And no one forced us to leave room. Even they asked to stay for as much time we want till the baby is comfortable.. Thank you to hotel staff..

It was a bad experience satying in this hotel with my family. Hotel was going under renovation, was very hard to locate in the street. When we reached hotel around 4 pm, the entire hotel area except reception was out of light and we were the only guest to stay. Can see only 2 staff memebrs and one rude manager who explained the darkness due to power outage and he thinks there is no point burning fuel to light up some of the areas of the hotel. He picked up the argument at the first face off, i literally got scared of staying in this hotel(because of we were the only guest and the entire area including room corridor was dark). I had to upgrade my room to have a window so that i can see some light and confort myself. Manager charegd me 500 Rs for upgrade without any bill (Upper ki kamai). 2 staff members sensed our fear and were giving us assurance of safety and been helpful and polite to us.I would not recommend families to stay in this hotel, and the manager(not sure if he really was the manager) should be provided with some classes/course on how to talk with guests, a very rude fellow.

I stayed in Green View hotel which is one of the best in this locality. Its near to the Ganga Ghar, you can go for a early morning Ganga darshan by walking.The staff was very helpful and humble specially Raju Pradhan and Mandeep. They were very helpful ....easy check-in and the service was quick. They even helped me by suggesting me local points to visit and plan my day in effective way. Special thanks to Raju Pradhan to make my stay comfortable and memorable.On my return they asked me for a refreshing Masala tea which was very refreshing.The property also have yoga and meditation center will try it in my next visit.

I have booked this hotel seeing the review firstly very difficult to find this hotel its very inside. secondly our experience was not good at all. We reached there late as due traffic and called them before reaching and though room will be ready when we checked in room was not ready television was not working. Air conditioning was not working we paid for the services hotelier behavior was unpleasant they were shocked to know we need air conditioning service and television. I called hotel staff several times issues was not fixed. finally our room was changed we had to waste 1 hour and 45 mins total after checkin where as hotel staff should make sure room should be ready before checkin

Stayed in the hotel for 8 nights and was very disappointed by the hygiene standards and professionalism they follow. 1. Checked in the hotel late evening, and to very much surprise, there were no towels available, be it hand or bath towel. 2. And yes if you wish to see the news and other stuff on TV, you can not as there was no setup box in the room. Well it was not only me who saw the missing setup box, there were other guests too. 3. They do not have restaurant in their premises, but you have to go to their other building to have one. But take my advice and do not even think about eating there. The quality of food was ver very bad. Roti was stale and daal might have been 2-3 days old. You shall not get fresh food, as if this was there moto.4. If you leave your room key with them, it is not mandatory that they have to clean it. Every time you leave you have to mention it. But that also doesnt matter, as they will not clean it properly. There were hair on the floor (different areas), and even on the pillow and bed sheet. Even if you complain, they say that it was done by the morning staff and not by me. So you can complain in the morning when he comes.5. Most important thing if you eat there, they will not give you the invoice for the same, as they state that it is needed in the system and we can not give you the food bill. What you have to do is go to the restaurant and they might give you. But in the end you fail to achieve.Overall do not even think about staying or eating there, as the standards are not met and professionalism is very far away from this place. You better stay in an ashram, and get a better facility.

Rooms are good well maintained and clean. Location is great. But staff needs to learn general greeting skills nobody says good morning or any other thing they just ignore you although they are always ready to help. It was a great stay🙏🏻

We booked 2 four - bed rooms for 2 nights.LOCATION - Hotel just a building behind the river bay,about 100 steps.HOSPITALITY - They were upto the mark with that. The hotel staff was helpful. Since the hotel doesnt have a lift and i had my grandma with me, the hotel staff helped us to get the up and down and back up for all the times. Good with attending to the needs of the peopleFOOD - We had a complimentary breakfast with them and they served good variety of food and the food was of good quality.Rooms - The rooms we well furnished,good room service and provided with good overall amenities.Hence a good experience overall.

Definitely Recommend this place.To start with the staff is very cordial and helpful. The location is very close to where the ganga Aarti takes place.Rooms are very well kept and all the amenities were as promised.Above all I think the food is great. Though they may suggest the buffet dining. Please go for Al la Carte. Its safe and clean. You can stay there with family and friends. As they have good food, no need to look out for places to eat. Worth the money.

Hotel is awesome especially room service is more than upto mark.full cooperation from reception manager. Pretty clean and nice hotel. They have one of the best italian food in rishikesh. The pasta was just awesome. It had just the right amount of tomatoes and cheese. It was cooked properly and the flavours were pleasing. The thin crust pizza was great too. Though they have an italian restaurant, the other cuisines are also great. We had Hara Bara kebab, it was quite crisp and melted in the mouth. Really enjoyed our time there.

The hotel is ok.... We went for a premium room for 2 nights (including buffet breakfast and dinner) @ Rs. 15k total.Pros:1. Located close to Parmarth niketan and walking distance from the Parmarth Ghat. So witnessing the evening aarti and taking the holy dip can be done conveniently.2. Good and clean rooms, with good views. Clean and tidy toilets.3. Polite staff.4. Food is ok.Cons:1. Staff is completely untrained. They do not know anything about courtesy and hospitality. Anyhow they try to help.2. Service is slow.3. You need to ask them a lot of things. Whether it is linen, or tea maker, etc. And they need some reminders.4. The hotel has given some wrong photos on its website. This is the saddest part. Though the hotel is not bad, but still they ought to have given the right ones. Secondly, Hotel Green and Hotel Green View is one and the same Hotel. They are just the front and rear side of the same building. These descriptions should have been given clearly.5. They do not have late night service of food ad beverage.6. Buffet (breakfast and dinner) spread is limited.7. Very limited toiletries.8. The hotel is located in a colony like and crowded area with very narrow and dirty lanes. So the vicinity of the hotel may cause some aversion to you.9. Very limited parking.

I never write bad reviews. But I booked a room for the night previous night to the one I arrived by accident through Agoda. It was a glitch on the site. The charge on my card was RS. 5600 + for two rooms. I called when I realized what happened and they said they had one room available. My friend arrived early and he checked into his room and they made him pay in cash... When I arrived, it turns out that they did have a second room, but they wanted to charge me for it too.I didnt pay because then I would be paying x3. I contacted Agoda and got a message back from them saying that they havent heard from Green hotel as of yet... Two weeks later Im still out rs. 2800.The people were nice, but I definitely feel taken advantage of. Ive stayed at this hotel for the past 14 years of coming to Rishikesh. My family used to come here with me. Now I have a bitter taste in my mouth. The rooms are dated. The food used to be better.

Good facilities but confusing location

The newly furnished hotel rooms were pretty comfortable and all the facilities available. The buffet breakfast spread and the alacarte dinner were also as per expectations. One subtle thing, I would like to point is that the hotel does not have a dedicated parking at the location, which becomes a bit problematic for the visitors. But on the flipside you have the advantage of proximity to Ram Jhula as well. So, its a kind of trade-off between the two.

Recently stayed at this hotel and GreenView (adjoining) for a couple of weeks. The rooms were ok but the power and the wifi would keep cutting out. The hot water in GreenView would not last long enough for two people to have a decent shower.The staff in GreenView were friendly and well mannered. The staff in Green Hotel were quite incompetent, we had the shock of leaving the hotel one morning to the sound of the manager screaming and berating a poor staff member so loud that it echoed through the entire hotel and lobby... very disturbing!!!LASTLY: Do not bother with the food!!! The breakfast buffet is dismal at best and avoid the room service unless you want food poisoning! My girlfriend had the Veggie burger and was sick for 24 hours with food poisoning!!You can get delicious healthy cheap breakfast at The Office in Ram Jhula and there are way better places to eat up at Luxman Jhula! Overall, quite dissatisfied.

Hotel is situated at a very convenient location if one is looking for a relatively peaceful place. Located at the back of Parmarth Niketan (famous for its evening Divine Ganga Aarti), the hotel is about 200 m from Ram Jhula and an enjoyable 2 km stroll from Laxman Jhula. Room (including bathroom) was clean. The staff is very cordial and parking space is available. If coming from Haridwar, it is best to take a right turn at IDPL and thus avoid the chaos of Rishikesh main town. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay at the hotel.

Good hotel in Vanaprasth area Rishikesh but no personal parking available. Park your vehicle in general parking 500m away from this hotel. Approach to hotel is also through Rajaji National Park.

It was nice and worth for money when you have to spend overnite. Staff was courteous and helpful. Bed was comfortable. We reached late by around 6.30 pm. They extended our check out by 3 hours and we checked out by around 3pm. That was very helpful as we got time to rest in afternoon. They also helped us arrange a drop facility from hotel to Mayakund location near triveni ghat in a two wheeler.Improvement- Bathroom corners needs to be more cleaned. Bathroom WC top was broken and tap was loose. This things needs to be fixed. Hotel can add on pick up and drop facility by proactively contacting guests.

The hotel is good for peace lovers, its located at other side of river. Service time, food quality is good.Ghats are at walkable distance.only issue is reaching hotel that too if you are carrying heavy bags, you have to travel about 1 km from the autostand to reach hotel. no help or service(even paid) is provided by hotel, locating hotel initially was also an issue.Would suggest the hotel to provide porter from taxi stand to hotel atleast on paid basis.

Hi, first they made our chick in after 1:15 PM for which they said that this is our policy to check in at 2pm but still we are trying to get it done before 2pm. I booked 2 rooms for family. One room was good but the 2nd room has dim yellow light, its dark light room then AC and fan was not working.after complaining 2 times AC got fixed but Fan was still running at speed of 1 but actually i and hotel staff itself set as 5 number of speed . Room was smelling for seelan(leakage) for which they lied that its a paint smell .. paint actually hppened outside of my room so smell was coming of paint and seelan both..after showing them seelam proof they apologize for all the worst service and hand me a bottle of room fresherner. When i asked to change my room that said that room is not available anyother so can not change the room. That one night was too painful for my family as my oldage parents are with me and kids also there .. i had to adjust them in one room which was in good condition and rest had to suffer in the pathetic room. I Asked to share wifi credential which was given to me next day before my checkout though i asked for same after checkin 3 times but everytime they said we will sms you on yr number.

Very nice rooms recently done up as I have been here last year also. The management has changed and we can see the changes in service and in food. The Manager Mr Makar was very helpful in guiding us with the places of interest in the city. Nice smiling staff will visit again next year

Only problem visiting the hotel was that the hotel is situated deep inside the city it is very difficult if you reach Rishikesh after 6 in the evening till 7 in morning because the short road is closed and you need to cross the market. The rooms are clean but not much spacious. The service is very quick on a single call within 2 minutes the housekeeping guy will deliver solution for your demand. The restaurant has wide range of menu items with nice taste. If you are traveling with less luggage then it is a nice place to stay for.

I have given one rating because the less is not possible otherwise this hotel does not deserve even 1 rating .This has been a worst experience in my life.In the AC room the AC only workd if the power is available otherwise the AC will not work on DG.So if you are in extreme summer and power is not available you can not sleep whole night as the room have no ceiling fan even.As it showing in the photo there is one wall mounted bracket fan.which can spot only one person.You can see the cleanliness in the attached photo.Toilets are stinking.... however the room is entirely different.No preinstalled All-out machine and when I demanded the same they gave one machine in which there is not a single drop of liquid.Guys please dont stay in this hotel this hotel is really bad.

Visited swargashram in rishikesh for a wedding function and stayed green hotel for 3 days. Stayed at the junior suite room. The room was quite big with two king size beds which were extremely comfortable. Toilet & bathrooms were big and nice. Apart from the room the service was upto the mark and so was the food from their restaurant. Couldnt ask for more from them as the staff was extremely courteous and very hospitable people.Value for money and satisfying experience.

I stayed in green hotel from 4th to 7th March 2016. Location of hotel is very nice specially for the people wanted to stay near ganga banks. I reached 5 hours early to check-in time without any intimation. Mr. Vikas was on night duty and he ensured me to arrange something however hotel was full. He also arranged self driven two wheeler for me.Hotel has own restaurant.I am mostly impressed by helpful nature and smiley face of hotel staff.Easy check-in, easy stay and easy checkout. Note: to reach the hotel, you have to cross Raam jhula. If you are coming by own vehicle, you have to park it to a paid parking just before Raam jhula.

I really like this hotel property as this place was nicely maintained and furniture was very nice of the room. Room was very well maintained and comfortable, neat n clean. I took my breakfast in hotel that was paid, but it was decent. Overall my stay was good but i didnt like the location of this hotel as it was far from the bus stand and railway stand. But i like the hotel and i will recommend this for a friends and couple stay.

Bathroom inside the room was so dirty, they had complained the staff about it and said them to clean up, but even after 2 hours no one came to clean up. occupant being handicap herself cleaned the bath room.Buckets provided in the bath room were like used by some labaur class person so dirty and seems to be never cleaned.breakfast was served after 1:45 hours after order was placed. do it takes so long to prepare breakfast for 2 persons.Tata sky was not working when we arrived in hotel. after complaint it was changed but that also worked for only 2 hours.wifi was not working at all, even after compalint no body rectified it.Staff was not at all cooperative. not even helped a handicap person to move around and refused to pull her wheel chair out from car.I will make sure to communicate this to all my friends and on all booking websites that no one else stay in ur hotel and fall in trap. very pathetic experience.

Great Hotel! Great location. We got amazing deal at this price from goibibo. Hotel staff was very co-operative. Although the room does not look as nice as shown in the pictures here. We reached there in such cold weather and they had kept blower in the room, which came out to be a surprise. Although washroom is very small but they have good hot water running in taps.

Hotel is at walkable distance from Ganga Ghat at Swargashram. Room are in good condition if one want to book try to book front room with window i.e. deluxe or super deluxe room. Standard room are good for one day stay with no window. AC are provided in all rooms. All together good hotel near to Ganga Ghats for short stay !!

I visited in jan2019. Rooms and hotel is fine. In budget of 1000₹-1600₹ for night it is good. Dont opt for breakfast its a scam. Bed and shower is good.location is bit odd. One have to cross ram jula and walk more 10 mints. If you have luggage its gonna be hactic. Reception lady is helpful. Staff is good.

Good Hotel with co-operative staff. The only service which i found absent was serving of main course in the room. Though they have a pleasent restaurant but sometimes it gets hectic to come down in the restaurant after gettib tired.To reach there either you have to walk 1.5 Kms. but its good in the pleasant are.Overall hotel is good.

My stay was near perfect we reached late but had no informed the reception and they had kept the kitchen open... God bless them. Very nice food the location cannot be better than this as we were just a 100 meters from Ganga ji. This is the place to visit in Rishikesh

The best part about this hotel is its location. The very loaction of the hotel provides you the opportunity to explore Rishikesh in a whole new different way. The famous Aarti is just 2 min walk away. Another plus point about this hotel is its restraunt. They have the best Italian in the town.

Nice cozy place off a narrow alley leading to Parmarth Ashram. However there is no lift facility and continuous electricity is not available, meaning dont expect the airconditioner or gyser to work. Wifi is spotty. Parking space is at a premium with small space only available for 3 -4 small cars squeezed together. Food is good and staff is friendly.

The room was clean and tidy, although the shower does not have much (if any) water pressure. There is hot water available. At first, everyone was very nice but if you sought their advice or direct assistance they were not helpful. Most importantly, there was an incredibly loud party going on from 1 am to 4 am. They were screaming, singing, stomping around. It sounded like a frat house. When we asked the front desk to assist, they said hold on, well call back. We never heard from them and they refused to answer the phone after that. I didnt sleep a single hour that night. It was dreadful.We had also asked one of the service desk representatives to help us book a taxi. He acted annoyed by our asking but agreed and found us a cab. He took down my number and said he would text the drivers license plate. We went to bed early because we had to be up at 4am for the cab to the temple for sunrise. They tried to come to our door twice after 10pm to give us the cab number. When we didnt answer, they called our room, then came again to the door. Although it was nice that they took initiative to get us this information, it cost about an hour and half of sleep and was unnecessary since they had the phone number.

Very good location.Early c/in was provided. I was allotted #403, which was pathetic. Dirty linens, bed condition was bad. I complained and my room was changed and given #404. Better room than #403. I stayed for a night and did not face any problem after that.Hotel has perfect location if you want to cover Ram jhula area and experience Ganga aarti. Good area for shopping,buying local items. This area also has good food options like Chotiwala,Topiwala,Gita restaurants,which are excellent. There is also a ccd & some other coffeeshops in this area.Tip- If you are a foodie, pls do not miss Jalebis at Gita,Tadka dal at Topiwala.

This hotel has a very rude receptionist, called and asked if they are accepting foreigners, he then replied NO! and hung up the phone instantly. Wanted to book a few nights, but now I will check somewhere else.

There was no room service but the hotel was very good. spacious rooms with good atmosphere. Bathrooms are quite good. I hope they sort out the room service issue soon and it will be a great place to stay.

A good budgeted hotel(if booked by ibibo), the located near parmarth niketan, dont follow the gps as it may mislead you, it can be reached with ur vehicle as well as i have parked my vehicle on the other side of the river so have walked alot... food is good, u cn get some continental dishes as well in low price. the disappointing factor is that they dont have a elevator in it so u need to think before moving out or in, The room service is not upto the mark as well as they wont serve the whole food at ur room but cn serve some snacks/appetizers.

Wifi speed is average. Almost all the things are good. Only thing which I didnt like is that you dont get hot water in the afternoon.We reached hotel at 2 PM but hotel water not available at that time. It only available in the very next morning for bathing.Just opposote to this hotel, there is Parmarth Niketan from which you can direct reach to Ganges... Beautiful view from thereRest everything is good and I recommend this hotel for a stay.

Wonderful hotel & Hotel staff warm and courteous from front desk till room service the hotel quite nice and welcoming rooms are clean and spacious. the hotel is very near to parmarth ashram. though rishikesh hot but the hotel was comfortable and the heat didnt matter good hospitality . food was vegetation loved the stay there feeling homely secured location but the Ganga is just 2 min walk ...lot of interesting palace joints is also close by.

The first thing i want to point out is the location of the hotel. Itz at a very difficult place. we reached rishikesh at around 4am and it took us nearly an hour to find out the hotel. They didnt seem to mention that the direct way to reach the hotel is closed by 6pm. 2nd of all there is no lift which was also not mentioned. It was very troublesome goin up and down the stairs. 3rd the rooms are very small and clumsy. It becomes very cumbersome moving around. 4th , the staffs arent efficient. not refundable too hence have to stay here. i would suggest others to gve this hotel a pass

Hotel is located in swargashram which is a heaven in itself.. rooms were clean amenities were fine and the thing touches my heart the most is the extremely humble behaviour of staff and great service hotel has its own restaurant which serves tasty food in reasonable price. Thanx to goibibo in this price this hotel is more than worth staying.

Well to start with the hotel does have central location, but if you are lazy then dont choose this one as it has transportation issue, you have to walk almost 10-15 mins from ram jula to the hotel, but on the plus side, the team is amazing, will accomodate your every need, food is good, menu is extensive with wide variety, there where 11 members in our group. the rooms are ok but at the price it is worth it. expect a lot of foreigners, will also arrange for river rafting or other activities that you want to do, sachin and his team is amazing, there was this guy at reception when we checked out in early morning, very friendly, wish they wore name tags. Worth it

WORST XPERIENCE AND WORST HOTEL!! NO prosCons everything. eg1.LOCATION- The hotel is located at such a congested place that no public transport can reach there. Taxi will leave you at ram jhula and from there u have to take hundred of stairs, cross the bridge(ram jhula) and again hv to walk(about 4-5 km walking) in scorching heat of 43 C2.ELEVATORS- Well, u can think of elevators in dreams. I got the room over 3rd floor and no elevators were available. So u can guess how it feels when u have to walk for 5km with the luggage and then forced to move upstairs without the lift. 3.AC- When we reach our room, it was very hot as its on the top floor and when we asked the attendnt to turn the the ac on, he said presently there is power cut and we dont hv ac supply over the d generator(dunno whether they even hv generators) 4.DRINKING WATER- No MINERAL WATER was available. They just filled the jug and handed over. 5.TOWEL- All the towels were smelly6.Wifi- The wifi was on and it connected readily but THERE WAS NO INTERNET CONNECTION over it. So it was sch a joke.7BREAKFAST- It was the biggest joke. There was sabzi but no puri. Butter was available but no bread was available. After asking many times, they brought d tea and 2 slices of bread after 35min. We preferrd to leave than to hv sch a great bf. Also no one was thr to whom we could complain. 8.MANAGER- The hotel manager was arrogant and money minded. When u hv to walk n it takes atleast 1hr to reach the main place whr public transport is available, n again an hour to reach the hotel back, one can suffer unintentionally late checkout. Although neither the hotel hv new booking, nor we were pre-informed abt same, he started asking for extra money. We complaint abt the disgusting services provided by the hotel but he was not ready to listen and started misbehaving.

Its is always a pleasure staying in this hotel. I have stayed here twice,actually everytime i have travelled to rishikesh. Anyone who is planning to stay here, just to inform you all that you have to cross Ram jhula to reach this place or if you plan to take you car to the hotel then please use Google maps as its approximately 45-60 min drive to reach main city.

The hotel was good and all the staff was very much cooperative (specially Madam Mukti). The only problem is car parking, there is small place for parking in front of Hotel. Otherwise everything is good and the breakfast was so tasty.

Most important thing is the location of the Hotel.. You will not get any direct Conveyance to reach the hotel except Your own vehicle or taxi... one more important thing is that to reach the hotel, you have reach before 6 in the evening because the way to reach hotel will be closed by around 6.30 pm and u have to choose alternative way and that is not suggested because you have to walk around 3 to 4 km to reach the hotel.. Facilities at the hotel is ok like a three start hotel... location is very near to ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula... and walking distance from Paramdham Niketan Ashram..

Staying hare is good, all ashram are nearby. Ghats are 200m walking, attended parmarth ashram Aarti. Peaceful place good ambiance, good food quality good for me

Hotel is good but a much better room could be allotted to us. The room no 401 didnt have exhaust and no mirror in the bathroom. food was good. service was also good. The hotel is overall good. I hope that they will improve on the concerns mentioned.

Nice hotel in a reasonable price. Near to lakshman jhula (walkable). Taxi stand for neelkanth is also just by 150 meter.

Cleanliness was an issue, when I complaint that I was moved to upgraded room with same tariff. Though that was delight as a customer, I would have expected to have smooth stay as agreed. Instead of 1pm check in, we have actually checked in only by 8pm. Despite room werent ready, flush not working, hot water not coming, TV remote was missing etc.

Hotel is located at a very conjuated place. Hardly any space for parking. But they serve great Food. A great thumps up for Food

The front office manager was very frank, helpfull and supportive.i liked my stay very much and i would love to stay again.but i want to tell you guys that this hotel is on the other hand of river which does not connect to station and bus station.

Rooms are very good. I found Staff behaviour very appreciable. quality of food is nice. only drawback is that approach road is very narrow. over all good place for stay.

Nice hotel ..... Location is very nice......All important places 2 visit in rishikesh are nearby from this hotel.....Ramjhula is within walking distance n so is some of the most popular ashrams....For example beetels ashram is just minutes away from this hotel.....laxman jhula is hardly 2 kms away from dis hotel!

Overrated hotel, the service is very bad, called reception to send water and they sent it after 4 hours instead of repeated reminders. The dish tv connection was not there, I asked the manager and he informed me that he will recharge the dish tv but in actual he didnt recharged it for 2 days till I stayed there. They are making customers fools. The only thing good about the hotel is its location rest all are worst.

Pros: nonecons: 1) location very bad2) :no outside view from room only one window that also show big wall infront all rooms like that3) one small window ac in suite room without sufficient full room cooling4) electricity cut for more than 7 hrs no back for ac and even no pt for even mobile charging5) food ordered was cold cannot eat6) location on neelkanth road vehicle must but big cars/jeeps will find difficult to drive inside narrow pathways to reach hotel and to park 7) away from main road with no view at all8) so goibibo customers and friends try some hotel on main road I.e rishikesh - badrinath road and not neelkanth road hotelsthanks

Good Things about this hotel:1) location is good if you are travelling to ram jhula and surrounding ghats2)Front staff executive is very professional and polite3) Infrastructure and assets used in hotel is branded and good like ac , tv , gyzer etc.Bad Things :1) Room is very dirty specially there were stains on bedsheets, bedcovers and hairs on pillow covers2)TV is there but hardly 2-3 channels were working because management has not recharged their dish connection3)We asked for each and every single thing once you entered in room . Firstly, AC remote was not working. Secondly, Water was not there inside the room . Thirdy, Glasses were missing. After third call we give up and stop calling reception desk as we wanted to change bedsheets ,pillows and make our room clean we had no energy to complaint them after our long journeyi think management has hired staff which are not experienced or who are not belonging to hospitality. They invested alot in infrastructure but they are not investing their time money and effort in services. My suggestion either to train your team or replace it. Sorry to say our experience was not good from this hotel.

Difficult to find its location. Rooms are very small. Breakfast buffet is minimal to okayish. Only good thing is proximity to Ganga Aarti area.

It was a great experience staying at the hotel and the best part is they have a restaurant just beside the hotel which caters to your needs. Definitely one of the decent hotels that I stayed.

This property has the convenience of being in the vicinity of swargashram,the spiritual heart of Rishikesh.

Our Stay at Hotel Green view was comfortable and enjoyable. Staff at the hotel was very co-operative, courteous and supportive. We enjoyed our stay.one of the best hotels in Rishikesh.

Hotel check in time is 1 pm provided us 2.45 pm. gate lock not found, fridge in poor condition and not working, table glass top is in broken condition, roof light is fused, water gyser power socket is in broken condition and gyser is always power on so that possibility of burst it. said to hotel staff for change the room they said ye hi Lena padega. poor service. breakfast is also not good, brother it is too costly and not value for money. hotel is far from ram jhula and vehicle problem at night after 7 pm. and not on River side view.

Really great rooms and food provided. We checked in late at night and were provided with instant service. Satisfied!

Food was ossam which was on the deal but we felt that staff are giving the food as we have not paid them well !! did not like the staff behaviour !overall i rate this hotel well n good !

Food is Not good,Room size is ok , bt TV is not wrking and when i was Complaining ,he change set of box and After changing set of box he is working only 4 mint and then Again he showing me plz Recharge your set of box . Very bad experience 😕 Ill pay ..for one night 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Its hotel green view...a subunit of hotel green...people confuse this hotel as hotel green.no room service of food as they dont have a restaurant. you have to go to hotel green to eat something. when i went to hotel green around 2.30pm they said reastaurant is closed without mentioning any reason, when i asked green view about this they said we habe no information about it...i had to walk 1 km to go to nearest food joint.No window in the room.smelly wardrobe.water provided was not drinkable.

Small Rooms & expensive, Room service can take 45 mins for 1 glass of fresh lime juice. Resturant service is poorest 1. Where you can only sit, your order depends upon the moods of the servants. complimentary bfst has only 1--2 options even for that you have to wait for an hour. Overall its a poor experience with Green by one. Yes, one more thing owners of Green view & Green by one are same.

The hotel is located near the market and everything is in a walkable distance. The staff was very attentive and took care of our requirements but the hotel is a little overpriced.

The sign says Italian restaurant but they have a variety of dishes on the menu: Italian, Indian, pan-asian etc. Im Italian and I can tell from the looks that the Italian dishes are not really Italian (they even have the infamouspasta Alfredo). I tried some Indian dishes and I enjoyed them

Nice hotel to stay in. Close to the river and ram jhula. However, it is on the opposite side of rafting venues. Also, WiFi was not working during our time, and most of the TV channels were not available.

It is near to geeta bhavan and ram jhulla...staff is very good and professional specially the manager in the day shift hotel green . I forgot to ask the name but he is very helpful and professional. very much impressed the way they treat to the client....agar unse nahi mile to kuch nahi Dekha yahan....must visit....this hotel......
