My skin is very sensitive and to try a new parlor is always scary part for me..took and appointment for Lakme kanke road and omg Manju is osm!!! Beyond words. Her skill for threading and waxing will drop your jaw. She makes the process painless. Highly recommended.

I booked this salon to get a party make up for my brother wedding , however I feel the services are not good. I booked for Mac make up but they use all mixed product. Their make up artist are also not experience, they just try something on ur face ..even the hair do which they do its not up to the mark for the MAC package, dont book this parlour. They will ruin your special day.

Horrible experience worst parlor I ever visited, my suggestion is a big NO!! These people tell you at the beginning that facial is for 45 minutes and when they start its actually a 5 minutes massage and 1 min scrub and 15 minutes pack... and can you believe it gets over!!! and then you have to pay around 1500/- for this cheat... and when asked why? they say you opted for basic facial so only 5 minutes massage.... (1500/- for 5 minutes facial) AMAZING!! This place should shut down for cheating on its customers... SERIOUSLY NO ONE SHOULD EVER VISIT THIS SALON... even the staffs dont attend you they leave you in a room and get busy with their chit chats

Bad experience.They charged for makeup done by senior professional but a junior was assigned to do the job. If you know makeup, you know it needs experience. Wasnt a great experience at all with Lakme. Would not recommend it to anyone.

I am very thankful to lakme salon for their kind gesture. Because of some unavoidable circumstances, my wife got late for the salon, still these guys managed to do the best at the earliest, no doubt makeup was awesome. But while picking up, we got stuck in heavy traffic and function was getting delayed. The owner, Archana Agrawal, sent my wife on her personal vehicle and saved our wedding day. We personally went to her after wedding to thank her for her noble gesture. Thanks for everything. I am definitely going to recommend every one for lakme salon kanke road.

Lakme kanke branch not very cordial environment.As compared to Pataliputra Lakme and Lakme in other towns , service and professional efficiency not up to the mark.

Worst experience, on the day of my daughters marriage. Paid almost 17k for airbrush makeup and got worst service, makeup starts to faid within 30 min and after calling them for any help they shouted on us only and switched off their cell phones. Ill suggest everyone not to go in this salon for any makeup and rather do it by yourself.

I will not advise you to go for bridal makeup in this saloon. They charged me so high and the makeup was so horrible.. I dont feel like seeing my marriage pics.. They just spoiled my big day..

I will tell you why Lakme saloon at kanke road is a total waste of your money and why it will leave you worse than beforeI went to this lakme for my wedding makeup in November 2016 and they charged a whopping 21k for wedding makeup and hairLet me tell you what was so unprofessional and low quality about the staff and their skillsFirst of all they had overbooked five brides and all at the same time slot!!There is only one makeup person call manju and she had to shuttle between five of us at the same time! DisasterSecondly due to this the makeup alone took five hours!!!One bride got very angry and created a scene and stormed out due to thisSecondly they washed my hair but no one bothered to blow dry it before my face makeup started.did they forget? I dunnoNow comes the eye makeup part.Manju is USED to doing just one type of eye makeup on all her clients irrespective of the face or eyes of the client or some different request.she did not even know the meaning of smokey eyes for gods sake yaarNext i have big eyes and i wanted it to be toned down.despite telling this to the makeup artist ten thousand times she used to make bat like wings at the end of my eyes which had to be erased again and again.this took two whole hoursThen the disastrous hair stylist came and she still didnt blow dry my wet hair.My hairdo was a very simple loose bun with braided fronts.after attempting it for one hour she could not do it at all!!! I was very frustrated by then.I asked her to leave and made my own damn hair for my wedding which was a very simple 5 mins jobNext the lehnega draping which was another disaster and these girls just do not know anything at allI believe this lakme saloon at ranchi has uncouth and untrained girls who know NOTHING but they charge heavily.To all future brides--please avoid lakme saloon at kanke road and do yourself a favour.Believe me!!!

Very poor service, disheartened to invest such a huge amount at a time.Went for facial assuming some result would be visible,but result on face is big ZERO.Rather go for street non branded salon(result is somehow visible) but never go for this salon justfor the sake of brand.They just used normal product on face which is easily available in every shop,not a single professional product they used.
