Awesome place as every franchise is available here except MAC D , So in a single table you may get food stuffs from all the Franchise like KFC , DOMINOS n others all available under a single roof.

I love this place and go here many times. I loved their hot spicy and smokey chicken. I salute their trust to the customer. One time I ordered many things with two classic burger but they forget to serve one burger. When I open the box and show one burger and go to the counter and told them the matter they quickly give me the another one without any queries. Thanks for that.

This KFC located in Nucleus mall is not up to the mark. Food was not heated properly. After complain they re-heated the food. The crispyness was lost. Cold drinks provided with food felt just flavored water. This place is waste for money. The KFC in Munda chowk is better option I consider.

Pick up any KFC and you will get the same taste more or less. What varies is the ambience of the place, the accessibility by the customers and the feel good factor (brought about by the behaviour of the staff). This particular KFC was in Nucleus mall in Ranchi and so the accessibility was good And regarding the behaviour of the staff. It was pretty decent too.

@KFC_India Sir its a humble request plz if you cannot afford to provide proper food quality to its customers plz stop giving so called offers on Wednesday. We being students used to gather all our money to spent on Wednesday all we get is cold and stale food and when we try to call the outlet either their phone numbers is switch off or they dont receive the call purposely what for they have provided theirs number i dont get it!!!

@KFC_India I would like to thank Kfc Manager Mr Prakash to solve my grievances within no time he has taken my complaint as a top most priority and took an immediate action to settle it and done his best to provide me with better service .We need more responsible person like him❤️

Good ambience, as it is a big food court with many options around. The food is good. However, I never find much of drinking options here. I never get my crushers, and all they have to offer is cold drinks instead of it.

Kfc lived upto its name in terms of burgers and its signature fried chicken, however the smoky chicken was a huge disappointment

Good, it was a counter KFC in nucleus food court. Service was very fast but food was not serve hot but it was fresh

I had ordered veg zinger burger but now the taste has been totally different from the earlier veg zinger burger. Nether they give cheese inside nor any mayonnaise is given. Its just a simple Aloo tikki burger for which you can better get one from the outside any restaurant and for that only they charge you for Rs 129 which is totally money waste. It dont have taste of the bread too. I strongly recommend not to buy or order this product.

Large amount of food produce has reduced its food quality especially smoky grilled.

Good but need improvement. I have visited 2-3 times but not satisfied with the quality they serve as compared to other KFC outlets. Also some staffs are not professional and behaviour is not so well. They can literally say no for extra ketchups even if you offer to pay money for it, 😅😅which is a bit absurd.

Dont know if it is just me eating KFC after long or actually the taste of KFC chicken has deteriorated. Service was quick and food was fresh here. But seriously the main KFC ingredients that make KFC unique were not present as it is in abroad. Felt like just chilli powder was used.

Not the same anymore, juiciness is so much decreased off the original recipe. You cant have a hot & crispy without a beverage by your side. Rest of the items are pretty good and hence deserves all the love.

The taste of food does not seem to be with standards of KFC. The food is okay but if someone has experience of KFC at some other good outlet, they will instantly recognize the difference.

We were served two sauce sachets for four pieces of huge chicken. When asked for more sauce sachets they replied,We provide one sachet for two pieces of chicken! This completely leaves customers unsatisfied!

And this one is no different than any other which you would have already seen.people are mad about chicken and being an Indian I would say we make so so much better chicken at home than there tasteless fried chicken. Of course, if you looking for a healthy lifestyle you know!Not particular only to this KFC but each and every one of them. Cleanliness, decor, and everything else comes after food quality and taste, Which for sure is not good at any cost.

The experience was THIK-THAKI suggest KFC to give their staffs BLACK GLOVES, becos...read below👇🏻Even though its a bit nitpicking,this is what I saw- the staffs were wearing disposable gloves which looked way too much used as the BLUE GLOVES turned kinda BLACK due to excessive use of that 1 pair of gloves for several days and half of one finger was peeping out of one of the staffs gloves to say hi and hello to everyone👍🏻😁.This made our day!🥳🥳🎉

On a second order on the same evening, we were informed, after about one hour, that the items were not available.The land line of the restaurant is out of order. The mobile number obtained through Justdial remained unanswered even after repeated calling, but was found engaged in between. Disgusting behaviour.

Burger bread quality is not good, looks like a cheap dry bread. Its not like other KFC. No token system, you have to present your bill to get your order. Also the staff doesnt wear gloves.
