One of the worst hotel in Ranchi. Staffs are totally unprofessional. For billing it will take almost 3 hours but still you wont get a correct bill.1. Rooms are old and amenities are not up to the mark.2. Washroom stings.3. Hotel looks new from outside but its old actually.4. They even charge for Water bottles.5. Breakfast you will get same menu daily. Very rare changes.6. Room service is always late. Will take almost an hour for everything and several follow ups.7. Staffs are not having any coordination in between them.I stayed for 7 days and the day I checked out I was literally forced to miss my flight because of them. I waited for an hour for the bills that already explained to them a day before. But they failed to provide me. They kept my email id but 3 days days went and no email came. After 3 days I gain visited their hotel and stayed for one day.This time also I have to wait for an hour but my old bill was not ready. I missed a very important meeting due to this reason. I left my luggage and went for my work and told them to keep it ready by evening. I came at 8.30pm, still incomplete bills.This is how they deal with their guests !!!Dont even visit.Capitol Hill Ranchi is way better than Le Lac Sarovar.0 Star to Le Lac.Will never visit.

Well located hotel with really good food and extremely courteous and helpful staff and the manager. They all went beyond their way to make our stay wonderful.Good gym, spa and salon. There is in house bakery.Swimming pool is missing

A good place to visit with your friends ,rooms are decent ,service is good,food quality and cleanliness is decent as well,there is lounge bar and an open space with a view of the pond it is a great place to hang out with friends and to have a great evening ,so people who want to sip a drink can visit the bar and have a peaceful drink here with the view of the pond

Location is good.market is at walking distance. Hotel services are very good.Excellent Dining area,Jim,spa,bar everything is there.large parking area.Everything neat and clean.you can see in the photos in 1st you can see outside view and other is my room.little bit costly but if you are finding top class hotel in Ranchi there is only two option for you one is Radisson blue and other is Le Lac portico.

Sanitation is clearly the biggest thing people are looking for at the moment and Le Lac dropped the ball on it completely. Floors were dirty (room and bathroom). Towels were stained. Pillow covers were stained. Overall, the place didnt help you feel comfortable hygiene wise.People (customers) dont wear masks and the hotel staff isnt enforcing the rules. Hospitality is one thing, this is irresponsible.Food, service, and location are ok at best.

Good time spent with family, if you are planning to visit Ranchi then it is highly recommended. Staffs are professional but yes there is some OFI also, justified 4 star. Come across many reviews and found many have talk about sanitation but in my case that was fine.

Place is nice,rooms were decentI ordered veg chowmein and veg manchurianChowmein was very nice manchurian was hard and chewy which is not acceptable for hotel of this standard.. quantity was ample enough for four people,14 manchurian balls were there in one plate.. BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS DISASTER, MENU EAS MISMATCHED, I WAITED FOR 25 MINUTES FOR POORI .. ROOM SERVICE WAS PROMPT

We went to the bar. The drinks were costly. 1 glass sula red wine costed 700 rs. And full bottle was of 4000 which is Thrice the price of mrp. Music system was not working.If you say for function purpose hotel is really good. But not for normal chilling purpose .

Le Lac is one of the most beautiful hotel which looks perfectly fine from outside as well as inside. It has very good wedding arrangements, like the guests staying, their food, everything is well managed. The cakes are a add on. Fresh cakes made in no time. A beautiful ambience, perfect for the family dining.

We went for a non specific break from work for a casual dinner...place is clean n ambience nice..but the services are EXTREMELY slow...we could get our starters only after 50-55mins of order...n there was some kind of chaos..waiters were busy attending to a party going on..food was just ok...I want to believe that it must have been an unusual day for them for these kind of services...but if it is the norm, there is a scope n need for improvement

Good food quality and prompt service

Most it has been a wonderful experience for us over at Le Lac. My only recommendation is that avoid ordering western dishes here, because the fish and chips (British) is not upto the par here.

They call themselves a 4 star hotel. Let me tell you the truth: Washrooms seems a decade old with broken things. The restaurant charges for food like crazy but if you order anything expect it to come only after an hour. The food is below average in taste and the staff is non courteous. To sum it this place doesnt even deserve 2 stars based on their service.

Absolutely love this place... Previously I used to stay at capitol hill but I think this is one of the best hotel in Ranchi at the moment.. Location is excellent, ample parking space available, decent fooding also and rooms are pretty comfortable and decently sized as well.. Will definitely recommend to fellow travellers for staying... It was okay but not better than radisson ranchi and also when u enter the room there are no toiletries in the bathroom , u have to ask for everything !Water was dripping from the shower , Electricity was tripping , ac was not working properly , The thermostat in the room is useless , staffs are ill-mannered including females , room and house keepong were too slow ,The hotel was not even worth of single star .Stayed in many sarovar portico but this was the worst one !!
