It was a nice ashram with a terrace overlooking the mountain. The family is also gentle and makes delicious vegetable dishes.It was good that the four teachers taught me politely.

The yoga and meditation in rishikesh was very good. My 200 hour yoga teacher training was uplifting and insightful. One of the most profound experiences of my life. It was the little grain of sand that gives rise to the pearl. Best rishikesh yoga available

The accommodations and 200 HR Yoga TTC program were both fantastic. I have gained so much knowledge and wisdom from this course that I am hoping to return again. The environment is also very peaceful, a short walk away from Ganga, and near to many temples in Rishikesh.

Traditional Yoga. If you search for something close to how it was --- this is the alive version. I really like the way they combine it into an integral part, and you can see this in their lifes reflecting too. They breath yoga, they eat yoga and they maintain a mind to yoga.I really like to give a big thanks the way theyd opened my eyes towards the field and science behind yoga.
