This is a beautiful, serene place to come and deepen your meditation and yoga practice. This place attracts the most amazing and kind people - Im so grateful for the teachers and learners I met at SRSG. The community is very supportive and encouraging. I am thankful that my husband and I stayed at an ashram outside of the main area of Rishikesh. It meant we were much more immersed in the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the ashram. The food here is simple but nutritious. We will continue to make SRSG our spiritual home and plan to return in the future.

My wife and I felt very welcome and supported, giving us the courage to do a few days of silence there.Also nice to be outside the main noisy town, which didn’t have much charm for me. Beautiful sanctuary away from the busyness of India, they create a safe and nurturing place for you to explore meditation and learn about yoga.I had my own cabin to myself when I went (may), it was very nice and clean with a fan and AC. I stayed for two weeks and didnt want to leave. Vipassana was an amazing experience. Some day I will return. The Food was simple but great, perfect for the practice, and the chai was amazing!
