Has been a horrible experience. I ATTEMPTED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AS I got deliver the incorrect bed for my base ( need to wait a month to exchange the product ) , and now was told that to return the product I will need to keep the base that will cost me $2,999.00. Never Again will be going or buying from you and I will make sure I spead the word on my horrible experience. Now need to wait another 7 -10 bussiness day.Take my advice and do not purchase anything from this company. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. Do not I repeat do not buy from this people.

We had a very positive experience at the Sleep Number store. The sales rep and her manager were helpful and knowledgeable about their products. We explained our needs, and they demonstrated, with our participation, the beds and how they could benefit us. We are waiting for the beds to be delivered in a few weeks.

Jasmine was very knowledgeable about the benefits of the sleep number bed. The store was very clean and they sanitized the beds after we laid on them. The store had the different beds and samples of the sheets so you can really imagine what it would be like once you buy the bed.

High price but we have had our 1st sleep number bed for 17 years. I hope the next one lasts 20.

We worked with Brittany and she really helped us understand all the benefits of a deep number bed. We purchased one and I can’t wait! It was her first sale, and you would have never known it!!

Promptly, professionally greeted with Wandas expert knowledge and assistance with choosing appropriate bed for my husband and I. We have not received the bed as of yet, but may submit another review after weve slept on it for a few months.
