It is the worst hospital I have ever seen in my life. There is no guarantee of life if you are admitted, but they will make sure your bank balance goes empty and at end provide patients dead body. I lost my mother in this hospital, where they treated for 13 days with no sign of improvement. Moreover doctor will say directly to patients you have heart attack, you have blocks etc. Doctors should be motivating to patients, here it is like motivating them to be patient forever until they leave us. Never ever go to this hospital for any treatment.

The doctors are good. But the management needs to focus on Basic hygiene (missing/poor) in Ultrasound scan room. I was really upset to see that they dont have any paper mate for each Patient even at this CV-19 times.I was given toilet roll to wipe the cream post scan. Can you folks put some decent tissue papers there?Please advise the time slot for each patient for their time to scan. Currently the place is crowded and everyone anxious when their name will be called. Please look into this. Thanks.

Worst service I ever had from any hospital.Reception staff treated me like a beggar and not even bothered about .I went for MHC under corpirate tie up.It was real nightmare .I will never refer this hospital to anybody.I will advise my entire team to avoid this Hospital hereafter.

Money Money MoneyDuring the corona situation admits, everyday you will get call from billing department to ask you to pay money, But you wont get any call from Doctors or Nurses about patient conditions.If you have lot of Money, then you go to this hospital. You need to pay in Lakhs for normal treatments.

Such a wonderful treatment and well experienced doctor are worked in the hospital.Good hospitality and infrastructure.They are different kind of doctors working. Central government ECHS scheme are applicable there.But get ready face the ECHS formality’s like bring all kind of medical documents and reports because they want review the document and then only gave approval for further treatment for ECHS for scheme people. And here available all kind of medical insurance treatment . Before coming here bring your all kind of insurance documents and here all state medical scheme plans are available.

Today had visited for Coaxin vaccine. The total experience is a disaster. We scheduled for vaccine from CoWIN website for my Father-inlaw. We reached the hospital at 1.20 pm. At the gate the security blocked us saying the vaccine is not available and said to come after 2 days. We then told we have booked online and came from a long distance. They still denied us but later we were allowed inside but only person along with the vaccinating person and other 2 persons were waiting outside. We were waiting till 3.30pm outside but nothing happened. Its already 2 hours over. Since the mobile powered off due to low battery couldnt call and walked in to check the status. So we spoke to the security person and entered the hospital. I saw a queue of 30 people waiting for vaccine. There was a person incharge and tried to understand the reason for the delay. We were told the vaccine camp was arranged only for Infosys employees however due to mismanagement they opened the slots for public in the COWIN portal and now asked us to wait (I am not complaining Infy here but it’s the management internal issue. We have scheduled online and travelled 100 kms for this vaccine. Now delaying us or not denying at the gate is not correct). They have the vaccine available but cant understand whats stopping us to vaccinate. There were 30 people waiting for vaccine. No respect for us. We are not asking for a free vaccine. We have paid 1350/- per vaccine and still made us to wait like beggars. My Father-in-law was losing his control and his BP is raising. Even though we have followed up multiple times we were asked to wait. Time is now 4.30. Already 3 hours over waiting for vaccine. Now the person incharge came to asked to check BP. Now his BP went high and was denied vaccine again. We had to wait for an hour again for his BP to come low and finally vaccinated at 5.30pm. It took 4 hours for an vaccine. This is a just a disaster and the hospital management should make proper facilities for the patients. We are coming towards you for better service but its disheartening to see treated like this. I hope the management will take necessary steps to improve this situation in future.

Hospital doctors are good but hospital is worst. If you tell that have insurance they will add all the diseases in your name and will bill 3 times of your actual Bill. We are believed hospitals are temples and doctors are Gods. But they are looting peoples hardly earned money there is no ethics and grace and its equal to the Hell.
