Excellent, quick, good customer service

Food was excellent. However they missed they missed two items off our order. They did then bring these items, but were questioned if we were lying. Will probably try again - will update the score if they get the next order correct!

After a long time had what you call a perfect authentic Indian food and not sweet curries which most restaurant serve and call them Indian restaurant..I believe this was the best in the town and believe me I have tried all Indian restaurants in Reading. I hope they keep up the quality..

Absolutely appalled with Temptations. I placed an order via the app yesterday evening for my partner, child and myself WHICH WAS FULLY PAID FOR. My delivery was due to take an hour (no problem, we understand this is a busy time for everyone), the hour came and went, between myself and my partner we made 7 phone calls from an half an hour after our estimated delivery time to 11pm when they closed! No answer everytime. Today we have called and called and again no answer. My partner went there this evening and despite seeing people enter the shop they did not answer the door when he knocked. Id appreciate if someone could reply to my email or call me as we are now out of pocket. Very frustrating and disappointing!

Worst BiryaniWe ordered their Chicken Biryani and Veg Biryani, Chicken biryani was horrible, basmati rice with yellow colourings no spice no masala nothing was simply the worst very oily.If chicken biryani was horrible veg biryani was horrific, they gave burnt veg biriyani, we couldnt even have a spoon.Had to throw chicken biryani and veg into dustbin, ended up ordering from other takeaway
