Its a 3 star property with excellent rooms and pool view but they miss a big way on their breakfast and other services. No pool accessories tubes etc for kids , no car cleaning service and room key cards doesnt work most of the times due to some technical issue in their system. I guess there morning and evening cook is different as dinner was good but myself being a breakfast person found it totally tasteless except bakery products. So if you are just looking for good rooms..view and pool...then go for it but dont expect much on food and other amenities.

Very nice property. Worth staying in this hotel. Staff are very cooperative. General Manager Mr . Dhayni is very helpful and very knowledgeable in Hotel industries. Restaurant are giving very yummy and tasty food . All meals are good to eat and hotel take full care of hygiene.

This is not a Resort!!!People coming here please take a note, this is just a hotel with some rooms having good views of the Ganga and the mountains.Theres nothing new or exciting or relaxing about this place, a river side hotel with bland food which is understaffed. This is how i would put my experience over here.Entire place reeks of the damp walls, at many places you will find mold on the walls and the paint chipping off.

This place is like a real time puzzle and the unusual path feels like wow and the Ganga view from the roof top is divine.

It was our first travel with the ~9 month old. So we had our usual share of concerns- travel for 6-7 hours, his limited food options, property, etc etc. Travel went on smooth with the son sleeping for most part of the journey. And then we reached the Hotel at around 10. Lemon Tree Premier, Rishikesh is one of the nicest property in North India. The checkin was super smooth and we were provided our room even though we had reached at least 4 hours prior to the checkin time. Everything was taken care of by the hotel staff. The Chef assured us that whatever is required for the son will be taken care of in the kitchen. The ever smiling staff are definitely amongst the nicest that I have encountered across properties in India and abroad. Every small or big ask is taken care of efficiently. Special mention for Pradeep, Khushboo Tiwari and Pooja Rautela who are an asset to any organization. It’s people like them who raise the bar of service so high and go above and beyond their call of duty. Pradeep got medicines faroff from the city for the wife when she developed a red patch in her eye suddenly. Khushboo and Pooja took special care of the son everytime we were at Citrus (the restaurant with the patio). Son loves them already!Lemon Tree Premier, Rishikesh is kind of divided into two sections- the Ganga facing rooms are from the level ground and below. Level up from the ground and you have another 4 floors. There is good view of the mountains from all the rooms and of the Ganges from Ground minus 6 section. Pool and the Yoga room have a nice view of the Ganges. Ample parking and other areas to just sit and relax on the property. We stayed for 5 days and Lemon Tree Premier, Rishikesh is strongly recommended for everyone- travelling solo, or with family, or with infants. Go!

The location is good with good services and good rooms, however below are some cons1. The route to reach out hotel is steep and police would try to not let you take that u turn to avoid traffic towards ramjhuka2. Food was sub par and pretty basic with not much to offer in terms of buffet services3. This is not a resort but instead just a hotel , one needs to be reminded of that, Ive seen better branches of lemon tree genuinely.4. They dont have non veg because its rishikesh

Nice hotel to stay in rishikesh. Restaurent staff is very humble and Food is really good.During our stay, Housekeeping staff seemed to be less, Luggage services and all were not provided. We only had to take our luggages to the rooms, apart from this it was a good experience.

Amazing stay.. One of the finest place and safest. Manager Mr. Pankaj is very friendly. Hotel rooms are very spacious and temperature controlled. Bathroom is very nice with all basic amenities. One awesome thing is that you will feel fragrance of lemon every where in resort.Food is nice quality wise it is fine could be much better but the price is much higher you guys need to work on main course food taste. It cost me ....Rs approx for 2 which is expensive but lacks in terms of taste.

Was a visit at their restaurant for a meal. The staff didn’t seem bothered about proper service. Food was below average. Nothing extraordinary about the place. View is good though but you can find a similar one at other places as well.

The view is awesome from the balcony. The staff appears to be under staffed as there were delays and things being forgotten regularly. The approach road to the hotel is dangerous and I had to ask their staff to help me get my car out. The food was average.The rooms were good though.

Its beautifully spread over a good portion of the hill. Next to river so gives a good view. Hotel staff is excellent at hospitality and parking space is ample. Fun to be in this property.

Very Neat and clean area must visit

Firstly - the best parts - Location is awesome and so are the rooms (especially deluxe rooms which are lower and just stand on the river bank). The view simply fantastic from the balconies. The dining area is also perfect with a wide open space of view of Ganga. The hotel location is prime - hidden away from the busy streets of Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula (1 km away each).Rooms are spacious with balconies and great view.We stayed here for two days in Dec 2020.The not so good parts - Breakfast was fairly average. Also, for COVID reasons - you were not supposed to take the servings your self but there wasnt a person available to serve either most of the times at counters.One very poor experience - we got pizzas for kids from outside and when we asked for empty plates from staff - they said it was chargeable at 70 Rs. What a shocker - you pay 10k per day for stay and they wont give you an empty plates. Management could definitely learn a few things from other chains if they wish to improve and learn the meaning of hospitality.That experience summarizes the overall cold response of the staff in general. Awesome location and views but not sure if we would like to visit again.

The road connecting to hotel entrance from main road is not motorable. Also this passage is very dark. Rates r very high as per the infrastructure. Staff is cooperative and courteous.

They dont provide additional cutlery in the room...Stay is amazing... you get the feel of private ghat... can enjoy peace with fresh breeze blowing and awesome view

No jet spray in washrooms and lift is too small ..rooms interior are good....But food and view is excellent

Access to the property is through a single lane winding road (safe) and carries an element of surprise. Pleasant views of the Ganges from the open air dining area at UG level.Restaurant serves good combination of vegetarian dishes (buffet). Covid-19 protocols are followed in the dining area, guests are not allowed to touch serving spoons.Food tasted good, not too spicy. Soups were delicious.

Great place to stay in, value for money. Breathtaking views of the Ganga and Himalayas. Very kind and hospitable staff. Housekeeping is prompt and tidy. Delicious, clean food - 100% vegetarian; Jain options on request. They’re happy to provide you with their car (chargeable) or to call a rickshaw ahead of time for you whenever you need to travel around locally. Located close to Tapovan market, with medical and departmental stores very close by. Close to Ram Jhula. This hotel has wonderful, extensive COVID-19 prevention measures in place but they need to be strict with guests about hygiene precautions especially in common areas where some guests were not adherent with face masks and hand hygiene.

Its a great experience to stay at lemon tree in tapovan. One of the finest hotel over there. Staff behaviour.

The food provided here was inferior than any other mediocre hotel in the region. Really unworthy, when you intend to go for a staycation. Taking meal plan along with the stay is a blunder, so don’t commit it! Hot water was not continuous in our room. Not worthy of price though rooms are well maintained.

Early morning sun comes directly on your bed and alarms are replaced by conch shell sound and bells ringing at a distance.The ambience is awesome. The hotel is very neat and clean. The staff is courteous and the food is also very tasty. Breakfast can be customized depending on your food habits.The hotel is on the main road so there is no problem in reaching the location.Hotel cab service can be availed for excursions in and around Rishikesh as well.If you dont mind strolling, you can walk to the Ram Jhoola and Parmarth Niketan which is very near.

The location of the property is very beautiful with clear view of Ganga river.It is located on main Rishikesh road. Total property area is also very large with amenities like gym , swimming pool & parking space.Laxman Jhula & main market is also nearby (walking distance) from this hotel.The room was spacious , very clean and comfortable.Cafeteria was clean and norms due to covid were followed well. There is also a large open space beside cafeteria where you can enjoy your food beneath open sky & with view of river Ganga. We have booked all meals during our stay & all meal was super delicious and staff made sure we enjoyed our food. Wide variety of food (veg only) available for breakfast , lunch and dinner. We suggest to hotel management to include local cuisine of Uttrakhand in menue.We have booked stay at Lemon Tree , Rishikesh on Voyaah platform. The location of this hotel is just outstanding!! Perfect ganga river view and located between ram jhula and Lakshman jhula. Everything is near by. Hygiene standards are excellent and the staff is polite, courteous and very trained. Amenities are very well maintained. We were introduced to Mr. Prashant Shrivastava (hotel tourism/activities coordinator) who made our stay at the hotel wonderful. Prashant ji makes you plan the activities very efficiently and makes sure that u try new things too. He gave us tour to neer waterfalls hiking and Archery (in house activity). Very thankful for all the efforts by Prashant ji for making it a pleasant and memorable stay for us.Apart from this, the view from our room was breathtaking. We were placed at 2nd floor and woke up everyday with the excellent ganga view... The property offers many other activities, yoga n spa. Food was amazing. Cant forget to thank house keeping staff Ms. Neetu who kept us room tidy and fresh! Worth staying here anytime. If you are planning to visit Rishikesh with good accomodation budget then you should consider this property for your stay. You will definitely love this location and hotel. You can enjoy awesome view of Ganga river from your balcony. You can also enjoy your food at citrus cafe (Lemon tree restaurant) with beautiful river sound. They will not provide you any non veg food inside this property (not even egg) because they are located just close to Ganga River.
