This Taco Bell is simply the worst location Ive ever been to.I went here August 2, just before 12 noon. I waited around 8 minutes before they finally took my order. Drive through is priority, meanwhile, going in, youre imposing on them it seems.Apparently they opened at 1145 due to the holiday.We ordered two fries supremes and 3 tacos.Upon getting home (5-10 min drive), we noticed the fries were disgustingly old. Freezing cold, shriveled up fries. Do the math. They opened at 1145, I ordered around 1210 or so (even though their sign says 11am). The wait for food was 10 minutes or so. I thought, at least itll be fresh. Boy was I wrong. Theres no way the fries were made within the hour of when they opened. These had to have been from hours earlier, which the guy there said they werent open.Such a mess this location is. Definitely go here if you want to risk getting food poisoning.I called the location when I got home and realized the food was disgusting and old. They said come in for a refund and fresh food. So 5-10 min drive back and then they said no refund, only fresh food. I said to them what a waste this is. I drive 4 times to or from Taco Bell because they dont believe in fresh food. Fries should be made to order, as well as your other food. Food shouldnt sit around at room temperature. No one in there has any idea on food safety.Ill be calling head office to report this location and Ill be reporting them to the health unit.0/5 stars (forced to give 1 star).

Ordered twice through Uber eats, first order was the meal for two and was missing 2 taco and the drink was flavourless club soda. Second order I never got my 2 crunch wraps or cinnamon twist. Don’t order from these brainless people

Just the worst taco bell. Not open inside today yet the doors are propped open? Never have what we want and cannot mod orders for the life of them. Also, they forget items. Street clothed Im assuming employees standing in the drive thru lane so although they told us drive thru only we actually were not able to get into the drive thru bc of people standing at the speaker.

Tacos were good but losing 2 stars because the nacho chips were state and you guys have a GIANT pot hole in the latter half of the drive thru. Please fix the pot hole!

In the 4 times weve gone to this location, they have gotten our order right once. Staff can be seen inside without masks not socially distancing and are more interested in their phones than their customers. Definitely wont be going back to this location and I strongly recommend going to the London road instead for anyone else. Good job!

For those who dont know Taco bell its like the fast food of Mexico .

Great, I mean GREAT tacos 🌮.But, one thing. With this branch, I have been through the drive thru with my dad, and as most dads want, he wants extra fire sauce. So, when we ask for “extra” fire sauce they hardly give us ANY.Also, one time I came, I asked for a combo with a bonus taco. They thought I meant another box, and so I got 2 big boxes that cost an extra $12.00.Please read this. But, as always, you still make great tacos.

Terrible service. I asked for hard tacos got soft. Didnt notice till home. I asked for a lot of sauce. They had NONE. Like ordering a big mac without secret sauce. Unbelievable!!

Absolutely horrible place to get food. We ordered a party pack cost of almost 25 dollars to get home with 10 tacos that had bately enough toppings for 4 tacos. We returned with the horrible food to have our money refunded or the order remade. We were told without a receipt they would not do anything for us. We left the bag of food there and went home to lookfor the receipt which we could not find. We returned and asked for our bag of food back as we couldnt find the receipt and they threw out our food in the garbage. At this point they would not remake our order or refund our money. So we had basically 25 dollars stolen from us by this taco bell. This location has single handedly ruined taco bell for our family. I will never ever visit another taco bell anywhere at anytime. I could be dying of starvation and taco bell could be the only thing around for thousands of miles I will take my chances and crawl the thousand miles. Picture is of the toppings we recieved on our 25 dollar tacos.

I went twice last month, but very disappointed with the amount of meet they add to the tacos.

Service is horrible food is lacking poor language barrier portions are about half what the use to be over all just not pleased with the direction they have gone

I actually wanted to give this place ZERO stars but that wasnt an option. My friend and I pulled up to the drive-thru around 10:00 p.m. one night and there was a pickup truck ahead of us waiting to place their order. We waited for nearly 10 mins behind this truck (with our windows down) but never heard anyone talking on the speaker. The truck pulled ahead and it was our turn to place our order. Someone told us they would be with us shortly. About 5 mins later a guy came on the speaker and took our order. I had to repeat myself twice because he was incompetent and clearly distracted. I finally pull up to the window and the truck ahead of me had already left. I sat there waiting for someone to come to the window for nearly 10 minutes and NO ONE EVER DID. I cant even make this bs up. Nobody took my money, nobody was even in the store. I drove around to the other side of the restaurant and no cars were there at all. The staff literally left. Mark my words they will be shut down soon. Either someone will get food poisoning because of poor practices or they will close due to lack of income. I hope that they dont send this staff over to the good store. The Taco Bell staff on London Road is great and so is the food. No photos to post because they left the restaurant and gave me nothing.

This place is outright disappointing. You shouldnt have high standards if youre going for food here any way but its sad how low the standards seem to be. The chicken quesidilla I had was cold, not hot at all; and the same with my frie supreme. My partner had to toss away half of their meal due to the items being cold. We are not going back. Please consider going someplace else for a quick family meal or a late night snack.

Have had items missing from my order on more than one occasion and compared to other taco bells their food quality is underwhelming. Despite that their staff is very nice and caring towards customers and made me feel very welcomed every time I’ve ordered.

Your staff needs to listen to what the customer wants instead of trying to rush the order along to get the next customer. They always get my order wrong and when you ask them to repeat it they act like you’re bugging them. If you’d listen and take your time I wouldn’t have to repeat myself and maybe just maybe You’d get my order right.

This place is hilarious. The inside of the restaurant has not changed in over 15 years. Besides the decor the food is what you would expect from taco bell. I dont think anyone here actually knows what they are doing. Expect a min 5 min wait at the speaker before ording in driv thru followed by another 10 min wait for food if they even got the order right and your pop will likely only be half full. Avoid this taco bell.

Staff bad behaviour

My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru around 4pm and ordered a Pepsi, Rootbeer and a Gordita Crunch combo. Both drinks consisted of slightly flavoured club soda. The Gordita Crunch was stale, broken, and not hot. Very disappointed by their staff at this location as they were rude, sloppy, and inattentive. Not coming back.
