It was gud to see that work was done quickly and smoothly.

Not like earlier times. Now its totally streamlined. No wastage of time. Perfectly finished my job in less than half an hour.

Made everything so simple took less than 10 minutes to complete my renewal.

The police are doing excellent job with social distancing. Hats off! Never seen RTA this organised earlier.Always carry a Pen, Pencil and an eraser for registration. It is advisable to also carry both original and extra photo copies of the document. Arrange the documents in the prescribed order for registration (Refer photo)You dont really require an agent if you are patient.

It was a very happy experience to get the registration done personally at RTA NZ it took only 30 minutes for us to complete the whole process of registration very fast n helpful staff n RTA INSPECTORS AS WELL. We thank from deep of our heart we r senior citizens. Thanks again fr the same

This place is filled with brokers between 3 to 5 pm. I went for an enquiry around 4pm today. Nobody is available in the counter 4 and other counter people are totally ignoring like I dont exist. They were only talking to people who appeared to be brokers or agents, a lot of them. I was very disappointed seeing this, no one to help. Even the police are aware but they seem to have a tie up with brokers to earn money. Very pathetic that this broker system still exists and I wonder if our country will go any forward with this kind of corruption.

A typical Indian Registration office,If you know the process, the work is swiftStaff is moderately friendly and will share next steps to get your job done.The Infrastructure the staff use is outdated, they got to improve in that area to get the work done fast.I was aware of the process from their front desk.Which helped me.

Once u enter u can easily find out the difference between normal people work nd broker work done by officers. We common people hav to stand in long queue and the broker can access the entry inside the office nd get the work done. One of the worst experience...

Giving 3 stars as the work was done super quick and without much delay. Ambience was poor, people waiting for long in the sun, no proper cleaning of the surroundings, it is rustic looking, much like a state govt organisation... some overhaul can be done to change the stereo type state govt depts tag.

You will feel difference between Common men and rich or powerful, political, govt officersSeparate rules and regulations are there, but better even for common men in this environment. At least few govt employee s are working honestly without any greediness.

The place is very neat and hygienic. Covid 19 standards are being maintained very strictly and only after checking the temperature people are allowed to go inside the premises. Wearing masks is very strict and everything is online and slot booking for a better service.

Process to be made better and more efficient

Service is good but brokers business is more ....dont know why officials are not taking action. Brokers are barging in to windows without following line and making their customers get chance first even when there is a big line ...it happened to me at counter 11 the photo and sign capture booth around 1.15 pm on 6/1/21 . first the agent barged in without maintaining social distancing and allowed his client to get service before me when I protested he told they are waiting for long ...some how the official person sitting inside wanted them to get some more docs and I got the chance ....I am not against agents some times we require their service for hassle free work but they must not eat on others bread. The service at RTA was excellent I went to remove mortigage of my two wheeler the officer at counter no. 4 guided me about documents and after I added the required docs the whole work completed in 1 min ...well done RTA ....keep it up..

Really the services rendered by the RTA-HYDERABADNZ are highly appreciable. To avoid agents, the steps taken by the Department are laudable and online system is very fine. My experience is in the office is fully satisfied. Hope this tempo will continue for ever.

The atmosphere was friendly & staff courteous, every body following covid protocol. The experience was really pleasant, beginning from car parking till exit. Took around half hour to complete the license renewal process. Ofcourse, all the documents including medical certificate was ready & slot booked.

Heavy Rush All The time... Agent works done early... I asked some information about registration... Many rules... I handed over all my basic documents... Which I have... Its done work in 30 min... Just waited in line for photo snap.. everything done by agent.. please Grove up govt officers... Public are suffering.. with unr bloody rools...

Slot period was there for my DL. Every thing went fine with Covid precautions. I was out by 11 AM. Five years back it was time consuming. Only thing was more time at the MO should have been alloted.

Few places change for the better over the years. This is one of them. No agents allowed or seen in the vicinity which is such a refreshing change. The staff is very efficient and responsive.

Visited after long time. Good to see most of the things are online, however not properly advertised about this. Upto my knowledge everything should be booked online for appointment and paid online and get the print at assigned time. Note, in online for license number field enter reference number and choose TS010 as RTA office (RTA-Hyderabad-NZ-TS010), if it dont work try other wise because they swapped the DL number with reference recently.

The arrangements in view of pandemic are excellant with proper enforcement of covid guidelines.The vehicle checking inspectors are considerate towards senior citizens and help them complete the formalities in less time, while ensuring all documents are inorder

Went for changing vehicle ownership and police didnt allow two people.Theres also no place for other people to sit or parking space because of which the road has a perpetual traffic jam.The employees will tend to you only if you come through an agent, which we did not do, thus a 10min job turned into 2 hour hellfest.

Generally its crowded at morning times. Waiting might go upto 2 hours. Vehicle inspection doesnt take much time..and please wear helmet.
