At close proximity to Bariatu main road. Pre schools and schools close by. Departmental stores and medical stores are near.Only downside is lack of good family hangout place nearby.Its a gated community with security guard and lift.

It looks beautiful from outside but is very congested from inside. Although the power back up is almost 24*7 in the apartment.

Its where I live and is very close to the basic requirements of any person like hospital, school, market, etc...

Interior is nice, approach not comfortable, parking nil.
