The choice of shoes is very good but the salesman CHARLES OLIVIER is certainly not the employee of the month with his arrogance. He was showing opposition to the choice of MK sandal that I had chosen, he was obnoxious and rude when I decided to keep my choice and buy them. He sighed and tossed the shoebox. He taunted me by asking me if I wanted something else with a hurtful look !!! I left even though I wanted shoes for my daughter. Too bad an employee produces bad publicity for a business.

Service that leaves something to be desired !!We made a gift purchase in store before containment. The young clerk assured us that we could exchange our item online during lockdown if it didnt fit. Today, no exchange or refund online but only in store (which is closed).I hope you will think about revising your 1980s policy if the lockdown is extended !! Very disappointing service !!!

The customer service at Browns of Rosemère is really amazing, especially Samuel, who managed to answer all the questions I had regarding the maintenance of my new boots and shoes. The first time I was there it was only for returns and the service was amazing. I usually buy online on their website and I have to say that they made me change my habits so I returned again yesterday for a return and shopping. The store is beautiful The seller (I forgot his name) was so nice. The time before too. They are all the best! I never thought of writing as much on a review as lol but yes great experience.

Very bad experience with the store manager and the regional manager, having discussed with an employee on the phone about a situation, I arrive on site, the manager and the regional manager downright refuted what the employee told me in the past, they practically called me a liar.It was a very unpleasant experience, I regret having done business with this store in particular and this brand in general.
