Just visited the resort and stayed for a day. The resort location does not give a good view of the city or the river. The staff is courteous and well behaved but majority do not wear a mask which made us uncomfortable. The rooms are spacious but have seepage and bathroom curtains have fungus. The rooms without balcony have the fungus smell because the windows do not open. Considering the amount they charge per night, they should give better service.

Great ambiance, supportive staff.We have a very special meeting with high end authority where we required an especial treatment like side table, one dedicated staff and quick service.In all aspects they have done brilliant work with no extra pain...Talking about food that was delicious and mouthwatering dishes.

There have no any facilities for Taxi/Cab drivers, very poor conditions of their staff bathrooms, no any hygiene .I dont know how the tourists are staying there

Its a home away from home....Hotel Sterling Palm bliss is really a bliss for the ones who go their ,we got homely feeling there,the staff members were marvelous , specially Mr Harish ,he was very much co-operative .I would recommend this hotel for the family with kids specially. They take extra care for the kids.Thanks alot everyone in the hotel

Absolutely not a pleasant experience. The two star given is because the folks at the counter and restaurant are courteous. The rooms given to sterling members is a sham and food is worse. No comparison to other sterling properties. The Rooms given to rest of folks is far superior. Sterling mgmt needs to think what value are they giving to their loyal members. Too costly for experience provided.

The hotel is not worth.Small bathroom, small lift, service is not up to mark, food is very costly soda 100rs. Plus service tax 10% plus gst food taste is not up to the cost. The breakfast not having many options. I dont recommend to book this hotel at this cost. I stayed 3 nights but not satisfied. water also they provide two half-liter as complimentary and later charge huge. Not star rated but show as 4*. No exhaust in the room very small pathway between rooms. Rooftop restaurant is closed. no view of ganga.

Situated on perfect location. Beautiful ambiance with perfect view of the city. Well trained staff and excellent service. Cleanliness and hygiene is maintained everywhere on the property. I would definitely visit again and recommend the same to everyone.Special thanks to the whole staff for this mindful and relaxing experience in this stressful time.

Really relaxing experience. Courteous staff and had a great experience with yoga in the morning, breakfast and high tea. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend stay here for people looking to visit rishikesh.

I didnt like the hotel.. not at the price they charged for the room( 7000rs Approximately inclusive of taxes)The breakfast menu was actually what took the mickey out of me... really very poor in variety and quality..No need to elaborate much..Everything was overpriced..may it be in room dining,spa or anything else..The cleaniness was also not top-notch or something..this guy was cleaning the room with profuse amount of sweating which was obviously falling all over the bedsheet..The bathrooms do not dry up the entire night also.The bed mattress was horrible..just sinking deep not at all firm like in good hotels..Didnt expect from Sterling brandVery disappointed 😞

Please do not stay here. Horrible place. Booked a suite, first night there was this horrible sewage smell all night long had to shift our room the next day. Second day they did not clean our room and the door was left open when we came back. The manager is pretty useless as well. Parking is a problem as well.

I alongwith my family members stayed this week and enjoyed the stay in so many ways. Mr Bali, Manager and Ms Neha behaviour was excellent. Food was really good. There could be some re schedule of rates will more helpful to visitors. Overall, it was very clean and house service was very nice. Will always think to stay again.

I am rating this hotel 2star jus because i had a bad experience about the rooms only.Rest staff is really very nice and try to solve your problems but still i faced lot of issues, I had to change 3 rooms in my 3 nights stay . But still i was not satisfied with the rooms .Please check the rooms first and try to book and pay at the property itself after checking the rooms .

I was on a 9 days road trip last week and sterling palm bliss Rishikesh was our last hotel stay for 2 days. In this trip we have stayed in Radisson Blue (Hyderabad), Club Mahindra (Kanha), Bundela Resort (Khajuraho), Ramada Plaza (Agra) and finally Palm Bliss (Rishikesh). The experience we have had in Palm Bliss was the best.Staff was so courteous and polite, hotel was neat and clean and sanitised. Location was it was very close to ram jhoola. Food was amazing with a great service.The people who made it happen was Devendr and Mithilesh for us. Great bunch of people.I will highly recommend this place for a stay in Rishikesh.

Good, but small as a resort

Recently I had an opportunity to stay at Palm Bliss Resorts. I must say that every staff member is so helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and immaculate. We enjoyed eating at the roof top restaurant especially wood fire Pizza and Italian food. Main restaurant area offers great breakfast, lunch and dinner choices.Evening tea in open area was another enjoyable experience.Spa treatments are ultimate. Although I had couple of sessions, but felt fully rejuvenated.I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to visit Rishikesh or Haridwar as Palm bliss offers you everything anyone needs for a pleasant, comfortable and enjoyable holiday.Thank you Palm Bliss team. Very nice resort, staff behaviour is so too good. Everything about this resort is excellent! Food quality and taste is best! Location wise is is between Ram and Laxman jhoola that is perfect too. Will stay Everytime I will visit here and will recommend my friends and relatives too. Thanks for making our visit good team Palm Bliss.Keep it up! One thing is that it is not an resort and not a 5 star but not less than 5 star though. Breakfast should have some more options but taste,quality and service can cover that thing.

Palm Bliss is one of the most amazing resort to live while rejuvenating your inner self. The amenities and services offered are most intriguing. My family loved the Panchkarma treatment offered and is looking again to have a session.Their rooms are well distinguished and designed to provide a comfort stay beyond the Conference Hall and Gym facilities. Dining services are also up to the mark.I loved their Total Self care program designed to provide a cherry on top of ice cream. Also included are theirs nature walk and trekking facility along with rafting, safari and of course Ganga Arti.

The resort is Amazingly beautiful and dedicated for wellness of mind body and sould of their guests. They provide you best amenities and facilities for relaxation like spa, ayurvedic massages and yoga. The resort is surrounded by nature where one can feel peace completely.The staff is most humble and food is finger licking good. The hospitality provided by the staff was commendable. They also have their dedicated travel desk which is being handled by ms. Nandini and she guides the guests so well as per their need and interests. We had booked our river rafting package from her and we were so happy with the experience. They provided us internationally certified equipments and a dedicated kayaker for rescue in case required which is not provided by any other booking agent.

Indeed a perfect place to relax. Stayed with my family. We enjoyed every moment spent at this Hotel. The rooms are well maintained and very spacious. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Best part is their Food and wellness . Most recommended Hotel in Rishikesh.

Fantastic and one of the best hotel in Rishikesh. Walkable distance from the Ganga and yet on the main highway to Badrinath. Property is beautiful and kept very clean and hygienic. Rooms are spacious for a family. Bathrooms are clean and have all basic toiletries. Gym is good and available. Activity room is decent. They offer Spa but at very high prices but worth trying as the staff is very experienced. Food is good and tasty. Staff is very nice and helpful.
