Please Read This Before You Book. This hotel is not even worth of getting 1 star.You might think that there are some poor reviews regarding this hotel but trust me they are 100% true. The manager as well as the lady( owner) have very very bad attitude. They misbehaved with me and my elderly parents and grandparents. And they used all kind of abusive languages and verbal speech for conversation. Completely immature behaviour, and unprofessional manner to handle guests. Also they threat there guests by calling hooligans, punk and hectors to clear there matter. I had a booking in this hotel today and had to leave just after 30 minutes of stay because of there missbehaviour. I had my family with me and didnt prefer to spent the night in that property, risking my familys life. ONE MORE INFORMATION: if at all you have to book the hotel for any reason, in any unwanted situations, please book it online as you might get your refund or at least you can ask for investigation. I had to go through a lot today, and I am sharing this just to make you aware of this. KINDLY THINK BEFORE YOU BOOK...

It is a banquet so they have rooms not a proper hotel, advisable only if you have a pet as they allow pet or you are just halting for a night. But price wise it is justified, Ill recommend calling the owner for booking for better price

Initially hotel called and told me to cancel my booking and denied but on the intervention of *** customer care they provided me the room. TV was not recharged but other things were okay.Guard was so helpful.No restaurant was inside the hotel

Spacious room, but far away from the city. I paid 500 rupees as taxi fare. No hatch lock on the door. No curtain in the window. Food is not available. No shops near by. It is secluded place. No hustle bustle. I would recommend not to stay here because of the distance. Hope this will be helpful.

The hotel owner behaviour is vry bad n rough. There is no light facility after power cut in dormitory room n even no AC ll work after power cut in high ranged room. The dormitory room is seperate from the hotel n it is nt a room its a marriage hall with tin shed in which bed are arranged on the marriage stage floor. I hv booked d dormitory room n when I was asked d onwer regarding lights after power cut then they r angry with me n told u all poor guy in 200 RS u r asking for facilities n he abuse me also.. They r doing the partialities with customers poor n rich who r staying in his hotel. I hv done vry mistake that I hv booked this Royal Panacea hotel in Ranchi i.e in Tatisilwai.

Room is clean and the space is good but this is very far from the railway station, u cant get food and transportation service after 10 pm..

Lot of mosquitoes and staff didnt respond to complain.. bathroom wasnt that good as no ventilation were there .staff behavior was good .

Very poor service... The owner is damn idiot and will irritate you every hour with some new charges being added out of blues.Rooms are clean but staying will give you a real headache. Owner as well as housing staffs are dumb , with no services upto mark.
