Been shopping here for a decade. It’s a Rexall with a pharmacy. Pretty standard stuff. Don’t treat the staff like trash.

Totally unprofessional attitude faced. Thats the 2nd time in this year. Wish to hear from Rexall administration to submit proof of worse behaviour & negligence.

This is a clean pharmacy and a good place to buy medicine.

Went for my covid shot, was treated professionally, had my questions answered. I stayed for the required 15 minutes and then departed.

Worst pharmacist ever. Don’t know how to talk to customers.It was around 8:57 pm. They were about to close the store.I went there to buy medicine prescribed by doctor, I needed it as I was in pain, but she refuses to give me medicine because of small mistake on my prescription that was DOB, she first called my doctor’s clinic but somehow they didn’t received call as they were closed. So I asked her to call doctor directly but she refuses to do that. And note: In a harsh language she told me take your prescription and go somewhere else.And didn’t provided me with medicine which I needed the most at that time.Please serve customer in a good manner even though you are about to close.

At a time where I really need some assistance this pharmacy will not reduce their dispensing fee which is quite high compared to others. I have breast cancer and just starting chemo, my work insurance covers most medications but I have to pay the dispensing fee for EVERY medication. I am not working and cant afford that much so I asked if it can be reduced. They told me no I am sorry we cant even when I said I will be taking my business to another pharmacy that allows me to pay online $2.00 per medications. great job making things easier for people when they are sick Rexall!!!! Very upset

This location is cozy. It never has traffic so filling the prescription is pretty much faster compared to other drug stores. Also, sometimes when I get bored, I just hangout there and buy some stuff for passing my time. LolBut overall clean and cool place to look into.

I stopped shopping at this location because everytime I went in I was followed around the store by a elderly male employee.

The pharmacists and pharmacy staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Krystal is a great cashier/front-end staff.

The staff and management have been the nicest group of people I have been in contact with. Im glad to have shopped here for the year that I have been living in the area. Best customer service I have seen in awhile!

I give my prescriptions to Rexall Pharmacy at Markham and Ellesmere intersection in Scarborough, Ontario and usually I get my medicines without any problems. Since September 28, 2018 Rexall tells me that they will charge me actual fees for the same prescription that I am taking for the last 7 years. ODSP actually pays for my medicine and I dont have to pay anything. I think Rexall Pharmacy has a new owner from Guyana, South America.

One of the worst run pharmacies in Scarborough. I stepped in to pick up some polysporin for my infant son.The Pharmacist engaged in gossiping about her co-worker/boss with a co-worker(she wasnt trying to be discrete) for a full 25 mins while people waited in line to talk to her/get prescriptions.when it was my turn, I specifically asked for infant ointment and she gave me one for kids 2-10 years. I was in a rush and didnt realize the mix up until I got home.If you want bare-minimum, rushed and incorrect answers, I would highly recommend this pharmacy. If not, try another place.
