Best hotel good staff

Hotel was clean and close to the heart of the city..food was very nice in the dinner..though breakfast spread should had more options..Overall we enjoyed our one night stay..surely best hotel in Saharanpur..

Infrastructure is very good, facilities are also good but Wi-Fi is not provided across the whole Hotel but available only in a small place.

Worst experience ever..poor arrangements, bad food quality, not hygienic and even a lot more ..and most especially Mr. Shiv kumar ...he is the person who promises u a lot befor your event and at the final moment the things which one get are horrible. The most feku person. He spoils our whole function. Recommended not to visit this hotel. Very bad experience. Oh yes, I hv to rate this hotel also....I would say this hotel is not at all eligible for rating.
