Worst place ever seen in my life. I went for interview there the staff even dont know how to speak and very rude behaviour with candidates, they call candidates for time pass or may be complete the formalities of company.Management are so bad even managers also they dont know how to take interview with experience candidates, they think that they are knowledgeable but actual they are over confident, uneducated.Even HR doesnt know how to take interview they just wasted my time.... Very disappointed

1. Rude behavior of staff- advisor has handed over vehicle without getting everything thing done as mentioned before hand to receptionist. Vehicle was handed over to him at 1010 am. Vehicle was handed over to me at 1500 hrs after billing . When I checked up vehicle things which were told for rectification were not resolved like loose side mirror , excessive noise in vehicle, boot etc. When I told the same to receptionist he said I have checked your vehicle personally and there is no problem in it then I contacted the mechanic and requested him to check it ,then he again took my vehicle inside garrage as there were problems in it. At the after spending around 7-8 hrs since morning they could not resolve problem as 90% of the time I could not see any mechanic near the vehicle only.2. Fake billing - Initially a bill of Rs 9500 was shown to me and services provider requested to take ROAD assistantance service by paying half the money of actual subscription i.e. around Rs 1500 which I refused then service provider mentioned that I will get some discount for you and finally my bill was 8500 it clearly states that at initial only my bill was 8500 and it was manipulated to 9500 so as to fool me and make me to take road assistantance service. If such things will keep on happening in a registered service centre then what extra assurance they are offering when compared to local mechanic and services provider.2. Service Manager or GM- I tried to meet service manager however he was unavailable then I tried to meet GM so again receptionist outside GMS office did not allow me for the same. EXTREMELY unsatisfactory. Hardly a customer in entire day would be requesting to meet GM and GM is so busy as no one can meet him. finally out of frustration I decided to move out as it was just a wastage of time and no fruitful result was coming out.2. Very poor service - Staff are making customer to sign on feedback form before billing as well as before allowing the customer to check his vehicle.. Also staff is requesting to sign on blank feedback form and mentioning that they themselves will fill the data. Then why this form is called as customer feedback form. Its name should be STAFF SELF ASSIMILATION FORM.3. Before payment of bill, vehicle should be shown to customer as this is standard procedure being followed by all other companies.. Here initially billing is done and then vehicle is shown to customer so that customer perforce will have to accept the vehicle in whatever condition it is.4. Condition of customer waiting hall is pathetic where AC at 18deg has zero cooling and floor is as dirty as SARWAJNIK SAUCHALAYA.5. Television has been placed where only 5 pic of Mahindra vehicle are displayed and Tata sky has been kept only to look good.6. Lunch Break - its surprising that entire staff takes a lunch break from 1300 to 1430hrs and customer keeps on waiting till that time.RegardsVivek singhMahindra verito vibeMP 17 CB 0176
