Very bad service as per they are receiving the amount of a ticket,these guys are saying AC Bus this is the only truth other wise nothing to manageable. The capacity of bus is if fifty than they are taking more than 100 pax. Really its horrible .

There bus capacity is 38+2 but there are traveling passenger 70 approx. And divers & conductor is 🤣🤣very rude , even chori........There are first and last time traveling this bus I hope god no given chances for traveling 🥭🥭 mango bus ...never happen

Never happen 😐 i am speechless for there are behaviour . Totally gundagardi , bus conductor driver and khane bale gunde totally gundagardi he says i am drop u any place . I was pay 1100 ₹ fully AC but facilities 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 plz never book tickets with mango never traveling with mangooo .... Mango like mango 🥭😂

Try providing advance booking to the customers.

The bus is filled with un registered passengers i booked this bus because of the reviews because i thought its better than chartered ... Bus air conditioning is not working properly... Whole bus is dirty and stinky there is not even a place for standing...... Please remove the fake reviews from the online booking platforms... And some passengers using foul languages ... Eating and spitting gutka etc on their seats ..

I have not seen such a worst bus service ever in my life. If you are traveling with your famy and kids I would personally request to not to travel by this bus. Staff is very bad. I had booked seats online but those seats were sold to others and they were taking regular passengers from route. Very bad attitude very bad bus service very bad experience. My kids were crying and staff was almost busy with taking other passengers in to get extra money. People were having bidi inside the bus and few people were drunked. Very bad experience.

I am travelling from satna to bhopal today , bus condition good but they full fill the bus by the extra passengers , they have not any seat. Bus is overloadedThe extra passengers didnt wear any mask , it feels very uncomfortable.

Very poor support, coordination among the staff. Their pick up locations are different. Bus conductor and driver doesnt know passenger list and data.
