If there an option available to choose .01 rating for this branch of DTDC, I select that, because they are not able to take any kind of rating,they never Deliver the package at the given Address and Every time says we cant deliver it to you, its your fault to choose our service why you choose us.if you want your consignment, come and collect either we will send it back.So please anybody will suggest to me what we can do in this situation while your package is very urgent for you and they are making a delay?should we beat them by rod?Orlike a foolish man out of city se aakr piase aur time khrch krne ke baad bhi khud unse le kr apne ghr dene jaye?

Delivery person is doing false reporting since 3 days. Everyday status shows out for delivery but in evening he reports that Reciever requested to deliver on another day.No professionalism.Better go for bluedart.
