Services is very bad. New staff are un professional , they didnt know how to talk. About services old staff are good but now there is no-one . Do not purchase AMC (annual mentainance Contract ) it is a scam. Its only work when u service your bike in servicing time .twice i purchase headlight bulb ,flasher and horn . They did not give 5% discount and manger is also not helping in nature . They just say dekhuchu... Mu kahuchi.....So before purchase any bike of bajaj . Pls consider about how much you suffer in servicing.

One issue which happened with me was I purchased pulsar bike from this showroom .while purchasing the bike they give a telfon coating coupon having prize of Rs.600 and this telfon coating is used for 3 times during service times.For the 1st time when I took my bike for servicing, at the end they polish my bike using an amway polishing product along with other polishing product in the name of teflon coating.That polish can hardly cost about 10 to 20 rs maximum not more then that.Thats why when for the 2nd time I took my bike for servicing I talked to the staff of showroom that I dont want to take that teflon service because thats not at all worth .They directed me talk to the Manager and when I talked to him.I told him that I dont want refund of my money but one thing you can do is that you can just give any other services for the remaining money instead of that teflon coating. He seems a bit arrogant he is saying that In 600 rs how can you get teflon coating its costly.He was arguing with me that its your fault that you didnt tell us for the 1st of your service that you dont like it.and we cant give you that money or do other services apart from telfon coating.i was like you are doing scam here just polishing with ordinary polish in the name of teflon coating so he is like yeah we are doing scam but as because you are late to tell about this fact now fault is yours .you could have done it before.

No idea about the showroom but talking about the service station, I think in RM Bajaj, RM stands for Rude and Miserable. I had been been there to service my avenger and had a horrible experience. Its atleast a thousand times better to give your bike for servicing to a local mechanic than to RM Bajaj. Never ever, ever coming back here.

2 stars for good behaviour only.Good for nothing.They will never solve your problem.Even they are unable to solve minor problems like constant glowing of tail lamp,gear shifting problems that ocvured within first three months.Finaly these problems were solved by a road side repairing shop.A big ZERO for their technical staff.Their i came across Customers who are running there for months and these people have virtually ruined their new vehicles.Very bad service.

Biggest Bajaj showroom in Rourkela. Got all the bikes from Bajaj, ambience is good, showroom is good and spacious. If you are a bajaj fan then go for it. I personally didnt have a good experience here as the staff was not well behaved (showed there typical bajaj attitude) and didnt offer any kind of discount or good deal on the bike i wanted to buy. Ultimately i went for suzuki bike and got a really good deal and a really good experience as well.

A year or so before.I met with an accident on my Pulsar 180, as unfortunate as it was I missed my insurance renewal by a hair of a few days as I lived far away for studies and came just the day before. I have to handle all the maintenance of the bike as it is my bike (including insurance)and met with accident due to the bike being stored and not being maintained. These people have ripped me off charging unnessarily, adding new problems to the bike I ran to them for straight 3 days and with each passing day a new problem suddenly arose. They put parts which were unnecessary put without proper inspection (or they knew it and wanted to charge more money) . A T-joint was one of the many parts replaced which when I checked with a local mechanic told me it was fine and totally undamaged when I showed it to him, as I collected it back as I should according to their policy.Also to my shock the manager there told me that my battery has failed and I need a new one. But how is that even POSSIBLE!!! I had purchased the new battery only a day before the accident (I.e. the day I arrived!!) and had all the warranty and what not recipts to prove it. I sincerely hope you stay clear of these people. These are scheming scums who will loot you. To end it with a even more disappointment the front forks needed a lathe repair and these people knowingly skipped on that!! How I found it out??When I took the bike to Bhubaneshwar I took it to service there as I am always religious about it. There I was told by their mechanic that the front forks needed a lathe or else the alignment will suffer followed by tyre wear, and poor handling AS WAS THE CASE!! BE WARNED !!

Maine apna Discover 100 ka servicing karaya Rs.13480/- kharcha Hua per avi v bike chalane se sound Kar raha Hai 3-4 baar bol chuka hun bolte hain ussme aur ek part lagega Maine Bola laga do. Bolte hain stock nahy hai aaz 15 din ho gaya avi tak o parts nahy Aya Hai. They are not serious very poor service
