The new App rewards us against our purchases. Currently it is against coffee and sandwiches. It should be against total purchases. Service was very nice except that they force imported water instead of local. Food good. Coffee nice as always. Good value for money.

Great place for a bite! Staff are super kind and productive. Much better than the other Tim Horton’s down the street.The food has much better preparation, also. If I order a sandwich, it’s not falling apart before I take my bite.

As I was very early in Dubai for sightseeing shops were still closed. just 20 minutes before opening they were friendly enough to assist me with a coffee and some French bread. Service was great so I came back later that morning to enjoy my lunch.Friendly staff and nice food for a cheap price! The doughnuts also look amazing! Free WiFi for an hour too is very helpful!

Dropped in here to try the pistachio latte(4/5) which we have been wanting to try for a while. In terms of taste it is excellent but at aed 21 its a bit expensive considering the sandwich we ate was only aed 15. The sandwich we had was Mumbai bhaji sandwich which tasted good and is worth the price(5/5). The americano(4/5) and boston cream(4/5) that we had was also nice.

Flafal wrap, zateer croissant are delicious. Maple donuts is soft and light. It opens 24 hours which is good for light snack.

Really quiet place during the day. Their coffee and drinks are even better than the other branches.

Coffee is still the same, but service is getting worse and worse and can’t say anything about sandwiches- got very unlucky for the third time.

When the ice coffee was not good because they put too much cream I asked for a change but instead the cashier, Anita, just dumped half off and added more cold coffee.... so rudely too. The tim hortons is good but this worker really ruined it for the whole experience

The coffee is nice here . Pastries amd sandwiches also okay. But if you are a budget traveller, Zoom Supermarket nearby has a cheaper alternative. This stretch of road is where tourists stay, hence all the food outlets are expensive . Nevertheless, its nice to hangout at winter nights at the outside. Wifi is strong here. Good place to work on laptop.

Good experience..good social distancing...would have been better if they keep the sanitizer in a conveniently visible place. Have to ask for tissue seperately, otherwise people at the counter are busy in selling than customer service.

Very nice place for going out for coffee. Tim Hortons has got a variety of hot, cold drinks, sandwiches and desserts at a very competitive price as compared to rival coffee places. Its also available on Smiles. The place can do with more hand gel for sanitation and more coffee drink selection.

The Sandwich I ordered was good but the worst things was Ive found a Plastic on my food. I ordered in Deliveroo in Tim Hortons - Trade Center. Please kindly careful in the Food you serve or deliver to your customers. Better I did not choke the plastic or else.. when I bite the sandwich I notice a long plastic I though it just a small onion but when I hold and pull it out its a long plastic 😕🙁 please be careful

Ordered a Chicken tuscan sandwich at Sheikh Zayed branch and sandwich was very bad. not enough chicken and when i showed the employee she offered to change it. why sell a chicken sandwich if you wanna put 68grams of chicken inside.i used to always order and never was like that but seems like they wanna cut cost and lose a regular customer.

Serving a cold coffee .. specifically cold brew coffee should come with the question with ice or not. Jamming a glass with lots of ice and then pouring the coffee is going to dilute my coffee and enjoy it less, my advice ... Make sure they dont do that to your cold brew coffee, otherwise the place is nice .. with the social distancing still holds the a great vibe.

I walked into Tim Hortons because of a Canada nostalgia. But this was nothing like that. The food was very ok and the meat I think was stale. But the guy behind the counter made up for it. He was really nice and i ate the food without complaining purely because he was really nice. I should have complained 🥴

Every product purchased at Tim Hortons tasted perfect. The flavour is well balanced and the products are perfectly crafted. One item better than the other. Be sure to enter into gastronomy heaven... Also bear in mind that quick service with a broad smile is part of the deal.

Another outlet of Tim Hortons on Sheikh Zayed road. Good coffee, sandwiches and pastries. Nice place to hang out in a relaxed setup. They also have outdoor sitting arrangements.

I love to pass by in the morning to get my morning coffee and sometimes I add a bagel, muffin, or just doughnut.I love also their on-and-off special drinks they introduce for limited times.Their new loyalty program is so easy to use (Club Apparel) which gives me a free drink after 5 paid ones or a free sandwich after 5 paid ones, I also usually use my smiles app from Etisalat for the buy one get one offers, very nice staff, welcoming atmosphere (a place from home away from home - Just being another Canadian who misses home), I just wish if they had a drive through service as finding a parking in this area is a nightmare (or maybe if they allow to call and order ahead, so I just drive for pick and pay).Also, I think they are a bit behind when it comes to milk alternatives (many cafe shops started adopting almond milk, coconut milk, soy mile, ...etc.).
