Hi guys, Let me give honest review about this amman Suzuki showroom.i owe Suzuki gixxer sf 150Selling the vehicle is their duty, its totally fine.About the service , one lady will come and note what ever we say, she will write on a paper thats it, then they will change your oil and water wash and show us tadawe did everything for you and cleaned your bike my reaction will be like bro who asked you to lube my chain , Y dont you people change the engine oil which I prefer , what did you do to my bike , my instrument cluster not working their answer will be like aio sorry will check nowman what were you people doing untill now..To be honest one of the worst showroom , they will convince you thats all..their aim to complete the bike service within a daythey will complete 50 bikes in one day.problem doesnt matter, just to deliver bike they will be like banana.please guys if youre buying in that amman showroom , dont give your bike for service there.for 100% they will spoil your bike.please aware of these kind of cheap people.

Worst service center... During warranty period (Back Tyre air leakage problem) 3 times they serviced.They changed tyre 2 times and rim 1 time. Still problem not cleared..

These is no any offer gives , if u did extra fittings in outside. They will say gives offer. But wont offered anything. Extra fitting will charge more cost and reduced by the name of offer.

Very bad service.. Took over more than 4 days to deliver my bike ... After my change spares not fitted properly,No updates on bike service,Customer Satisfaction poor.They are not taking caring of customers properly.

Hi everyone,My father got Suzuki Access SE 125 Matt Black. Sep30,2020 that day we decided to take delivery, so they called morning to check whether youre ok with that scooter and they had only one in their showroom. I drove that in nearby street and returned to showroom.While returning I noticed sales incharge lady was scolding one sales man pointing ladies handle on another same scooter different colour(I didnt ask them what happened in that scooter at that time).Then I checked our scooter whether there are any scratches or damages especially in ladies handle, so that was ok and perfect only issue is our vehicle was fully mud in wheels as they were parked outside in rain. I asked to clean them before we take delivery. Delivery was decided on evening 5 pm.We came that evening 5, then salesman asked to wait for few minutes as they are washing scooter now only. So we waited and after 15 or 20 min. approx it came out. I went to see scooter once again whether there are any issues.As soon as I reached near the scooter I was seeing the wheels whether all mud was removed properly. It was not! Then very nextly I went to hold the handle that time I saw our scooter ladies handle was with coating issue and a deep scratch. Then we asked to sales man how it was and he explained while loading it comes like that only. Very soonly I checked other vehicles (new ones) it was not like that. Then they itself asked for exchanging I said ok. Then everything was like ok...ok and we decided to take out of showroom.After that only we realised that damaged handle on other scooter they removed and fixed with ours. Do they think we are fool, without knowingly we take out the vehicle.So this I didnt review about them in that day or next because they changed the handle.Later one month, today I left to service the same scooter and Im not satisfied with their service. One more point after service they ask to take delivery at that time please you guys not take the vehicle blindly, please check the vehicle and sign the feedback form.That time I signed blindly and our scooter mirror was loosely rotating, before that you can just turn only 15 degrees upward and downward. I asked the service person he said we dont have work in mirrors and didnt answer properly to me he went.My thought is that they might have changed that mirror also without your knowledge. Its my paid 6th service , I came to showroom and told to a person I came for service . A lady came and noted vehicle detail and took service coupon. Then asked what is problem. I told many problem she dont aware what kind of problem i am telling . She is zero vehicle knowledge then whatever I told she write in job sheet then blindly she said oil change ( 150 Kms drove from last oil change ) she dont know when to change oil, then said polish then said blindly estimated amount 800 rs. Job sheet is something technical people do analysis and get the actual problem then write down in job sheet. But it not happened. Then oil marked 4/5 point. It was tank full and drove around 60kms only. When it delivered I saw 4 point but once moved half km then it changed to 3 point. Dont know whether they are steeling fuel or not.After 6th service my vehicle was smooth and good thats why giving 3 star but previous 5th paid service was giving trouble like some sound in brake and wheel was stucking when we turn the handle , some noise in starting. I came from 40kms away. So I cant go back and fix the problem immediately.All 4 free service also I gave there . now I m doubting they are doing all check point for each free service. They do something if we say any complaints alone. Free service not meant free . We paid for that to vehicle MRP when we buy a vehicle.All technical people are there . I dont know all are working properly to customer.
