I called them to rent the scooty. I got their number from Google. I bargained them before taking the scooty.Please read the rental agreement carefully before taking the scooty. Else you will be in trouble.I have attached the rental agreement. There is the daily limit also for the kilometres we can drive. Also they are having the hourly.They also provide scooty on weekly and monthly basis.It was nice experience with the owner Harshit. But the caretaker was not be behaving very well and he was just calling Harshit again and again for the instructions.

The first experience was good. The services provided by the company was good. Vehicles are at the good condition and services man behaved well.

Good rental bike services in Ranchi. Bikes are in good condition. The only issue is, you have to pick the bike from their place and also leave.

Very Poor Service. Especially Mr. Azad is a very arrogant person. I asked him that i will collect bike @2pm. But he was not present in the shop at said time and kept me waited till 4pm. After coming also he denied to provide me the bike as i was not having original Driving Licence but have soft copy of the same. He verified my DL and Aadhar online. Asked me to give INR 3K in advance instead of 1K and my company original ID. When I agreed, he started ignoring my calls and somehow when i contacted him he said that he dont have any bike to give on rent. I am so much harassed that i even cant imagine of coming Ranchi again and renting bike from Bike Rentals. Its my advice not to rent bike from bike rentals. They go on tracking rented bike location through GPS. It seems that all the reviews on google are fake as i did not experienced such hospitality and service that i was expecting after seeing the reviews. I am completely unhappy with Bike Rentals.

Fake dont waste your time

Original driving license is kept as security along with 1000 security deposit. Xerox copy of your driving license is given. Xerox copy of bike documents RC, insurance are givenProcess of bike transferring is long. It takes around 45 minutes. On Sunday it opened around 10 AM and got bike around 11 AM and for a day I had to return by 7 pm. Scooty was new and in very good condition and so no problem faced during travel. There is extra charge of RS 4 /Km after 120 Km for a day rent, so have to pay extra. One cannot go out of City with bike. Can go nearby city by prior information. Return of bike is easy and doesnt take much time.

The bikes were maintained wonderfully - i.e. the brakes and gears and everything all worked so smoothly, as though the bike had just been tuned up. The customer service was great, and the location is perfect.

A good experience overall. Was provided with new Activa 5G. Hired for 24hrs which was around ₹400. Opted for 24hrs coz for a day it would cost ₹350 so why not for 24 hrs. The manager was good and cooperative which delivering the bike.

I rented two scooties in Ranchi through this site, on 13th of September 2019, a Hero Meastro and a Suzuki Access SE. Both of them were in a good condition, especially access, cuz it was bought just a month ago. And gratefully, they both performed really well throughout the 5 days we rented them for. We were travelling above 100-110 kms everyday for 5 days and these scooties didnt choke a bit, even the mileage with which these scooties were running was pleasing. We had to refuel upto the brim twice, which makes them run over 45 kmpl by our calculation. We had limitations of 120 km/day and 60 km/hr, so we had to take care of that every time. The paperwork, the initial agreement, talking to the service provider were all done smoothly and with a positive vibe. The RC papers, PUC papers of the vehicle were forwarded to us via WhatsApp. We didnt mind having the photocopies, as we used them to get all the informations about the scooty through the mParivahan app, which is a government app for vehicle information. Thus, we were ready with all the necessary stuffs, if we were to be interrogated by the cops. All in all, it was a good experience, and we will certainly recommend this company if someone had to rent bikes/scooties in Ranchi.

Activa was in good condition...it did not give me any trouble ..I drove almost 200 Kms in 2 days without any difficulty plus the people are very friendly and supportive.thumbs up!!
