Good offers everytime , nyc place for shopping

I wanted to port my sim to jio sim .They made me wait for 3 days and said itll be activated within this time then next day i got a message that my sim has been blocked and yet the number isnt activated what the hell. you asked to select the plan and when i selected the plan and ordered a sim you say that the order is canceled because you dont like the offer. i am highly highly frustrated worst customer experience. Salesman isnt fit for the store. Very rude behaviour 😤😤😤

Sales men dont know how to talk he only knows to fight he doest want to solve the problem but wants to argue i request the jio managers to remove both the sales men from the work as they are not to fit to serve the jio customers ... Very rude behaviour

This is not a reliance digital store. This is Jio digital store. Needs to be updated with that name

He was trying to help out but problem was from Jio servers

Its a small store with basic amenities and gadgets , you cant expect much but any queries related to jio sim card will be resolved.

When Jio launched this is one of the very famous shop in alwal, people were waiting for almost 4 to 5 hrs for jio sim card.We will get all Reliance electronic product, During festival we will get good offers here.People those who wanted to buy any reliance product like sim card or any accessories they no need to go for any bigger Reliance digital store, as this store is a small store but they have access to all their products.
