When store timing is from 9AM to 11 PM => last guest is eligible to enter store by 10:45 pm...They put one staff over entrance saying that store is closed as if he is programmed for such sentence, alsalam aleikom.. Sorry store is closed!!!Its only one bad experience but really disappointing for such business and jarir image.. Please to look into such matters.One loyal worth looking into his complaint.

Very poor warranty claim of mobile service. They have asked me 850 SR to repair a cell phone which is under warranty and cell was purchased for 825 SR. I have launched a complaint. Waiting for some favourable action by the customer care team.

Earlier I was thinking it is for school supplies. Later I found they have good quality of DSLR cameras and mobiles. Service was very good. I purchased mobiles from them.

Indeed Jarir Bookstore are amongst the only few stores where you can find unlimited choices related to daily electronic needs to office accessories and educational products, books etc. , only thing Jarir management must focus to improve is their sales staffs behaviour with customers specially those guys who are Arabic speaking, they simply do not know how to interact with buyers.Other than that they are keeping good standard on varieties.

The Sales Agent of Mobile section is a liar. His Name is Anas. He told non correct information and hide real cost of the Protection system of Mobile to just sell it for me. The Supervisor as well did not solve the problem.

Great place, it has good collection of laptops and office supplies. If you need to buy stuff, look for offers before you go. Things are pretty expensive here. Similar stuff can be purchased outside for cheaper rate.

Good service, staff are friendly (the ones I delt with) - (the young man with the Microsoft shirt were extremely helpful and know what hes doing providing advice and valuable information) - a lot of quality merchandise, the variety of books are good but is a little lacking, prices are reasonable and overall enjoyable shopping.

Without any hesitation, this ISD one of the most successful bookstores on Saudi Arabia. The problem is with the unreasonable prices for almost everything. Online stores are more than 30% cheaper in laptops and accessories. Yes, there are some good offers but not that much. You can find top selling books, games , stationary and office supplies. Apple accessories are available also there but also with high prices.

This branchs is one the few branches that you dont want to go if youre looking for something thats only available at Jarir, try the olaya and exit5 branches all the time. Or at least get the info about whatever you ask about if you want to check its availability in other branch.

Beware of shopping online on their website. They cancelled my order 8 days after I placed it and processing payment. Dont offer online shopping if you fail at a very basic level like taking inventory, and even worse it takes you 8 days to find out you had sold an item that you dont have!!

Available almost anything of electronics and office stationary. There will be some offers for some products like printers or A4 papers or even mobile phones. Yesterday I found they have Pixma Printer in just 65 Riyal.Mobile phones i will not suggest Jareer because of high price. But we can trust jareer because all are reliable products and good customer service.
