Stayed for two nights from an exhaustive trek to this neatly maintained hotel. The room, linen, washroom are extremely clean and hygienic. The service is quick, food good and staff very polite. Such many small factors took the stress off and made me relaxed. Would love to visit again with family.

The property is being run by a team of very genuine, fair, ethical and kind hearted people who are always willing to go an extra mile to help their guests and make their stay comfortable. The in house restaurant here has a variety of food items on its menu. All food preparations are fresh and taste good. Overall a very satisfying experience. One may find better properties in Tapovan but finding better people and hospitality isnt possible.

Very nice stay. We stayed there for a long weekend and our stay was very comfortable. Fresh food available on demand from morning til late night. Staff is so humble, polite and caring. I would like to mention Kapil who was always humble and ready to help.Hotel is located in the middle of Tapovan with close proximity from Laxman Jhula. We booked with them directly and they offered us a really great customised deal which we would never have found online.

We stayed here in first week of April, for four days.We had booked three rooms for a group of 7.The rooms are spacious, clean and new,washrooms are good too,also they have standing balconies. They have an inhouse eatery at the top floor.They serve delicious food from all the cuisines. Chetanji and his staff are very curteous, especially Anuj bhaiyya-too soft spoken, Chetanji had arranged a slot for us at jumpin heights for adventure sports when we were unable to reserve one through many adventure sports operators,he also helped us with cab service on short noticefor a trip to airport at 4am. Location is also a plus point considering the proximities of Laxman Jhula,Ram jhula and also the eateries,general stores.Overall our squad had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it!

Fabulous hotel. I visited with my husband on 31st December 2020 . We stayed for 4 night. I have never seen such hospitality we reieved in Hotel delight Inn by The shivaay for long staying guests.Few things I have noticed1- Property is not only selling the room. They also focus on guest comfort.2- Punctuality in Staff , specially in Front Office staff.3- Good people with polite in nature.4- we booked this hotel before seeing the reviews and luckily the same experience we received.
