Its a beautiful valley. As a valley is a place between two mountains, no one should expect too much of recreation activities or things there. The scenic view is all thats there. Small stalls of pani puri, ice cream, coconut water, etc are there. Photographers are present, they charge very less... ₹3 per photo.

Nice drive to the top. It is mainly just a road with loads of twists and turns which will makes it a special bikers delight. Green all around and some fast food and tea stalls at the top. Young photographers around who click digital pics . Nice for a short periodic drive

The Patratu Valley is one of the most beautiful places in Jharkhand. To go there, its better to hire a car and start the journey.So, first up is the road leading here. Its literally a neat and clean road, cut through mountains and has many of those S-bends. Also, youll get to see many splendid sights on the way, the best, according to me, is probably the birds view of the valley and the scenic natural beauty.Coming to the valley, well the park is a must visit here as its a very beautiful place and youll have lots of fun. If you love driving, whether a two wheeler or a four wheeler, you will certainly love driving through the twists and the turns of the Patratu valley. What a place in jharkhand to go to. Such a great place boating, speed boat rides. Park. Relaxing and much more. Its a good place to go to.

Just woooow kinda place. You will be dipped with the beauty of this place either you visit here with family or friends, or even if its a solo trip. Island boating and normal boating are two separate services here for boating. Preferably choose island boating over the normal one for the first time, though its quite expensive(approx Rs. 1500/person and you have to buy the ticket for the pilot as well). If you ignore the pricing thing for the boating, youre gonna enjoy your whole day.The downhill way is just amazing, you can have a number of great pics on the way to the Dam.

Patratu valley a well know tourist location in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The hairpin turns and the twingle, swirl roads will seriously amaze you. There is one view point from where you can get the amaze view of all the roads with naked eyes, i.e without help of drones. Best time to visit here is the evening, to enjoy the sunset. And the place is not at all isolated from the main locality so do not fear of any unprecedented issue or trouble.

Amazingly beautiful, I was not expecting it in Jharkhand. Only few kilometres from patratu Dam there is this valley of 2 km which actually makes a heart shaped road if u take a look from top and may be thats why this place is called heart of Jharkhand.

Now there is enough stalls near to the dam and steamer boats, playground for children etc are available. There is a path to go the end of the Dam. Overall a great place to visit for Nature Lovers! The beauty is palpable but human encroachment has left its mark. Plastic wares, bottles, wrappers etc are strewn at view points and picnic spots around the reservoir. Lake was pretty clean though. There is a floating fish nursery. Good place for outing. Most public amenities were close on account of covid.

I loved the place the views are breathtaking and I was in love at first sight with the roads and corners its perfect for gaining some experience and confidence now dont think its easy peasy its although tough as u know people are not responsible enough to honk on every corner they will just accelerate on blind corners without even thinking be careful from those people. So the point is if Ur a biker then its a place I must visit and dont just sit there explore its each and ever place it has or u like. Also nice as well to visit with family but hay, we bikers have a different point of view right🤘🏍️💨. Good for a drive. Lots of hairpin bends, and too many stalls on the road side of bends. You have option of 3 spots, boating can be done at the spot where there’s less traffic.View from the boat is amazing. We paid Rs. 300 for the entire boat and enjoyed the view in peace.

Wonderful Place to visit in Weekends , Sunrise and Sunset is best time to visit. We went there from Kolkata and stayed at Patratu Lake Resort, valley is very close to the resort. Place is clean and beautiful , roads are smoothest , bike ride is particularly more enjoyable than car drive. Winters are lovely time to enjoy there. Rachi is just 30 kms from there

What more.. Enjoy the landscape and relax with cool breeze by the patratu dam. U dare not to miss the breeze from 4pm-5.30 pm.
