What a rollercoaster of knowledge, strength of body and mind, struggle and overcoming. I was relatively new too Yoga and did not know what to expect from a TTC. The idea of starting to teach my own classes was totally daunting but this course really equips you with such a solid foundation of knowledge and technique to build upon. Vini is a unique and soulful teacher, he completely lives his work and you can feel his heart in everything he teaches. His classes are vivid and so insightful. I felt a big change in my body but it was my mind that moved the most. I became so aware of how connected everything is and when my mind was not focused my body could not develop. Vini takes you back to your beginning and builds you back up from your roots. There are so many small simple things that are the heartbeat of this course. Tina’s classes were fantastic too, she is so present and moved by the work that you will push through barriers you never expected.This is a real training. If you truly want to learn the philosophy, anatomy and physicality of yoga then this is the right course to do. Its incredible what impact my month at the TTC at Yoga Vini had to my life and myself. Even after more than half a year, I feel and see the changes every single day.Im so thankful for the great teachings of Vini and Tina. Their guidance is invaluable! Still YOU have to do the effort, but you have the best teachers you could ask for. For me the time at Yoga Vini was the beginning of really understanding and experiencing Yoga and it makes me wanna going further and deeper into it.I really enjoyed the Ashram life, it gives you the opportunity to focus on yourself and your practice. The ayurvedic kitchen is so yummy and Negiji is cooking every meal with happines and love that you will taste it in every bite.There are a lot of Ashram and TTCs in Rishikesh, but this is the one you should not miss, I can truely recomend it from the bottom of my heart.

I attended Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Vini and had the most amazing experience of my life. Our training took place in an Ashram which provided the perfect environment to experience a yogi life and learn necessary skills to become a good yoga teacher.Vini, the main teacher, and his assistant teachers, had so much knowledge and I undoubtedly learned more than I ever could have imagined on his course. I was completely overwhelmed with the depth of the classes on his course.The experience gave me the confidence to go on and open my own yoga school less than a year later. I could never have imagined that I would be where I am today, I will be forever grateful for the experience which led me to become so curious about yoga and share it with the world. :)

I would say that this 200hrs teacher training deserve more than 5 stars !!My first time attempt dropped in class at yoga vini was September 2014 and I was deeply fell in love with class by Mittra. (Vini’s older brother) .I have been dreaming of go through yoga teacher training at yoga vini for 5 years..yes 5YEARS!!Let’s put it aside getting back to what I am trying to say ... so 200hrs teacher training was wonderful experiences :)Main teacher ‍Vini...he is very knowledgeable, passionate, very heart warming person ( sometime disciplined ! well this is how teacher should be !)And his assistant Tina...I could see her deeply passion towards yoga and she encourages students to go further:)Another Japanese assistant Mr.Kota and Mrs.Hiroko two of them are caring person to always make sure all Japanese students can keep up with course !I have been practicing yoga for long time ( on and off ), but they broke my idea what “ real yoga is “.This yoga training was very intense and deciplined, to be honest.But I was very happy my progress and realized 2 important things :)Withought yoga vini, I would not be what I am now ! 1 months was not enough .They make you want to learn deeper.I would love to come back again !Arigatou Yoga Vini team

My 200-hour teacher training experience with the staff at Yoga Vini was life changing in all the best ways. The ashram life takes some adjustment, but its the perfect place to immerse yourself and get the full India experience. The teachers are knowledgable, caring, funny, and extremely helpful. Overall a great experience; highly recommended!

YOU MUST GO!!I joined the 200 hour TTC in May 2016, what a wonderful course. The teachers are very caring, knowledgeable and helpful. The ashram setting is stunning, doing Yoga in pure nature, with birds, monkeys and the rising sun is magical. Chanting in the special dome hall gives vibration another meaning! The program is structured so you can go as deep as you wish into the practice, supporting a strong experiential way of learning. If youve experienced it and can understand it, you can teach it. Everything you do in the course has a purpose to become more mindful and aware of the meaning of Yoga. I think that has benefited me to teach yoga allot, because its more than just knowing about Asana ( which is also covered thoroughly dont worry)I was pushed to new limits, I didnt even know I had mentally and physically, while being able to connect fully with a group of like minded people.Very special teacher training course... I think you should go...

Small yoga studio, away from pretentious, but, really, teachers are amazing.It was my first time in Rishikesh, which is plenty of yoga studios, and I tried several of them , until I found Vini.I just attended to ¨drop in¨ classes, but the attention I receive made me learn more than semesters practicing yoga.Also the location is really inspiring since you are just in a ghat of Ganga river.

I had the opportunity to attend Mittras hatha yoga classes here for two weeks. His approach to each student, individual guidance, exact assists are overwelming. Asana practise with him was an eye-opener for me as well as stories he tells after the class. Thank you Mittra for being the light and love itself and sharing it with others. Namaste Ji

I did my 200 hours yoga teacher training with Yoga Vini and what can I say: I am amazed!We spend the month in a beautiful ashram outside of the hustle and bustle of Rishikesh, which was great, because it was calm and made the surroundings perfect to dive deep into studying and practicing.The ashram is surrounded by nature, walking distance from the river ganga(the weekly silent walk is definitely a highlight!) and has some beautiful sunrise and sunset views!The food was incredibly delicious, we were in fact on an ayurvedic cleansing program (hard to believe, as the food was just so insanely delicious!). It consisted mostly of dhal, rice, chapati, vegetables and curry, which in my opinion is wonderful and delicious.Our teacher, Vini, has an extensive knowledge about everything linked to yoga and the life of a yogi. His anatomical knowledge about the spine is impressive and his enthusiasm in working and learning more about the spine is amazing! It was so great to see how everything we learned with him, is connected to each other in the end.From teachers to volunteers to everybody else working in the ashram I can just say thank you all! It was an amazing and enriching experience, Ive learned more than I ever thought I would, I feel like a new person and it was the best decision to do my teacher training with yoga Vini.If youre looking for a teacher training with deep knowledge and a true experience of yogic life, go for it, Yoga Vini is the place to be!

I joined Yoga Vini Daily class last year to reduce my fat and some spiritual attachment..I am happy to say that, It was really an amazing experience of my life.

I took part in the TTC in October 2015. It has been a life changing experience in every way. The understanding I now have of all aspects of yoga is now completely different to before. The ashram is beautiful and the teachings offered are first class. If you are thinking of participating in a 200hr ttc I think this is by far the best you will find in rishikesh, if not India as a whole.

Ive got a unique time with lovely teachers and friends in yoga vini TTC.The ashram was clean and quiet.The Asana class was super hard, but learnt a lot!!The class with Japanese translation helps me to understand more deeply.Thank you very much.

I should say Im very lucky to have chosen yoga vini for my 200 hr ttc. I just enjoyed every single moment. The Ashram is in a great location close to nature which makes this experience even more unique. The teacher, Vini Ji is amazing and so knowledgable and so is his brother Mitra and the whole dedicated crew. We have been well looked after and food was so delicious yet healthy:) Accomodation and whole place is clean. I totally loved every bit of the ttc❤❤❤

I was very keen to join yoga classes, and i found yogavini 200hr teacher training programme, very useful, it taught me all the Asanas and it was a great expereince to learn yoga in Yoga Vini rishikesh.

It was an opportunity to learn from the basics of yoga to mental aspects in many ways. It was best to be able to learn the part of the book that cannot be learned. It wasnt an easy process, but it was worth it, especially the time to learn mantras and sing them together;)

I participated in yoga TTC200 in April 2017.Ashgaram, home to Indias home of yoga, the religious holy land of Rishkesh, a quiet mountain far away from the bustling city, and a beautiful white dome.I was able to face the world of yoga for 28 days in such a wonderful environment.Approximately 30 people are participating, 7 from Westerners, 3 from Chinese, and 20 from Japanese. Mr. Vini conducts lectures in Japanese and English.The celebration of the full moon night, which gave each one a Sanskrit spiritual name, was very mysterious.It was a great asset to learn to live the yoga path in a disciplined life, as well as to deepen the learning of poses.I was hungry many times, but it was also detox! At the end, the rhythm of the body was also matched :))Sun salutation while feeling the rising sun, it was a day of calm satisfaction every day.

I attended Yogabini TTC for a month in Ashram, a suburb of Rishikesh.Although there was a little happening in the ashram with a heaven-like landscape (laughs, I was able to spend a fulfilling time away from the internet environment.Not only did you learn yoga thoroughly for one month, but the nutritionally balanced meal is more delicious than you might imagine, and you can get a business trip massage of Ayurveda (1,200 rupees). Months.Vini is very good at Japanese and teaches the essence of yoga.On the last day, I asked, What should I do if someone asked me what yoga is? And said, Its about experiencing something you dont know yet. Was.Honestly I was not good at India, but I have changed my perspective in the past month and would like to go again soon.

Participated in a 200 hour teacher training course at Yogabini Rishikesh.At Ashram, I was able to immerse myself in the yogi life and had a very valuable experience. All meals are vegetarian menus designed by Ayurvedic doctors. Dr. Bini is very enthusiastic about teaching yoga philosophy, anatomy, asana and more! Only the friendly staff!

I received yoga TTC200 in April 2017.I was able to pick up yoga for a month more than I had imagined.I enjoyed Ayurveda and yoga philosophy classes as well as asana classes.Living with the voice of a bird and sleeping with an insect. Wi-Fi was also limited to one hour every four days, so digital detox, which is difficult in Japan, is perfect.I think that it was enough for the egg of the yoga teacher by the solid practice and the test.In a class that mixes English and Japanese, I learned English.

Thank you for everything!There are many different yoga schools in Reskes, studying a lot of different classrooms and schools, and finally chose Yoga Vini. I saw a lot of praise on the cat eagle network. I did not hesitate to find them and participated in them. After class, I proved that my choice is correct. The teacher is very professional and responsible. Many teachers in the yoga class will not correct whether the students posture is correct. Because it is a small class, the teachers here are all guided, so I am happy. And the teacher is full of smiles from the beginning to the end of the class, very kind! If you want to learn something really, there will be a lot of gains in attending their class!

It s a wonderful place and vini teacher very nice and pofessional. explanation of the postures and adjustments were unique.This yoga center is the best I have ever done. Vini is very patient and very professional. He will explain the role of the details and guide the mistakes that are usually made and make appropriate adjustments.

We had a really nice time with wonderful nature and loved ones.I realized once again that important things are already in me.Although it was my second participation, I was able to work with a fresh feeling.
