Very good service. Mr. Sultan Singh Chauhan (Post Master) helped me a lot to understand post office investment schemes and services and helped me to open few accounts. Very busy brach yet everyone is very humble and enthusiastic. Govt. Should work on it and turn it into a bigger branch and give employees more facilities in order to get more customers and investments. This is the best Post office i ever visited. Keep it up good work.

Online service is not good even website number is not working. In this pendamic at least open your online service for public .if not then please close this website. I am very disappointed of this service very very poorcondition .

Very bad services and Employees dont have proper knowledge of things and they dont have any responsibility of couriers. They are making fools to customers.

Very helping and humble staff.

A small Sub Post Office near AIIMS, Rishikesh. A small old looking building, difficult to identify from moving vehicle. Staff works very slow (not had a good experience with staff over here). Never had a queue of more than 3 people but still always spent atleast 10 minutes for doing one simple speed post. The only reason for going to this place is that it is right in front of my college.

Very poor condition in there staff.never take a call any condition if costumer called continues.It is thinkable.
