Im coming here from a very long time.Ive almost came 10 times here.This is like my second home.Every time i come here I feel like I found a family.From reception to the cafeteria.All the staff members are very friendly and cooperative.Dorms are neat n clean.Garden area is very refreshing and filled with the vibrant colours.

As a backpacker/trekker if you want a reasonably priced place to crash it is great. In India stays in dorms and hostels are just emerging and GoStops definitely is doing a good job in that area. I stayed at a mixed dorm. The Bed was comfortable. They provided a spacious locker, a night lamp and a fan above the bed with decent bedding. The bathroom was clean. There are lot of common area in the building but somehow no body was hanging out there. Only few negatives. The cafeteria was not at all appealing. Service is poor. Very little open space to sit to enjoy the breeze or see the river from the river. The rooms have a major damp problem and Rishikesh is hot and humid in general. The river is not at a walkable distance. The parking entrance is very steep. Only expert hill drivers should attempt.

It was an Amazing experience being there.stayed here for a week,and I will say this was the best place for youngsters. Staff was very co-operative and super friendly. Its environment , Its cafeteria , Morning vibe feels so lively here. When I went there I was solo but when I returned I made lots of friends there.! 🤗😁❤️

Common Area is great but number of AC need to increase as in afternoon it become very hot at the top floor/common area.6 sharing mix dorm is very congested, space is less than train compartment.Sitting/hanging out in common area is not allowed after 12am, which makes you feel that you are still in college hostel.If you will find great travellers here than you will love this place.

The place is ideal if you are a budget traveller, as this place offers a very reasonable charges for bunk bed, it also has a private rooms but personally would not recommend private rooms as its not worth the price coz everything there is just cramped there.Talking about the common areas they are really good, every floor has its own small common area. At the top floor there is a snack bar/kitchen area, along with that there is pool table, a table soccer and many other board games. Sitting arrangement is really good at the top floor common area. If you are having a 2wheeler, parking will not be an issue but for 4wheeler there isnt a space for more than 2 vehicles. Overall a nice place for a budget traveller.

We stayed in a private room here for a night. Decent rooms (could be more cleaner though), chill vibes in the cafe and really supportive and helpful staff. People here helped us to plan our travel further in Uttarakhand, rent a bike, book our very first and amazing rafting experience. All in all, really liked our stay here and would recommend this place to people.

It was an amazing experience being there. The vibe, people and cafe. All vibrant vibrant and make us feel alive. They got a really good cafe.. where u get all homely meals.. home away from home. The staff were very helpful, especially manager Pavan. The one major thing to mention about is cleanliness.. they maintain it well. A must stay one in Rishikesh, reasonable price and great vibe!!

Stayed here for a month & no better place can be recommended, especially for youngsters! Awesome ambience, super friendly staff and great crowd! But above everything is the cafeteria which cannot be not fun at anytime during the day. Food here is super delicious & for great prices! Staff at the cafeteria is very humble & helpful and care about all types of crowd. Great place to work from as well!

The vibe is really cool. Loved the energy of the place & the vibrance. I visited with my cousins & we booked a 4 bed dorm. They had really cool & cozy seating areas in the common areas like cafeteria, park & the common seating outside rooms. Also there are no rules as such.The overall room size was a little smaller than shown in the pictures but wasn’t bad, it had even a store room.Mr. Prashant was very cooperative, helpful & chill.

Located with a beautiful view of Mountains, goSTOPS Rishikesh provides you serenity which makes you feel at one with nature. Neat dorms and beds. I met many solo travelers with like mind. Most important part for me was washroom whenever I stay in dorm which was clean and maintained. Sanitation, services, hostel staffs and a very happening cafeteria are totally impressive. Best place for community living while working.

Really loved the stay at gostops. Cafeteria was really cool and had a chill vibe. Dorms were a little less spacious for 4 people but were comfortable. Cafe food is nice. Staff is cooperative. Overall we had an amazing stay at gostops

I really dont like this place. The canteen staff is very rude. They close the common area at 12 which doesnt make sense. The people in canteen deny to take order anytime they like and takes an infinite amount of time for ordersSome of the rooms for the dorms are very very small. I cant even properly stand there. The view is gone now. In front of mountain view, there is another construction going on. So, you will not get any view. There are other better places available and I would recommend to go to those.They dont have any fans in the common area where drinking is allowed which makes common area hot. The AC in the common area is not working and its hot during the day.Truth be told, I am not sure why this place is very famous. Maybe the other properties of goStop is good but this place sucks.The only good thing happened with me is that they give us a private room after two days of checking in into the dorms.We stayed in the rooms for 5 days and no one came for cleaning for a single day and there is no water facility in the another building that they own.

Perfect place to stay , cooperative staff and management. Cool games , vibes and cafeteria is also upto mark. Highly appreciate and satisfied from their services.

Very very dirty and filthy. The crowd was good, but the common area, the rooms and the hostels, everything was so cramped. Felt like to run away from there as soon as possible. The pictures posted on their website are completely deceptive of the true situation.

The overall vibe of gostops tapovan is very amazing. This place added colors and life to our weekend getaway. The facilities and staff are good and accommodating. Ideal for solo, couple, group and family travellers.

Cull party hostel. Nice crowd, nice hostel, nice colours.You can actually see people work all day and they party all night.What else you are expecting from a place which gives you bed at just rs 300.Youll get free wifi, neat n clean dorms, cafeteria with lot of games and good food. Open garden area with lot of lights and colour.Especially prashant bhai who manages the property. He is like your big brother.And nitin bhaiya at travel desk who supports you always with the outdoor activities.

The colors of the property is Magestic. Private rooms are cozy and dorms are also great. Best part is the 4th floor-length with cafe and music and games and fun. 😍 The food was also delicious. Also, they allow you to chill out in common area even after your checkout!! The staff was so cooperative and fun. What else do you need?

Easy going hostel with friendly people. I spent way too much time at their Rainbow cafe which had pool, foosball, amazing view and delicious food. That was the best view that I had the opportunity to work at. It is also a great hostel to make friends.Giving 4 stars because I found a huge coackroach there otherwise everything was nice.

Gostops Rishikesh is definitely one of the most amazing places I have been to...The staff here is super good, rooms are decent, location of the property is nice...Overall the vibe here is unmatchable, especially if you are travelling solo or with friends...We stayed here for a month and trust me everyday here was fun...special thanks to all the staff members especially at the cafeteria for taking good care of us..also, the food here is delicious, healthy and budget friendly...Much recommended for a workation trip

I will not suggest to book here.Please check the rooms before booking.I have booked a room with mountain view with balcony. As per booking site and their own web site has a room photos with balcony and mountain view but actually there is not such a view.

Worst staff.Worst property to have a party.The staff will treat you like you are living in a strict hostel and will always be poking you.Uncooperative.They will overcharge you for everything and still make you feel bad.Highly recommend to consider an alternate to this place.They even started to have a fight with us.

Gostops rishikesh was an excellent experience from dorm room to staff to food. Rooms were clean and beds are comfortable. Only a small shortening is its location, as it is an alley. I chose hostel as I was traveling solo. But at gostops, I never felt alone. You will meet so many people in the common room and bound to make some friends. The guy who manages the front desk will make sure that you are comfortable in the hostel. Overall it was a trip that will make you go back there again and again.

Superb place to stay with networking. Where u make new friends. Totally different experience. Were lively place ,u feel like going on rooftop to chill with different people from different place, where u share everything . More its like a place for youngsters, not recommended for family. They pool table , carame, TT TABLE, music, LED screen, ETC which is 100% free. Every floor have outside seating where u can chill .Note : need good music system plus time of 12.00 need to extend

Not recommended for elderly/old people.Pros:* Parking / wifi / food facilities available.* Rooms are small but clean and good enough for a couple.* All staff members are friendly & helpful.* Balcony rooms are available but check with hotel if you are looking for specific balcony view (road side/park side).* Best part of hostel is the food court at top floor. Food was really good with reasonable price and you can also enjoy some games like pool, carrom, ludo etc. with video songs / movie running in large screen projector screen all the time.* Basic amenities available in food court like refrigerator, hot water cattle, RO water etc.* Interior is really good with colorful theme throughout the hostel.Cons:* Room service/Intercom not available for food/any other requirement.* Location is bit inside from the main road (5min walkable distance) and you may find it difficult searching for the first time as you need to go down to a narrow road (car can go there) from main road to reach at this hostel.* Lift is not available so stairs are the only option to go to food court or if your room is in Upper floors.* Sometimes you may feel it little noisy due to loud music or people talking loudly in the common area outside the rooms till late night.

Very welcoming! I and my friend had the most wonderful stay here. This hostel is clean, safe and has a quite ambience away from the city clamour. Though the in-house cafeteria serves delicious food, one can explore the nearby cafes in the vicinity of tapovan. The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day (something I havent seen in any other hostel). What made it so great was the friendly staff (especially Ishan and Prashant) who were only too happy to help and give you their best attention. Wished Id stayed longer. Going back soon!!

I was here for a month in Gostops Rishikesh and trust me it was an amazing experience. The main highlights of the property are- Budget friendly stay, Clean rooms and dorms, regular cleaning of rooms and washrooms, regular cleaning of beds. The staff in the property is very very cooperative. They will help you whenever needed. The Cafeteria is the best place of this hostel. Pool Table, Football, Carrom, Chess, Ludo and the Music system there makes it more lively. Also the common area attached to the cafeteria is lovely. U can sit and chill with your friends. Food is good. Like still it depends as everyone has a different taste. I would definitely recommend this property to friends n travellers.

The place is well made. Stay is very much Pocket friendly. You get to play Snookers, TT, chess and few more random board games. Food is a bit expensive. Sometimes a bit off. Overall, worth all the good time.

Its a pretty place to chill around in Rishikesh. Some rooms may be a little stuffy, but they have ample options to choose from.The staff is a 5 star. Theyd help you with anything you would need and want. If you re worried about getting comfortable in a new place around new people, theyd help you out with that too.Its clean and hygienic too. Rooms are quite comfy.They have good common areas to chill around in. Overall, a good staying affordable option in Rishikesh.

Hostel was neat and clean. Located very near to Lakshman Jhoola. They also have a common kitchen and you can some food on your own there.The common area is nice and have games like pool table, carom board, etc.

The hostel located at the middle of everything.Ganga is near byAll the famous spots like paramarth, neer waterfall, triveni ghat, Laxman jhula, ram jhula are near by and easy to access to all the things.The staff is super friendly and copeeative.You guys must visit once.Perfect place for chilling

First thing first, Cleanliness and maintainance is a concern.It is a nice concept but not maintained properly. There are definitely better properties in similar concept.Also, Staff are super chill however the trade off is that there is a lack of professionalism.On and all you have better options at Rishikesh to stay at the same price range.

One of the best places to stay in Rishikesh - Tapovan.The atmosphere here is amazing, friendly vibe and great weather.I made really great friends around and didnt wanna leave the place.The stay here is safe and really great.If you wanna meet new people and make really good friends, this is the place to travel and have one hell of a trip.

Not as good as other Gostops hostels. Price of food is on higher side and yes sofas and blankets are tidy they should focus more towards cleanliness

Perfect place for solo travellers and people who want to socialize.Its good for workation and has a different kind of vibes.Dorms were clean and good but I dont recommend private roomwithout window because it was small and suffocating.It is a safe place to stay. You will also find that staff and fellow travellers are humble and quite good
