The place is so close and there is no fresh air circulation, no windows and only ac is not enough, at least have exhaust air fan in toilet. But everywhere is packed. Due to this, the place stinks.Pl improve.If you cant provide windows then provide fresh air circulation through ducts.

Worst experience.my grandfather was suffering from chest pain but in emergencey there is no doctor at night.even i asked the staff but they said Doctor refused to come on hospital at night time...Hospital building is good full of air conditioned but the quality of care is very poor..I suggest to everyone if you have any emergency Dont try to think to go Sarthak hospital, sarthak hospital is nice to treat fever ,cold and cough thats it.there is no any speciality services...

Bad staff and very very rude, I called up last @1Am six times and then my call got picked up in seventh time and somebody said no doctors available and i believe that person was sleeping. Very bad service very very bad i never thought about that kind of service from sarthak, Iam requesting to Dr Sunil Agrawal kindly trained your staff and appoint one doctor for night shift.

Firstly no doctors are available on working hours . Even if they are there they treat patients like dog.. Dr. Muskesh Tripathi who is an orthopaedic given treatment of sprain for ligament fracture and on revisiting he started yelling instead of listening the pain of patient... Worst doctors... Worst management.. No need to waste time and money here...

ThinkI think there are need to improve more because there are not available expert team. This hospital is changed only location. (Bhus Khana in local language, only to know whose number is going on, sir, does not change from changing to Surat)Here, there is no one to handle how to control the crowd, how to run systematically. It is not Dr.s fault that playing from reception counters to doctor cabins is bad. There is a loot in this hospital, sonography in everything ..
