Big Bazaar at Rourkela is departmental store having all the basic needs material. Having clothes for man woman children, furnishings, toys, utensils, grocery, toiletries, make-up etc. Nowadays parking charge is zero may be because cineplex is closed. Store is situated in three floors ground floor for men clothes and shoes etc , first floor for utensils furnishings luggage and women and children clothes, second floor for groceries, detergents, toiletries, make-up etcThe store is in congested area hence it become very crowded if some offers are there

Very bad quality service. The fruits and vegetables delivered at home are either rotten or damaged. I kept 4 types of vegetables and 2 types of mangoes. All of the are spoilt. I am not even able to return as the delivery guy is not responding. The customer care is also not working.Kindly avoid home delivery from these people. There are other local grocery providers who provide fresh stuff.Avoid big bazaar when it comes to veggies and fruits.

Big bazar rourkela can foul play you, better be alert. The cashier was aware about the online payment procedure glitch still he didnt warn me. I had to pay 1400 for a dress costing 700. This is quite irresponsible of a big brand like this.

Sweet curd already expired but he was delivered today I ordered 3 PCs, 1PCs already expired or 2 pcs today last date for expired

Big Bazaar of Rourkela is amazing and having almost all types of daily essential products. And it has also sold its products in very attractive price. I personally likes shoping at this place very much.

Worst place as fall as shopping mall is concerned,worst staff, first of all big bazaars staff lack manners, they are rude,i have been to big bazaar of SambalpuJharsuguda,but their staff are well behaved, only big bazaar of Rourkela staff are very rude and irresponsible

Huge departmental store with everything that one needs. From groceries to apparels, from household items to daily care routine stuffs, this store has everything. Absolutely humongous variety to choose from, with fashion and eatables being updated on a daily basis. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice place for shopping. But this is little bit small. There is a multiplex also here cineplex. That is also very small.

The location of this place is not convenient at all. Situated at a busy road with parking problem.

It is a one stop destination to all of your needs. We can get everything from kitchen wares, clothings, bathroom needs , electrical appliances and travel gadgets. The collection is also exquisite. Not a large variety of brands but the best one which we can rely upon. To sum it all i can assure a person will get everything which is required.

Great stock of a juge numbers of varieties. All the things here we can get. I wondered when I saw a vegetable market inside.

Shopping mall with movie theater. But theater price is high and small hall so I dont like the cinema hall but big bazar is ok.

Unnecessarily expensive. Even goods are expensive which looks inexpensive or low type. Less options in vegitable and grocery department. Old stocks are available throughout the years. Clothes of kids and women are unnecessarily expensive. Even they are not looks expensive. Some toys are available in good rate. Which is good. If someone purchase goods more than 2000 and above he should get some points or rewards in future pay wallet also.

They say themselves hypermarket but let me evident; this is Rourkela, and this BB is called supermarket, not a hypermarket..For me, this BB is not so useful as per BBSR BB is.

Big Bazaar since its inception is one of the best supermarket chains. You can get groceries,(fruits, Vegetables) not that fresh,men and womens dress collection and much more

Good range of products for a city like Rourkela. The store was poorly lit though, a lot of lights were off, maybe for cost cutting, idk. Billing is extremely slow, the billing staff needs to be taught to do it faster.

There is no denying the fact that big Bazaar is big convenience. You can find almost everything of your basic needs, prices offered are well and offers are good. Overall infrastructure is also okay.But the reason I have give such low ratings are for staffs, they are ineffective and inefficient, you can expect yourself standing in checkout lines for like 20 minutes on Sundays. Some are not good behaving and lazy.They just dont build up good relationship with their customers, and make you feel guilty that you are taking their services.

Good product

A good place for a all-in-one shopping experience. The proximity of it near the railway station makes it an ideal place for the travellers for a quick shopping. Wheelchair accessible entrance is there. However the stocks available are of moderate to low quality. And the AC unit and the escalators dont work most of the time. Also, the staff are very unprofessional.

Rourkela Big bazar is becoming worst everyday. Products are not kept and displayed properly. The horrible thing is billing counters. Only one working most of the time. Feel frustrated to shop from this place. Only because I have to use the big bazar card I do shopping. Not renewing as the rewards are not given in monetary firm but coupons to use. They should have separate counter and timings for bulk purchaser like shopkeeper.

The stock was quite limited/ missing when we visited. Also, the number of staff attending the customers could increase a bit.

Good experience of shopping. Prices are affordable. Food court had tasty food. Movie hall was neat and clean. Overall a good experience.
