I was waiting for the borders to be open and then go to India to take this course but because they are still closed, I decided to take it online. It was an outstanding experience from many different points of view. First, Adiyogi, the practice teacher is incredibly talented. Not only he can do any posture with his body, but he can explain them very well and he is patient and friendly. Rakhi, the theory teacher, is so young but so wise. We went on Anatomy and philosophy of yoga and also, we practiced pranayamas, mantra chanting, yoga nidra (my favorite!) and exchanged material, books and experiences of our daily life. Trijita guided me on alignment and it was so helpful because it is not just doing the asanas but doing them well. Shweta taught me about methodology and deep meditation. All the classes were adapted to my schedule on the other side of the world and it was beautiful to be able to see them in their own houses, with their families and overall, see my teacher feeding the cow that was passing by in the street was mind blowing. I am very thankful to this school, for giving me the opportunity to put all this together and give me so many tools to go on with a healthy happy life. I strongly recommend this experience. I completed 200hrs course here. I love this school so much. I met amazing people and made wonderful memory.Excellent location and accommodation in Rishikesh. The food was tasty so i was never hungry:)Every instructors were also motivating, inspiring, encouraging. Now I think im really confident with the yoga knowledge and ready to teach. I just completed the 200hr ytt course with Yog Nirvana and I must say it was the best experience of my life. The staff and teachers at this school are the most hospitable, kind, caring, genuine people. From the moment I checked in I felt like I was home. The energy in the place was so welcoming and warm. I arrived well after dinner and the first questions was, have you eaten? Everyone was always smiling and had the most positive attitude. The hotel staff kept the place clean and always made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay the best. The chefs worked so hard to prepare us 3 fresh meals a day and tea twice daily. All of which were amazing! They even accommodated further by making it vegan friendly. The teachers are all so knowledgeable of all aspects of yoga (a few are going for their masters of yoga) and so willing to take extra time to make sure you understand fully before moving on. You can tell that they really care about what they do. I feel so lucky to have met and been taught by them all. They deserve 10 stars for all their efforts.

I spent unforgettable one month in this school. I was amazed with helpful and caring staff who treat you as family. Within this month I’ve got a lot of knowledge about myself, about yoga and about life in general. I’m very grateful for this amazing opportunity and all these wonderful people who I met on my journey. All teachers are very professional and friendly. This course helped me to improve myself as physically as spiritually. I definitely recommend you this school.

I loved my YTTC at Yog Nirvana!It was a thorough choice from my side.The staff will go beyond to make you feel comfortable.Have no illusion to master the art of teaching yoga only after 200hrs.But be sure, they will do the job to put you on the right track.All teachers are quite knowledgeable.Ashtanga and Viniyasa teachers will set the pace.Anatomy with a spark))) taught by enthusiastic O.P. will be seen in the new different light.Manish is an expert in alignment, he will explain anasana,from head to toes in his class.That is extremely important and helpful in the future yogic path, both for personal practice and for working with students as a teacher.Saajan is so kind hearted...And all his classes of Meditation were a pleasant experience. I learned many new techniques plus got new experience with self-relaxation guided with his special voice.The food... I was there for the 200Hours Yoga Teacher Training and, in a matter of hours, Rishikesh Yog Nirvana became my home. Teachers: Deepraj, Manish, Priyanka and Saajan were so knowledgable and, at the same time, they were all purely humble and friendly. They knew how to help us to understand and connect with every topic included on the course. Furthermore, staff were kind and caring and they always tried to make us feel comfortable in the school. Rooms were big, clean and cozy and, moreover, food was delicious and carefully prepared. The school is also located in the perfect place to explore all the beauty that Rishikesh has to offer.
