I was here for one night during state swimming competition. This place is big. Rooms are spacious, half of Well planned full furnished rooms were there and still the construction process was going on some part of the complex. You get good sunset and sunrise views from the balcony.

Best place to live in Ranchi. Rare power cuts and continuous water supply, in a closed gated community. It has both duplexes and apartments, all brand new and still more coming up. Green, clean and well maintained, what more can a person ask for. Rent depends on owner to owner, but overall the it has more pros than cons. The only con might be that it is a bit out of the city but very close to Dipatoli Cantonment.

It is an awesome place to live in, surrounded by jungle from both sides, there is plenty of oxygen to breathe, 24 hr electricity and water facilities, well maintained drainage system, gardens, lightings around the streets. Overall its one of the best place to live in. There are almost 32 blocks with a total sum of 1200 (2bhk & 3bhk flats). The streets are well lighted, the main problem in living here is its far reach to the market, the market from here is almost 4-5 km, so you have to own your personal vehicles, if you are living here, public transportation service is also not available in this area, all the services and facilities are maintained and checked by the society itself.
