They don’t know how to speak to customerAnd they have parts which are china quality product I am done with this Samsung under warranty also they don’t claim specially the manager is worst fellow I don’t know how Samsung appoints these kind of manager not qualifying for the post even 12th passs will handle better this branch

This is waste service centeri have given my mobile first they said only software upgrade problem will be solved again they caled me and telling its motherboard problem firstly they asked me u r mobile is in warrenty or not after conforming that they telling to change the motherboardwithout my permission they opened my mobile and changed the motherboard

Say they are open till 8 pm but after 12 pm they will ask to come next day at 10 am..Poor customer service, they are not even ready to listen to customer issue forget resolving it.....

Worst experience Ive ever had. Im not talking about other stores theyre pretty good in their work and decency. Paradise store is soo worse and uneducated workers are working over there. They dont even know how to move with the customers, they dont even have minimum manners to talk with people. Please Im requesting you to change all the workers who are working there. And dont put down your store status.
