The cafe is located at such a beautiful place that one doesnt feel like leaving this place. The Positives about this cafe would be the LOCATION, their SPECIAL PIZZA, the refreshing LEMON NANA also the Negatives would be Buddha Platter, White Sauce Pasta as they were lacking taste, flavours completely.Recommended!
It feels like when we hear some places which are mentioned everywhere and by everyone else, I feel it can be a hyped up thing but this place proved me wrong. We went there for our breakfast in the morning and the place was not very crowded but still we could not get ourselves some seats near the Ganga. We ordered a Vegan and Israeli breakfast platter and it was really yummy. The food was cooked with right amount of flavours and textures. It was healthy and nutritious. We also had mint tea which was soul satisfying.I recommend this place for people who want to have some really good breakfast since its not very crowded then and you can enjoy some really good meals without any rush.
Amazing experience and Vibes. The view was mesmerizing. Dining experience couldve been better as there was so much of delay with the food order. But no complaints... Definitely gonna be visiting again.
I dont know why people have created hype of this cafe, but personally I didnt liked the food at all the only thing that is worth is the viewThe View of river Ganga and food is not worth.I ordered Mix sauce pasta and there was a Cardamom(eliachi) in the pasta like dude seriously?Cardamom in pasta having 3,4 years of experience in cooking Italian cuisine for 5star hotels but I never added the Cardamom in pasta it was not worth a single penny in pasta there was only cheese cheese and cheese ,tbh I am very disappointed with the service and second thing they take around 30mins to bring your order but not brings the proper order asking them to bring again they never bring again PATHETIC service 2 star I am giving is just because of thier cold coffee and That view,Rest the cafe is pathetic never going here again neither recommending people to go here instead of having any continental cuisine here people must go to Chotiwala resturant to have amazing Indian cuisine .Definately not worth going
Well, The ambiance is good, the staff is good, everything is good but the food is somewhat okay.Like they cook amazing Chinese food but when it comes to pizza, french fries, or even shakes, its not at all worth the money.Who puts pineapple in a pizza?I can even make a shake with Hershey and say its a chocolate shake. And Also cheese pasta but it was not at all worth it.3/5 because 2 stars for Ambiance, staff, and view and 1 star for Chinese foods, like Chowmein and Chilly Potato, they were damn tasty.
This is a very famous cafe in Rishikesh. I had heard about it so much that I thought it will be just another overhyped cafe.I had visited this cafe twice with my family, in the evening as well as during day time. The interiors are simple and soothing. Mildly lit and romantic. The staff is very friendly and make your feel even more comfortable. Food is very delicious, a bit on the pricier side, but still worth it. White sauce pasta, pizza, hot chocolate etc. are a must try.
Visited this place during our stay in Rishikesh. Went here for dinner...the roads were all dark with minimal street lights. When you locate this place it might not be appealing but as we stepped inside the ambience started getting better. Located right across the Ganges-it gives a lovely view of the river and the Laxman Jhula. Staff is good but service is a bit slow. Food is good. Along with veg and vegan you can also get eggs here. One big problem is that they ONLY ACCEPT CASH. So incase you are short on it, withdraw some and then go.
Beautiful place with a pleasant view of river ganga. Good ambience with a lovely and soothing music playing in the background. Some of the food items are delicious af. Also they have a variety of food items and beverages.Service was a bit slow but the food was worth waiting. You may have to wait for the table if you come at rush hours, not a place for you if youre in hurry.
One of the best cafes to visit when in Rishikesh. My Rishikesh visit is incomplete without visiting this happening place. Generally, this place is always full of firangis, the ambience is cosy and with a clear view of Ganga and Laxman jhula. The food of this cafe is amazing though the service is kinda slow.Falafel all and cold coffee is highly recommended and my all-time favourites. Also try their pasta and momos they won’t disappoint you at all.
Probably one of the best Cafes out there...When you visit the cafe, you might find it a bit hard to find the place, but inside this cafe, it is huge...They have an awesome wooden architectural looks overlooking mighty Ganga and rest of the town...So if you get the chance, go for the the farthest seat you get, so that you can enjoy the beautiful river view along with your meal.I, for one, had ordered Yogi Veg Breakfast...and boy, that was a handful amount of food I could have got. Due to some shortage of row materials they tried to compensate me with other items in the plate...So, heres what I got..a full glass, around 300ml of Filter Coffee...a huge glass, around 400-500 ml of Banana Shake, a plate of 2 toast and soft butter...a full glass of around 300ml milk with a Musli and last, but not least, a huge bowl of Fruit Salad....all for ₹290. This, by no means, was a platter for 1 person...So I am gonna give full marks for the views, the ambiance and the portion size to Cafe.
Brilliant brilliant brilliant. The food, the ambiance and the complete vibes- this place will not disappoint you.I went for the dinner and really loved the Pizza which was so brilliantly made and had a perfect crust. The Shakshuka platter is one of the best I have had in my life, sheer brilliance. The view from this place is really nice for a perfect evening Setup or a dinner date or some quality time with your friends.
Good view by the Ganges. And nice ambience. Food is average. Quality and hygine is good.
I have been here since Lockdown, and Little buddha Cafe was the lunch place everyday, now it has changed so devastating for me to eat a plate full of Garlic, I ordered two dishes for i was super hungry, and they gave me plates with food full of Garlic, and took a tremendous time to cook that, it used to be so great, now not so much.
Great food... great place... listening to river sound... amazing experience
Best place to eat in Rishikesh. Cozy environment , very nice ambience, alongside holy ganga river, price wise best , quality wise best, location and ambience wise awesome 👌
Good food and ambience ...
The view is to die for.... The foods good... The people are awesome
I just came here because I thought they are having German food Israeli food and food from all around the world and yes they are having everything that you can ever think of but if you are a non vegetarian then dont ever think of coming to this place because as it is quite far away from the city but you will never find nonvegetarian thing over here.
Little congested and over crowded. Sitting arrangements makes it more suffocating.Only those who get the seats by the end near the river view are happily breathing, rest others are just waiting to get their food and leave. But the additional information is, food is not so great. And because of rush it arrives really late.So better be going only if you have ample time to experiment.
The view is fantastic. We ordered -Our Special Pizza - Which was ok. I personally dont like Pineapple.Garlic bread - GoodHumus with Pita - DecentPasta - goodABC Juice - GoodOreo Shake - GoodNutella Banana - Nice(Too sweet)Cold coffee - okIn all u will enjoy the view. The crowd is good too. Service is ok.Would recommend it. Atleast once a visit.
Strictly ok... Good views okayish food... Too much crowded & food is made keeping in mind the foreign sensibilities... So accordingly visit if u like a lil bland food
Best cafe in Rishikesh. Delicious food. Soft spoken and polite staff. Best crowd. Fast service. Drawback - only cash allowed and no digital payment option is there. Better to carry enough cash to avoid last minute hustle. ATM is far from cafe.
One of favourite place in Rishikesh. Come in morning evebing or night vibes are totally different. Monsoon or winters whatever you will love this place. I dont prefer Rishikesh in summer
Great place to hangout. Nice music, ambience and food. The place is a little bit congested.
Must try the mushroom platter. Great ambiance in the evening. Can get very crowded.
Very overrated. Food was not at all good. Not good sitting either. The view is good from one part though those seats were just booked all the time.
Highly hyped and highly unhygienicThings we tried and you shouldnt definately try1) Avacado with icecream2) Tacos3) BurritoInka kuch nahi jaaata tumhara sab jaata...choose wisely
Loved the food and the view. Great ambience. We ordered a shakshouka all and yak cheese mushroom pancake. Both were delicious. The cafe can get crowded, so plan with time in hand. The coffee was great too.
Little Buddha Cafe is THE BEST CAFE in Laxman Jhula vicinity and in fact in entire Rishikesh town. This places vibe is just amazing and gives a sudden shift from outer holy city vibes to chilled out vibes.Be it cool interiors, attractive exteriors, food options or service it stands out as a ideal cafe in the town and a must to head out for when in Rishikesh.
We went there at night. But it the air was so heavy because of all the smokers, and so dark that we couldnt stay there for long and left. Next day we went in the afternoon thinking it would be better and it was . We ordered tacos, veg pulao and a banoffee pie. The veg pulao was okay, the tacos was given in chapati but it tasted good and the banoffee pie wasnt that tasty. The service is quick and the staff is nice.
Service could be better. Cozy ambience. Overall okay.
Nice cosy ambience with music along riverside Ganga enhances positive vibes. Miling who served us was so friendly and courteous...he also gave us good suggestions that we could order. We had ordered Pizza, Veg Fajitas, Noodles and Manchow soup. Food was super tasty and quantity was also good enough. I must say their star dish was Shakshuka Israeli food that had amazing flavours.
Love the place. Beautiful view from here( hard to get the view seat so you can get a reservation beforehand). Their lemon mint drink is a must try! And their food is also good.
Vegetarian and vegan food only. The ambiance is beautiful. Just next to the river.
Awesome food, it was like my dream come true. I always wished to eat food like this which is close to impossible to get in the restaurants of U.P., we had healthy Vegan Breakfast..it included vegetable juice of spinach and green apple along with scrambled tofu and toast with peanut butter. Just yummy and so satisfactory...satisfaction of having something healthy and light.☺️
The cafe provides you with an amazing view of the Ganga and Laxman Jhula.Quality of the food is nice, one must try out any of the pancakes. The music played in the cafe has a huge role in creating the vibe that is required.
Ambience is awesome to hang up with family and friends... View is awesome.... But service is bit slow and food also OK-OK so one can plan for going once ..
After listening to little budha name my expectations were too high . But when i visited this place tasted some overrated dishes and my expectations just broken down .Yes it is very very over hyped place . Too crowdy , u will receive ur order on table after 40 - 50 mins of food order. Taste was not at all good except desserts , this place is friendly for street dogs and pet owners which i like it . But too noisy , too loud , very slow service , bad taste . Price are good . Location is near lakshman jhula it is a shopping area.
Good music environment, Good food, you are really lucky if u get the seat near river bed view..... Its damn amazing....Do visit the place if you are visiting Rishikesh and planning for dinner/Lunch
First of all, food is very tasty and the quantity is too much. So its totally value for money. But the place is not so clean. Also no AC so a little uncomfortable in summers. The view is awesome but not all seats get the view.
Nice river side location.Nice foodPolite staff
Every one should visit once.Best time to visit before sunset.Best view of Laxman Jhula from cafe.
Good food with good ambience. The lighting is quite dark at night. The café is by the Riverside
Pros- Riverside view and ambienceCons- average food
Lemon Nana is the best thing hereRest it is a little bit costly because not everything is tasty here. Israeli food was good though.
The cafe is amazing with the ambience it provides, the scenic beauty of river Ganga and Laxman Jhula and the amazing Himalayan food. It can accommodate almost more than 100 people. The area is cozy and gives an peaceful environment. The tea served was amazing. They also allows to smoke . They also have separate washroom for gents and ladies. The service they provide is amazing and politeness.
Lovely ambience with tasty food
Nice cafe with views...must visit guys !😍😍😍❤️🤩🥂😊
I have visited this place twice in last 8 months and I think I am liking it more. The food is awesome and the view is amazing. The best part, the smiling staff!!
Food & Ambience was just fine..
Nearby the Laxman Jhula, a very cool place restaurant where you can get exotic food options, while watching Ganga.Best time : Night
The view, the view, the view 🥰And the variety of food ❤️️
Nice cosy place. Awesome food with a wide variety of options. The view and the breeze can help you get rid of your fatigue
Superb ganga facing cafe. Food is decent but best is view from here if you are sitting for longer time.
Food was good but too crowded, hence couldnt enjoy my visit here. Situated on the banks of river Ganges gives it an edge. The view is amazing.I felt its a little over hyped.
Love the food here:) Large variety of Vegetarian options with great taste is offered here, even the portion is good. The view of river ganges and feel of cafe is add on bonus.
View is nice, good vibe. Okaish food
A must visit restaurant , feel like web are sitting in a hut .We can have veet nice Ganga view at Laxman Jhula..Nice Tibetan foods can experience.......
One of the best places I visited in my short trip to Rishikesh. Service is little slow but the food taste and quality is good. Absolutely an amazing place for a beautiful view. More of a hippie place during season time.
The best part of this place is its location. Other then that nothing is special. Food is average.
Ambience is good !Crowd is goodFood is 9/10
Best cafe for food and view of ganga Ghat must visit once
Helpers serving food are very proactive and friendly and also very humble. Food is fresh and tasty. View is also awesome. I think this simply is one of the best cafes in Rishikesh
Beautiful cafe. Food is good only.I enjoyed only the Cheese Mushroom Momos that served with soup. But one can explore the variety of dishes.
Food is awesome. Beyond awesome. If you get Ganga river view seats, then you can appreciate the locale and ambiance too. Service is horrible each of the three times Ive been. Service horrible as in slow, inattentive staff. They tell you they only accept cash but if you dont have cash then Goay, Paytm etc are all fine
One of the most popular cafe in Rishikesh, location is good, view is amazing. Spacious, the staff is friendly, service is slow. Food was average to be honest, a little bland for desi palate.
A narrow staircase leads up to this cafe overlooking the Ganges. The place is a bit cramped and has a low ceiling. It wasn’t very clean either and a dog was fast asleep on one of the chairs! They have a multicuisine menu. We tried their lentil burger and gnocchi. It was just about okay with the accompanying fries being really soggy. We tried a couple of drinks which again weren’t upto mark. The meal portions were big and pricing was reasonable.Overall, it wasn’t up to our expectations. These guys really need to up their game!
Theres no reason to not like this cute cafe...Yummy pizza and tasty Hummus, pita and falafel and tasty momos 😍🥙🍕👌And, all this with Ganga view. 😍😘
The best cafe in Rishikesh, complete value for money. Hopefully youre lucky and can get the table of your choice. Be warned, expect long waiting lines if youre visiting in the tourist season!!
Lovely ambience. Rooftop with a view of Laxman Jhula on the Ganges. Good food.
The food is very good, and dishes are very generous portion, they have a lot of options (Italian, Indian, Chinese, Mexican, etc) this place have an amazing view to the river. The service it’s a little annoying (like almost places in Rishikesh) take to much bring to you a drink (one hour) but anyway, it’s a great place to enjoy a good talk, reading a book, watch the wild monkeys. Also the waitress are little weird, one of them was smelling my hair! (That was very annoying) respect the personal space of your customers please !!! 😑 NO NICE DUDE. Not even the monkeys do that 🙄
