A good healthcare centre of Ranchi. Dr. Jayant Ghosh,Dr. Raman,Dr.Shaukat Ali treated my wife well. Investigations were conclusive. Staff behaviour is good. Rooms are clean. Linens with blood spots should be discarded by the hospital.Overall exrience was good.

Possibly the best affordable medical facility in town. Dr Kunal, Urologist is very meticulous in his art. All queries answered.Some suggestion....Emergency entrance to be more visible with easy access.

Everything is fine except one rule. A attendent have to be with patient for 24 hrs else the patient will be shifted to ICU. I personally feel this should not be imposed forcefully. I mean everyone wants to be with patient as much as they can.. But every time its not possible.. This should be taken into consideration. My personal experience with this is very horrible, when I got the call from hospital at late night about 1:30 am that they are shifting my patient to ICU. I requested him that I m alone and I have taken the room far away from hospital but they even didnt consider my problem. And I had to go to hospital at that very night. That was quite horrible.. Everything rest was good.

Over all Good Hospital, Doctors are friendly, Nursing staff are helpful and friendly, cost effective l, only one thing which I didnt like is discharge process, Take huge time for this, I have been charged More than 6+ Hrs.

It was quite comfortable to be in orchid with all the members of the floor where we were staying. Everyone was very co-operative in solving the problems. Service was round the clock. Food was very good.

My grandmother was admitted here for pacemaker implantation. She was operated by Dr. Farhan Shikoh. Very nice doctor and helping nurses. Good behaviour of the staff. Food provided here for the patient was also good. Overall experience was very nice. And most important my grandmother is doing well after the operation.

All services are very good. Dr. Behaviour is very nice & they are experienced. All staffs/ including house keeping are good.

My paralysed mother was admitted in this hospital on 15 sep 2021 at NCU and she fallen from the bed on 16th night causing to which she got really bad injury on he face and shoulder due to which she was under unbearable pain for the complete night.The medical staff on duty that day was so irresponsible that after they did not attended my mother after putting her on bed from the ground.My mother was crying for the whole night and asking to call her attendent ( Me) but they didnt responded and also not even informed me.When I visited her in the morning at 10 AM and I saw her face I got to know that she fallen last night.My question is from the management that1) why they are working with this kind of unprofessional staff who dont know their Responsibility.2) Why you dont allow attendent to be with patients if you are not able to handle.Sir Coming to some one with sorry is very much easy but try to keep yourself in my shoe you will understand the pain.Horrible experience 😔.

The main purpose only making money and how to earn lots of money in patients......Very bad services in the hospital,only making money ,no service is provided by them.they need only money....,no discussion with patients or attandant.linen were dirty ,for one patient one towel is used for a week. Doors were making sound,many issues are there. Pathetic service is been provided by them.horriable .I suggest if your life is important dont visit.

I am into the hospital industry and being a doctor I would like to recommend OMC for many reasons.My son was admitted here , underwent small procedure, the staff at Radiology is just great and cooperative. Admission desk to TPA are very helpful inspite of being so busy. Wards are clean, nurses are well behaved and well dressed. Kudos to all departments like HK, Nursing, kitchen.Floor supervisor Ms Deepika was of great help. Nursing coordinator Ms.Ruby was prompt in rounds. I cannot name individual sisters but they did a good job.Dharmendra, Kartik from services were always smiling and prompt.Once again thanks to team OMC for such great service.

Got treatment for my Mother’s elbow fracture here.Dr Rakesh Agarwal is an excellent surgeon who handled the complicated reconstruction surgery with great expertise.He has been very elaborate and polite with every interaction.The floor staff, especially the nurses on the 4th floor have been very patient and helpful towards my mother.Multiple calls very answered at the earliest.Floor Manager Mrs.Tabassum helped with the smallest of issues with prompt service.The dieticians and the whole F&B department was very kind in listening to the patient’s preferences and customising the diet accordingly.Mrs Saroj Srivastav offered multiple options in the diet.The food in Orchid Hospital is the best amongst the hospitals in Ranchi.I can vouch for the orthopaedic department in this hospital after this visit.Thank you Orchid Hospital 🙏🏼

Except the Treating drs ,Nursing staff and Housekeeping all departments are wrost and rude, took 5 hrs for discharge a patient , and they took only 5 mins in taking advance and calling again for advance, management will put your IPD patient on Self purchase if your bill is only for 2000 , security guards are behaving like they are the black cat commando , they will not going to listen anything to you , Because of the Treating dr i am coming here 2nd time , once Dr Sir will left this hospital will never visit again

Best hospital of the city. My daughter Divyajyoti Das was in the hospital from 10.08.2021 to 12.08.2021 for stone surgery. The best part of the hospital is very courteous staff and prompt service. The patient gets constant care and support . The quality of the medical support is also one of the best in Ranchi including the medical infrastructure and quality of doctors and support staff.

The test area (Echo, CT, USG, XRay, etc) is congested. The waiting room is too small and has capacity to seat only 6 persons. In the present covid times, how can one assure social distancing? Many patients and attendants stood in the corridor, but the security personnel kept insisting to wait in the Waiting Room even though there was no space. Ms Priya, the staff in the waiting room was courteous and tried her best to manage the show. This apart, the cleanliness, hygiene and overall housekeeping was excellent. Would request Orchid to shift the OPD and lab tests to some other spacious area. Also, some seating should be provided before the reception.

The people at billing and reception are extremely rude, crass and unhelpful.Wont recommend this hospital for people from Coal India looking to get treated at CGHS rate because the hospital tries its best to not give you that service.Look for other options of possible. This hospital should be your last option.

Orchid is probably the worst hospital in the entire country. This hospital is a money-making institutethat has no respect for human life. There is zero transparency and the doctors dont treat the patients well.Please dont make the mistake of admitting your loved ones in this hospital since all this hospital does is extract money from you without properly treating the patient. A close relative of mine who was admitted to this hospital is facing a life-death situation today because they werent properly treated here. Save your money and go to a hospital that actually has good doctors and a decent administration.

Orchid hospital in Ranchi located opposite to plazza cinema.I admitted my grandmother because she face problem in breathing.After diagnosis doctor told that there is water in lungs which will be cured by medicine.My grandmother has to be in ICU for two days. visiting hour for ICU is 11:00 am - 12:00pm and 5:00pm to 6:00pm in evening.Now she is shifted to cabin on fourth floor.Now the visiting hour changed(10:00am - 11:00am and 5:00pm - 7:00pm).The hospital is clean and hygiene.You will be treated like you are in hotel.Nice staff .But not for all because it is very expensive.So I think hospital has to cut down some expensive and unused facility and cut down the cost as well.But improve treatment.What unrelated facilities hospital should cut down to lower the cost of treatment.1. There are too many SIS security guard.2. Too many employees every time asking for services they provide which feels like you are in hotel.3. Television in cabin of patients not required.And many more.

Incompetent and rude staff. If staff cannot handle questions then they should not be made to face patients or people. The whole vaccination procedure was extremely mismanaged. We had to wait for more than an hour. The staff was unable to resolve or address the concerns of the people.

When you ask since when and where after admitting in hospital doctor visit only after 24 hrs, the answer is ORCHID Medical Center.Decide wisely there are also other hospitals in Ranchi.

Expensive hospital.. people who is financially strong opt for orchid hospital..otherwise dont go for it. There is some hidden charges which are not justify by staff.
