My experience was awesome there,spacious & tidy room,Neat & clean washrooms,Small balcony,Easy chek-in,Affordable tariff,Parking space available.Though I didnt spend much time there yet I can say the Service was good.Payment accepted through All modes.Located Along the main road make is easier for you to move around the city.

Pathetic Hotel..They dont even provide you towel. The guy who sits in the reception is a mannerless guy. He wont treat you as a guest..Service is very bad..in this proce range you will get a much better hotel and that too near River view.. pls dont go for this hotel.

Very poor services, they are unprofessional and every time they just say thoda adjust karlo na aap whenever we ask for the hospitality services...No wifi services, no tv service, there is no restaurant services inside the hotel and overall I had very bad experience in this hotel.

Dear all , This is the most pathetic hotel I ever came across , kindly dont book it if you want to enjoy your nights and days at rishikesh .!No cleanliness, most of the other rooms are empty, light goes anytime.One of the nights am very sure pretty late someone was trying to open our room door. on enquiry they said one of his brother mistook it as his room. Overall the terrible experience of no proper sanitization, dirty rooms,no in house restaurant a d bad service we can say that this hotel is not at all suggested.

Cost effective. OYO. Rooms were spacious and decent but nothing too fancy. Breakfast was fine. Location is very good if someone is aiming for doing adventure activities like rafting. No parking - it will be a paid one inside a common parking.

Our experience in Hotel Leisure Palace was quiet good. the hotel is located in tapovan area which is accessible to all major points. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The only drawback was the food as the taste and quality of the meal we ordered was not at all acceptable to me. Everything else was ok and i would recommend this hotel to other tourists also.

A budget hotel on the Rishikesh Badrinath Road near the police post near Laxman Jhula. The property is also listed on Oyo Rooms for online bookings. The hotel is decent with friendly staff and standard Oyo facilities like AC, Water Heater, TV, Wi-Fi and good quality beds. But the room that was offered to me had a broken handle on the bathroom door which wasnt fixed even after pointing out...They even say parking is available but by available they mean Parking is available across the Badrinath Highway in a separate parking lot.

Great location to stay and relaxvery soacious and neat rooms.service definitely needs improvement. For anything, staff had to climb up to get anything about a 100 stairs and come back which could be reduced and organised if service rooms could be maintained below only.very helpful and courteous staff. we couldnt have enjoyed without there help and supoort.it was an amazing stay there.

*the location is 15 mins walking distance from Laxmanjhula apart from that there is no other benefit of its location it is on a busy road with a market just outside. during our stay we couldnt sleep.because the incessant noise from the road outside and the hotel and restaurants across this hotel. the lift wasnt working and during our stay the generator broke down one morning and we had to have breakfast in their dingy basement in darkness. the complimentary breakfast is a waste of money with parantha , bread , poori and one sabji. we had it on our first day then skipped it for the rest. there is no dedicated car parking. the car is parked outside the hotel on a steep incline and throughout the day they keep asking for your keys to move it around for other cars coming in and out. the room is spacious with a big balcony but it was too dirty to sit or stand in. the bathroom is big but toilet paper was not supplied. the geyser and ac work well same cannot be said for the fan which didnt have a regulator and the TV which had a bad cable connection. the menu is all veg and most of things are not available. the food is too oily and not tasty at all. made the mistake of ordering Chinese which was even worse. you cannot get any snacks nor morning tea in room service. the service boys were very prompt with service and very helpful. no complaints about them. but the hotel lacks certain professional approach. for eg. one morning they took our car key and misplaced it leaving the car unlocked. definitely not worth the money we spent on lodging and food. cheaper and better tasting food is available in the local roadside eateries. will not recommend this place to any discerning traveller. lots of foreigners stay here. God knows why. dont go by that. do they stay here if you dont want to waste your money.

Its a very cool hotel to stay. Parking facility is available here. You will find all adventure guides very nearby at reasonable rates. Hotel has lift facility. Kindly check exhaust facility in bathroom before selecting the room.

Booked 3 rooms on 23rd Feb 2018. Our experience with the hotel service was horrible. Intercom facility was not working. In the mid night i had to go to the reception 3 times to remind them to put on the motor as no water in the bathrooms.The most measurable was the breakfast, for which we had wasted 2 hours after placing the order, which ruined our total day plan on 24th and no comments for the behavior of the staff in the reception..So guys dont ruin your plan by booking this hotel.

This is a ok-ish hotel at rishikesh, conveniently located but not much more than that. No restrurant available but room service is here.

Rooms are not clean as per hotel rooms price.dirty pillows and bedsheets. Almirah walls are losing paint so your clothes also get dirty. Although the rooms are big but they need lots of improvement. Good Luck. Even the bed is such a low quality that it wont sleep you because of noise with every turn.

This hotel is located at Tapovan just 2.5 km alway from Laxman Jhula. Main office jumping heights is near opposite from where. U can book for jumping flying fox.the room was neat and clean

Location little bit difficult to notice. Rooms and Washroom cleaned. Wooden finish all over the room. TV AC all across the room . Overall good experience to stay there.

Very bad rooms. Very untidy bedsheets and pillow covers. Room service was also very slow. Not recommended for comfortable stay. But can be used to stay overnight.

Nice hotel with all amenities. Best part is that hotel is located on the road just 20 meters inside from road. One thing, which disappointed us while check-in the hotel was the hotel staff setting on the front desk was very rude.

Mouldy musky rooms, dirty floors, cockroaches everywhere.Smelly aroma all through the hotel. Very young staff with no motivation, always on their phones. Asking for assistance , the feeling of them not caring is there massively,they seem to have better things to do.

Clean place but has issues with maintenance. Toilet latches and locks broken and left unrepaired, horrible food ... And most of the stuff on the menu unavailable. Hopeless service ... Takes 45 minutes to serve a glass of milk or a plate of Maggi ... Cold milk served when hot milk was ordered ... Veg Manchurian served when gobi / baby corn Manchurian was ordered ... Almost no orders were served right.
