Stupendous hospitality! If youre in search of a relax stay and simultaneously a foodie; much recommended stay. The ambience and the over all services are just fabulous. After a tiring day you definitely would look for a comfort which is assured here. From rooms, to buffets, to the smiling faces while serving you indeed a wonderful experience. During pandemic time people expect hygiene but I can give this hotel a zero for it , because of their towel, toilet seater, floor and shower head. There is nothing that I saw in my room worth a rent more than ₹2000. Food is good if ordered as ala carte but buffet is terrible because there is no theme , randomly keeping certain items or hardly any variety. They don’t have dinner buffet , so avoid booking . Finally parking was worst .

Stay was excellent. The rooms were spacious .....the service on refilling water and cleaning the room was really perfect....especially Prem kumar and Suresh cleaned our room spic and span......and really patience enough to help us on our need.....thank u guys.......breakfast was decent.....room service food quantity could have been better

I went to the bar with my friends, they told offer for beer but no nonveg side dish, again we asked if we buy without offer, whether non veg dish will be given, intiaily said yes, later not given, we have ordered chicken lollypop, the chicken lollypop was not fresh, it was reheated and given to us, a compliment was registered at manager

Never give your car for valet parking, especially if they offer for washing even the valet drivers will ask you whether to wash..My skoda rapid logo they have looted... This will be My first and last visit to CJ Pallazio.More over if you are giving a negative review they will try to defend it by saying time and date for the same. Poor approach by them..Management if uou are noticing these issues.... It will be good

Spa used to be very professional and with good quality in CJ Pallazio hotel. I dont understand what happened now. The hotel changed the spa vendor it seems. They started doing bad business and indulged in unprofessional stuffs. Bad name for the hotel. The owners should be careful in letting the spa vendors to do business inside their premises.

They serve a wide range of dishes with good taste and the ambience is really pleasing and makes you feel a good sense. A nice restaurant to come with your friends and have a chit chat.A good delight to your tongue and the taste is tooo yum!!.This restaurant is easily identifiable tooI loved pink pasta and all the gravies were really good and breads were soft.

One of the finest and favourite pitstop hotels in Salem on NH-44 Salem.Warm, welcoming and a wonderful place to stay. Food at Saffron restaurant is super delicious , each and every dish they served was finger licking. A big thumbs up to the chef and his team.Special mention to Miss.Rose and the others at Saffron, they were extremely cooperative helpful and friendly.Even the room service attender was very quick , helpful and did a great job.Complimentary breakfast, room dining , great food ,room service, clean rooms, comfortable beds, service on time, ample car parking.We enjoyed the stay, had a great experience!!Must try -palak paneer and fried rice..Thankyou Team C J Pallazzio.

I went for lunch here to the saffron restaurant. Ambience was good. Had bamboo biriyani, mutton bhuna and soup. Bhuna was not satisfactory whereas bamboo biriyani was good.

It has home delivery of their restaurant menu’s. Located exactly at the round about of the highway.It’s a three star hotel located at the prime spot. Has good varieties of food. Their banquet hall is quiet smaller for the amount they charge. Rooms here are ok for the amount charged. Speed of service should be increased. A ok place to stay in Salem.

Good reception and all staffs were very polite and courteous. especially the cleanliness of the rooms toilet walk area are really wonderful. I am very mush happy to continue to stay when ever I Passover Salem. The service of Ms. Sivakami and Ms. Kavipriya are immense on room cleaning and room service. CJ Pallazzio Salem, I stayed here during lockdown 05/2021, the place is excellent to stay, I couldnt explore their all avenue and capabilities due to covid restrictions, overall experience was good. The staff is their strength, Front office (Baskar, Mohammad, Karthikeyan), House Keeping (Prem, Thiru), Room service (Bhupathi, Kumar), security team ( Srinivas T, Viswanathan), their services was outstanding. Appreciate their Mentors and management.My concern is that that they could have considered giving me a lockdown discount, so that it is a win-win for both

The managers Mohammed & Karthick (Service Desk), Bharathi (House Keeping team) and Mani & Kumar (Restaurant) were exceptional with their service in CJ Pallazio. They were prompt in answering all queries and every ask was addressed. The service staff Santhosh & Sarojini had done an outstanding job by keeping the room spic and span amidst COVID times. The room was cleaned with Sodium Hypo Chloride for disinfecting purposes on all days. The food tastes yummy & mouth-watering and were served timely. All service staff here are courteous, humble and polite. Every staff wears mask at all times and maintain perfect hygiene. A perfect stay for me in the most pandemic time. It is truly a hospitality jewel!

Cant complain anything on the room. It was fantastic. WiFi speed is too slow and was unable to connect from Laptop which is very annoying. Spa service is available at additional cost. So is In Room dining. No swimming pool which is a bummer but overall a decent place to stay just in the heart of City.

It is one of the best places in salem for dining and party. Food quality is superb and staff behaviour is very good. Bar of the hotel is also very good. Lots of offers are available for drinks.

It was a comfortable stay .. i realy like how polite the staffs were i alwys stay out for holidays amd weekends but here it felt realy homely it is only because of the polite staffs . rooma are big enough and worthy for price !! only cons, is that price felt bit high on water and food for example, simple water bottle costed me 60rupees and food was realy properly cooked so we ordered outside.other than this it was a comfy stay will definitely suggest to my friends

Best place for get together. The cost is reasonable and the service was excellent. All the staff were treated well. Excellent team work by Rose, Mythili, Kumar and the crew. All the best guys you all did a great job.

For the price and label of a three star, the experience here is just ok.To begin with, there was no elevator from basement parking; we had to climb a steep slope to the reception. At the reception, all safety protocols were in place and the room was also good.Disappointingly, the restaurant was not so - on an evening 10 pm, when we just wished to grab something and literally fall asleep, the restaurant made us wait half an hour just to take the order.Another unpleasant experience was at checkout - where the hotel expressed the lack of trust they placed on the guests and made us wait till they check that the room is fully alright. In other words, they wanted to confirm that we didnt break or steal anything.. huh..!!

Ambient car parking at under ground area.one can easily access this hotel even in peak traffic as Salem is now connected by over bridges all round.
