Staff was helping.I went there because my old idea sim had no network.Kuldeep Singh replaced the sim with new VI sim but he charged me Rs.542 and told me there is Rs442 vi cloud you have to buy otherwise sim will not be exchanged .I asked him for receipt/bill for the serviceHe offered but he told me you will get email, still after 1 week I didnt get email.Also he charged 50 for new sim and 50 for recharge .I went with my dad and one sim was mine and other sim was dads.So in total he charged 542+542Pathetic experience 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

This review is for Vodafone, Model Town, Rewari store. Service is pathetic. No one is there to help, for every problem they ask to convert from Prepaid to Postpaid service. Staff is extremely rude, they dont have sense of how to talk, and they are only concerned about meeting their own goals by duping customer. After getting fed of this store I got my SIM fixed from Gurugram Vodafone store, that too free of cost and this Rewari store was asking me to convert from Prepaid to Postpaid, with monthly charges of ₹399. No wonder why vodafone is losing thousands of customers everyday. After getting the SIM fixed, I too have got my SIM port to JIO.

Today, i buy vi postpaid SIM Rewari vi store good experience and friendly behaviour by Mr. Punit, he is good mind person, give all information regarding what i ask thanku so much

Service is good and fast.All staff members are supportive.Environmental conditions are also good.Solution is there for each and every problem within 30 minutes.Fully digitization is there.Its hard to reach for old age people due to height. Otherwise I liked most of the things.I would like to prefer them to post a banner on main road also so that anyone can notice that from a distance.

First of all they dont have any means to of communication in case any customer has any query. You have to physically visit the store. And if you ask them about any Vodafone product they are most likely to say its not available and dont know when it will be available. Its better to call customer care rather then going to this particular store.

Long queue. Extremely long waiting time. 3 open counters and the guys taking too long to process any of your requests. Highly unsatisfactory. Not what vodafone claims as a great experience. No seating area with a waiting time of over 1 hour. Seems like Vodafone has turned into a gov service. Show some courtesy to the customer and you will survive in the long run.

Good service for the customers. The staffs are very helpful and they are ready to solve your sim service problems any time. I have visited most of the vodafone stores but i found this one as one of the best vodafone store. The area where this store is located is little bit crowded but loved the service they are providing to their customers.

No waiting area, no sitting arrangement for old or handicapped people. Too crowded. Less staff to attend customers.

Situated on old court road Model Town near HDFC BANK Rewari. It is a very conjusted area, no parking available here if you have a car you should advised that you park any other place before come here. After you come here you meet a long queue . When your number come a representative of vodafone company maka a so lengthy dialogue such as vishal damdar vodafone store mein apka swagat hai etc-etc.
