The food was great. The restaurant is famous for its South Indian dishes. The price is adorable although a bit higher than other restaurants. However, the service you get is exceptional. There is a huge parking space available, which is a relief. The restaurant uses organic vegetables and places like this should be supported. The staff was very courteous and didnt give us any reason to complain. Great experience.

Average stanard pure vegetarian restaurant

Ordered for Thai, paneer was stale, after replacement only three pieces of paneer was there in one bowl of sabji . On notice of the same the manager says this can only be served at this price ,and what else you expect he replies. He also claims that the same is shown in the picture as shown in the menu card too.

Sagar Ratna hotel is looking good but his Survice is very slow and food quality is not good

This is a Pure Veg Hotel on the main Road connected to a OYO Collection O Hotel Utsav Inn. The Food preparation here is ok ok, the order usually takes time here, which also means food is prepared fresh here. Rates are payable as its not too expensive nor even too cheap. Good think is all the staff is of Females, which I liked as female empowerment is taken care of. Over a ok ok experience. Could have been better.

Worst service ever..I ordered for soup but they didnt served me instead got me main course..no explanation of soup..I asked what happened they said sorry soup will take time .. dont take it... manager was not interested in taking orders..I asked what is special..he was like take everything is nice with making weird face...no one was interested in serving food or even water for that matter...rate wise the taste of food is really badI would not recommend people to come hereWaste of moneyAnd your time plus your mood

A perfect place for South Indian dishes at Raipur. Sagar Ratna is a well known franchise for South Indian foods all over India. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Order served with in 15 mins. Food quality and taste is awesome. 1 star less because of the quantity they offer along with the price. Price needs to be at a little lower side. But overall a must visit place if you are South Indian food lover.

Ive visited this place plenty of times. They have speciality in South Indian dishes. I find this place a bit overpriced. However they serve large serving quantity. Poori bhaji was also good but aloo masala was same as that of masala dosa. Buttermilk was also good. I also like location of the restaurant as there are few family restaurant situated near Telibandha Chowk.The thing I dislike about this place is they have very limited main course options. Also they sometimes do not serve Chinese items during day time.

Only Single star for good parking space . Sitting space is ok.But food is just ok .We ordered 3 veg preparations for our dinner. All were having same taste , seemed they used same currey for all 3. Daal fry was bland. I have been to sagar Ratna outlets in other cities also, but they are much better than this one.
