Amazing place and verry decent staff behavior and good location , neet n clean room

Good location but not very clean. Service quality was okay but not peaceful. Overall not a value for money deal.

Fir of all i must say the hostel staff has be given some soft skills training because the local person who was like appointed for giving the help for the customer but I felt that he is not a kind person he talk to me like i was his enemy like that and the person at the receptionist does not provide any help and also does not tell the function and things which are there in the hostel and given some misleading information about the hostel when i asked and in there description there is clearly described that there is a kitchen but when i asked they first accepted the man at the receptionist and then they deny regards that i have faced a numerous problems regarding it as i have to order the food at night from swiggy and i have to pay double price if they have not Said in discription and also not said i must have eaten outside but i think the owner is little bit intelligent and kind as he understands the problem and sort it out but he must have done something to feel me like i have not been treated like thatbut overall hostel is ok if you are in no option to find a hostel but think of it once but only coordinate with the owner not the staff member i am giving these two star because of the owner only

Hotel is situated bit off from the hussles of the city. So, its good that one can really relax after visiting the chaos of Rishikesh. Room service & restaurant are perfect. Food is extremely good. Will recommend it and stay again during my next visit.

Well I would recommend this hotel! Staff behaviour was well n good. Better service and location. Quality of food is affordable and taste is also good. Specially Thanks to Mr. Amit verma for guiding well for everything.

The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities. If we were to travel to Prague again, we would definitely stay there again.and Mr Ankit is always happy to help.😠😠🤩

The hotel is too far from laxman jhula. There are lot of hotels which is near to laxman jhula. Dont book this hotel

Rahul Verma managing hotel facilities is an extremely well behaved and a gentelman.Facilities are good along with food and related all adventure sports related booking facilities are available in hotel itself.Its a nice place to stay..if staying kindly connect with Rahul he will manage all stuff.

Simple Ac room ko Suit btakr booking lete h but Suit room toh kya delux room ki bhi facility nhi h... blanket shayad hi kbhi dryclean hua ho... food quality bekaar, 50% toh avlble hi nhi h jo menu me mention h.. bahar highway se 100 meter ander jana hota h joki road khraab h.. phone no. jo website me diya h usko pick nhi krte, maine checkin k time bahut bar call kiya location jaanne k liye but 1 hr tk hum bahar itna garmi me dhoop me preshaan hote rahe kyuki humko hotel hi nhi mil raha tha but hotel4u ne koi response nhi diya.. bdi mushkil se hotel mila tbhi hum hotel tk pahuch ske. ... bathroom me bathtub h but wo ek showpiece h only.. room me na koi balcony ... boring room.. third class...

Room was not good for the price paid.Infact they even didnot gave us the breakfast for which we have paid.Because there cook was not present.Not at all good.Very narrow road only 1 vehicle can go.Dont go there.

Very cooperative staff, they are available for the smallest things you ask for.My phone fell into water, so I asked them for some rice to put in. They happily provided that. Also from knife to peeler or anything you ask for was provided very gently.Only the location is a bit disadvantage. The road to this hotel has a lot of under-construction buildings. So driving around and parking is a little difficult.But hotel provided us a good and safe parking.

The hotel was too good, the Manager of the hotel helped me a lot...they helped me in finding my jacket which I lost on the bus. My experience in Rishikesh was too good. and this Hotel deserves 5star in everything..I will come again whenever I come to Rishikesh.thanku so much.!!

#carefull. May be you select it because of cheeper price (bunk bed system) . They have created room by making 3 partition in 1 cargo container and beds with mestress not more thick than 2 cm . Dont go for it.. instead go for little costly rooms.. cant say about food as i cancelled my plan to stay there after seeing the room quality

It was good stay here but not good as it was shown in the pictures,shower was not working, taps are not maintained. Blankets were not clean.

Good place to stay overnight within budget, liked the way hospitality was supported by the keeper. Even at the odd hour around 1am the staff was very friendly & welcome us to accommodate the room.

The owner is a generous and helpful person and will provide u with every possible facility. And the most awesome thing they offer freshly cooked food.

I had a tragic experience staying here last weekend.We had made advanced booking for 2 via MakeMyTrip; but on reaching there we were offered one room with one Sofa cum bed unit. Fortunately after some argument, we were alloted another room. To his credit, manager had given us one Standard room (one we had booked) and one so called suite.But trust me, the suite was smaller than standard room of other hotels, and standard one was barely 8 feet by 7 feet.No toiletries, no working TV sets, no room curtains, no room service, smelly sheets whichwhadny been washed forfages, dust was all over the place.Whole night some roudy guests kept making noise, n it had become unbearable, so we checked out at 7 AM.Dont ever commit sin of checking in here.

Rooms are okay, not very clean and neat, washroom are not well maintained. But value for money as i got it very cheap.

Cheap hotel with third class service. Smelly bedsheets and blankets... Washroom were also smelly...

Hotel 4 U located at Tapovan.. around 13 km from Rishikesh Bus stand. Rooms are great, neat and clean...but service was not that great..as there was no catering facilities available as mentioned broucher.
