant.Restaurant serves only vegetarian food. Food has good number of options to choose from including Chat, Chinese and Indian main course.

They have the worst cheesecakes, there is no taste or smell of cheese and it taste more like wipped cream. I guess they add wipped cream saying its cheese 😑 Expensive for a piece, looks delicious but its not fresh. Have tried other pastries and cakes, they are not bad but please do not go for anything related to cheese, THEY HAVE NO TASTE! Total waste of money.

The bakery is damn good, it has various of it own product and must try swiss roll, cake are also nice. Theres a restro at top of it. It is quite costly.Though I would recommend to try.

Cakes are something you can buy but coffee is strongly not recommended. Normal coffee tastes much better that the coffee from Karachi bakery cafe. Too much hot to drink, no flavour. Tastes like boiled milk with some coffee powder in it

Best experience I got a cake ordered for my brothers bday which was very delicious and there are a lot of stuff in Der which seems pleasing to ur taste buds and eyes as well. They have baklava in their sweet section which is very tasty wid a unique taste of gulf country..

Taste wise its ok ok. Coffee and other drinks were bad. Price wise its on higher side. What we didnt like was the attitude of staff. We were a group of 5 ordered some food and were chatting even after the food was over. We got looks from the staff to vacate the seats. And its not like there were any people waiting. The whole cafe was empty and it was afternoon time. Felt very bad. Paid the bill and got out.

Better than the other bakeries around but there is much room for improvement. These days they seem to be concentrating on non bakery stuff. Breads are not available for most of the day. I have never seen more than one loaf of garlic bread if it is there at all. Cakes are mostly good.

Excellent collection. So much so, I think they could do with a bigger space in Karkhana. The competition with Vacs also doesnt help. Whatever possessed them to set up shop immediately opposite to Vacs? Impartially speaking, the cakes at Vacs are better. Costlier too. But Karachi takes the gold for their biscuits and other products.

Karachi Bakery is Karachi Bakery. Period. Nothing else needs to be said. Their strong points are their variety of collection and promptness in helping the customer in the store. Would recommend their custom made cakes. They look good and they taste even better.

Never disappointed me until last time, their cakes are top notch. However the biscuits theyre selling now are way too costly. Theyre spending a lot on plastic packaging, packing individual biscuits and selling them at 200 a box with 10 biscuits, its not just too expensive but also bad for the environment to have so much plastic for one box

No Social distancing maintained. Only the Watchman outside is strict. Inside staff just cares about billing. No one takes this covid situation at Karachi seriously. One guy suddenly came before when I was there at the billing, I confronted him and he raised his tone and said Hey, chill, I am a staff here. Does being a staff there means u can pop up before a customer and neglect all social distancing. Pathetic service from Karachi karkhana branch!!! Poor safety.
