I went there to purchase cradle for my sisters little one. They have only 3 models. That too very expensive. So I didnt make any purchase over there. And disappointed with their service too.I havent check their another products due to urgency on that particular day....!But when I make an order in online on some other day, I came to know that they have good collection of dresses for babies. So you can try for that but kindly note it down that their dresses are expensive😋

Worst experience, staff dont have any knowlege of products, slow billing process, very slow staff members, no experienced person to handle customer present in store, worst firstcry franchise branch at salem

They’re selling defective products, when asked for replacement the owner is behaving like brand ambassador for that product. I had shown him the defect but still he is very much arguing. Instead they should forward it to the product company. Never ever go there again. New tingles shop at 1st floor is much better than firstcry.

Have Most Things -- VERY COSTLY

I requested them to send 6m+ Philips avent natural feeding bottle. They send it but received 3 holes nipple instead of 4 holes nipple. They could have checked the product before delivering it to customer. Very disappointed and didnt expected this kind of service and that too from firstcry.

One of the best shop for kids iam witnessing in Salem. The staffs and the owner is very friendly and helpful. Hazel free shopping. Easy parking fun-filled shopping experience. In this covid 19 period maximum safety measures are put and being taken care at the best possible means.

I have faced very bad experience in this outlet, they had sold damaged or demo product to me and without bill.. they are acting that they are busy.. my request to all the people is please check the product by yourself dont believe this shop workers.. dont ask them to check.. they are cheating like anything..I am not at all satisfied with this outlet.. Store covers almost all baby products. They encourage you to place order online also from store and we can get it in a weeks time. Cannot expect all items we see online to be present. Unbranded toys at counter could be of better quality. Owner of the store is very friendly and answers all questions.No exchange policy is the only disappointment.

They sold useless street toy for 600rs which is not even worth for 100rs.

Very pathetic service... Neither cashier lady, nor the sales girls know anything on the baby products inside... Even for the simplest questions, they dont know what it is? Better put someone who knows the product they are selling. Also the cashier lady is so lazy and illiterate, she made multiple times to use card swipe... Also very expensive place, you wont get any discounts like other First Cry outlets... Better try other outlets...
