I went to Panda de Rosemère for the 2nd time today. And for the 2nd time, I received the worst service imaginable. Non-chalente employee, she wouldnt advise me, told me to choose the model I wanted and stepped back to go and lean against the wall. I showed her some models (noted that this is the first time that I buy shoes dedicated to walking for my 1 year old) and each time she told me that she no longer had her size in stock. .. unable to match what she had available ... so I let it go and asked her advice for a pair of boots for a baby who is starting to walk. The same scenario is repeated ... very disappointing. I went to Le Clément opposite and had impeccable service despite the store being packed with people. I walked out with over $ 200 worth of shoes and boots.

The memories of my childhood come back to me each time I visit this store. They always had the trick with the kids. On the boutique side, the selection is varied and as colorful as the children appreciate. The service may not be there but often they try to please you.

Very disappointed with the service. Last week I bought a pair of boots for my boy, and when I left I went to the little indoor arena opposite. The currency exchange machine kept my $ 5, so I went to ask the Panda employee to call security for me. She replied curtly that she did not have time for that and that she was very busy. I refunded the boots and will never go to this store again.

Having to return to the store a 2nd time pcq we were given 2 boots on the same foot. And go back another time to have an Under Armor espadrille repaired. No discount or consideration towards the customer for their errors. I shop elsewhere.
