Great hospitality and friendly staff. Stayed here for a short halt and the hotel is very welcoming and staff is very courteous.Reservation process was very smooth & guidance to book a room was fantastic. I would particularly compliment the team of Reservations :Mr.Raj and mr Ashish for taking care of my requirements with a smile. Keep it up the good work and would definitely visit again!

I have been coming here for the food and I have always received a good quality of the food.The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I have been unable to use my Sodexo card everytime I visit

Pathetic hotel for marriage or any other function. They take the full amount as advance and after that, there is no proper service or anything.They will ruin your ceremony. Owner and his sons are the biggest Lootera, they will stop picking the call and leave the poor manager/waiter to face the chaos.One of the horrible experience, not even worth for one star.

Overall good except AC problem. In midnight suddenly AC stopped working otherwise everything was fine. I will recommend this to my friends and family to stay during the travel to this city.

I just visited the basement hall to attend a family function. The illumination and ventilation were surprisingly very good. Its a relatively new installation and I hope that they maintain it to the desired level in the future.

Stay here for two daysOverall average hotelIf you stay here for two days they will give only one water bottle as complimentary instead of two and logic is they used it as welcome drink lol.....My logic, water bottle is not a welcome drink and if this is complimentary this must be for both the day.I requested for wake-up call at 7am with tea and it received at 7:30 am

Staying since 31 August evening, house keeping is very bad. God badly smelled blanket twice. Even after complaining the owner didnt bother to look seriously.Food is costly, available food from this in zamato @ 50% off.

Very bad service, Managers was really rude - served the starter after main course. When we refused to take the starter, he rudely said khana hai toh kahyiye warna paisa toh jodd lunga. The way customers are treated is awful.
